âAlex was so great with Juniper! She communicated super well and was patient to learn all of Juniperâs quirks. Will absolutely keep using her as our regular walker. Thank you!â

âEliana walked my dog coconut once a day for two months while I had a longer commute. She communicated well, adapted to last minute changes and was trustworthy in my home. I will rebook if I need help again.â

âWe hired Danielle for three weeks when our regular walker was away on vacation. And we were so lucky to find her! Our dog had just been hospitalized and was more tired and vulnerable than usual, so naturally we were concerned. Wow- Did you ever wish someone could spy on your dog sitter and report back to you? Well this is how amazing Danielle is: Someone who lives on our block (and rarely speaks to us) took the time to send us an email saying that they had seen Danielle interacting with our dog and they were so impressed with how kind and patient she was. We were so delighted! Danielle was 100% reliable, a superb communicator, and truly a gifted dog whisperer. Look no further- Your dog will be in great hands with Danielle!â

âMolly is an excellent dog walker! My dog loved her and yours will too. She'll take great care of any pup that needs a stroll around town. Five stars, no notesâ

âLyric was available on very short notice, and was so helpful and thoughtful with our pups. She offered to fill water when she wasnât asked, and complimented how cute our dogs are! Highly recommend her :)â
âAnne has been a fantastic dog walker for us and our dog Taz. Our meet and greet was easy, the communication as been great, and her reports leave us informed as to the daily walk. She has been kind and patient with our shy dog, and we trust her to care for our dog well. We definitely plan to continue to use her for help with walks when needed. I would confidently recommend her to others, and extend a whole hearted endorsement.â

âI went out of town for 6 days and Craig was able to walk, feed, and provide companionship for my dog. He was well liked by Obi and when I arrived back he was happy to show me Craig with his tail wagging. Craig provided exactly what Obi needed.â

About: I have 9 years of pet experience, 6 of which include owning my own 2 cats. I have watched ALL of Jackson Galaxyâs videos and have fostered a couple kittens. I have administered flea medication, collected stool samples etc. so I am confident in being able to accommodate any needs your pet(s) may have. Thank you for trusting me with your baby(ies)! đť I am very flexible due to being a part time student. I can do mornings and early afternoons M-W and Fridays. Thursdays and weekends are on a case by case basis; I can most likely come over if you are leaving for a week+ long vacation. I canât board any pets due to living in an apartment with 2 cats, so my preferred mode of care is drop in. I am big on communication and will send lots of pictures and videos of your pet.
âProfessional, prompt, and communicative. We got alerts when our dog took our walk, great pics of our animals, and all expectations were met or exceeded. We would definitely bring Mason back for critter care again!â

âKyle was super great with my dog, I appreciate all the pictures he took and the summaries he gave of the walkings. Moka looks every happy with him, I would happily book him again.â

About: I consider myself to be a loving and caring person, saving the most room in my heart for dogs and other furry friends. Dogs have always been part of the family - from my grandparentsâ tradition of always having a little white dog to caring for large rescue dogs with difficult pasts. Iâm always sensitive to a dogâs feelings, trying to anticipate their needs and making sure they always feel safe and comfortable. This was most apparent in my relationship with my own dog, Fille, who passed in June 2025. She was a scared and traumatized rescue that was found lost wandering the desert in Arizona, but after adopting her in 2018 and spending 7 wonderful years together, she blossomed into a confident (albeit stubborn) pup who received lots of love and support so she could explore the world with me. During our last year together, I got first-hand experience with not only senior care but disabled dog care; Fille was living with partial paralysis in her hind legs, and so I learned how to best support her mobility on walks and take care of pain management, physical therapy, and other special needs as they arose. I would love to treat your dog with the same compassion and love and look forward to many future walks and visits! I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can care for pets on any schedule. I do sometimes travel for work, but my availability will surely be updated with plenty of advance notice to accommodate any pet parentâs needs! Pets would be allowed full range of my home, and I ensure that any potential hazards (cords, garbage, etc.) are properly stowed away and cannot be accessed by any four-legged friends. If desired, I have space to accommodate a kennel. Living very close to a big park, Iâm an avid explorer of the grounds and loved to take breaks out there with my furry friend, Fille. My apartment building has a shared entrance, but I have a good rapport with my neighbors and can take any precautions if requested. There are stairs and a functioning elevator for any dogs with mobility issues.
âBruce was excellent, communicated perfectly, and clearly loves dogs. He helped me out when I couldn't walk my sister's dog. My sister and I will definitely request his help in the future. Thank you Bruce!â

âElizabeth is the best dog walker, I hire her weekly to walk my dog. She is very good with tracking on the app, taking pictures, and updating after the walks. She is friendly and I can tell she takes good care of him. I look forward to continuing working with her!â

âJustin does a great job walking our two Labrador Retrievers. He is responsive, on time, and flexible - everything I was looking for in someone to walk them consistently! We will continue to use him !â

Capitol Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Laurie was the perfect walker for our 1 yr old wild puppy, Mizu. Our girl is a 60 lb ball of energy that is shy with new people and pulls like crazy while walking. While we were on vacation, Laurie spent a week getting Mizu on board with the walks, trying new techniques to control her pulling, and giving her much needed exercise. Mizu now looks expectingly waiting for Laurie to arrive.

Ivy is awesome. Her second time walking, my senior dog fell ill and Ivy went above and beyond to make sure not only that I was informed but that measures were taken to ensure the dog was well taken care of and was willing to take additional steps and time if need be done. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your pet and is responsible enough to know how to handle a tough situation with a positive and cheerful attitude. Rigby and I are very grateful! Definitely hire her, sheâs a good oneđ

This is the second time Iâve booked Evan, and he was awesome again. I booked him while traveling and he was extremely easy to communicate with and very flexible when I needed to make last-minute schedule changes. I actually ran into him a couple of times during the week â once because I arrived back early while he was still out walking the dogs â and it was very clear Chloe and Chumi were being well cared for. They were calm, comfortable, and showed no signs of distress. Evan is pleasant, smiley, professional, and reliable. Everything was smooth from start to finish and I felt completely at ease trusting him with my dogs. I would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him.
