About: Grew up surrounded by cats, dogs, and other animals. Passionate about caring for pets, with years of hands-on experience raising and nurturing them, I would love to come and help you out! I'm currently working on earning my GED while also looking for a part-time job to build experience and stay productive. Outside of my studies, I take care of three cats, They're a big part of my daily routine—I spend time feeding them, cleaning up after them, and making sure they get enough play and attention. Caring for them has helped me become more responsible, patient, and good at managing my time. I’m ready to take those skills into a part-time role and learn even more along the way. When caring for a dog and cat in a client’s home, follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, clean litter or waste, offer attention, and ensure a safe, clean environment daily. As well as daily walks and any special instructions from clients!

About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking for family, friends, and people in my community for over five years. I first started walking dogs as a summer job when I was 15, and over the years it has grown into a genuine passion. I have cared for a wide variety of breeds and temperaments, including seniors who need a little extra patience and love. As the longtime owner of a chihuahua mix who recently passed after 17 wonderful years, I deeply understand the importance of quality time and special care during a dog’s golden years. Beyond dogs, I’ve also been trusted to look after cats and even exotic pets, building lasting relationships with pet parents in both Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m currently a part-time student, which means I have plenty of flexibility to dedicate to caring for your pets. I’m available for house sitting Wednesday through Sunday, and on most weekdays I only have classes from 10am–2pm, leaving mornings, afternoons, and evenings open for your pets. My weekends are generally open as well. I’m happy to provide care for your pet in your home or secure yard. About: I have had dogs since I was a kid, I can navigate puppy-hood to senior care. I have experience with big and small, separation anxiety, on and off leash behavior issues. As for cats, I didn't find my feline affinity until a bit later in life. I had my own cat (miss him so!) and I have volunteered at PAWS Cat City for more than a decade where I assist with adoptions, cleaning, cat socialization and care. I currently have an ~20 year old foster cat named Leo. I'm so happy to have him around and to be able to help his family while they go through a period of transition. I even volunteer and help out with the care of local mini horses. Can you believe there are mini horses in the city?!? I have finite bandwidth but I will communicate clearly to be sure that I am a right fit for your pet. I am eager to help pet parents and provide quality care to their furkids. I live in Madison Valley and have a single family home with a completely fenced in back yard with lots of terrain and territory to explore.

Did some training with Chinook to help him be less reactive towards other dogs. Richard treated Chinook like family as well as our two kittens. He got our shy girl to come hang out with him. About: Hello! I'm Shelby. I live with my dog, Maggie, and my cat, Neko (both senior gals), but I still gasp audibly every time I see an animal in the street. I know how scary it can be to be away from your pets, especially if you have to leave them with someone you don't know. I also know how important it can be to leave them with someone you really trust. I promise I'll take care of your babies like they are my own - and I'd love to send you a bajillion pictures of their adorable little faces, too. I work part-time on the UW campus. I am available for bookings after 2:30pm Monday through Thursday, and I have more availability on Fridays and weekends. I live in an apartment in an older home in the Central District with a fenced yard. Please note I have an elderly cat and dog who are both friendly with other animals but fairly low-energy. My animals have mostly free reign of the apartment - they're allowed on the couches, beds, etc, but I try to keep my dog from going into the bathroom so she doesn't get into my cat's litter or food. As a house- and pet-sitter, I aim to treat your space and your animals the way you would - with respect, love, and care.

I've dogsat for friends, family, and neighbors for years, which taught me how to read each dog's personality, follow different routines, and make every pup feel safe and comfortable. I work part-time, so I'm available on weekdays with flexible timing. I can fit walks and drop-ins around your schedule, whether that's mornings, midday, or afternoons. I'm happy to follow your instructions for entering your home and caring for your dog, and I'm always respectful of your space. I make sure leashes are secure on walks, check that doors are locked when I leave, and make sure that your pup has fresh water before I go.

When you live with animals your whole life (which I have), you develop a sixth sense.
