“Lovely people, good care. Both Rachid and Ruth are very pleasant to connect with and they were great about ensuring they knew the lay of the land for the sit. Ruth was the one did the sit, staying overnight and working from the house during the day. When she came to drop off the key, Roo came running into to the room to say hello, followed soon by Zoe so Ruth and cats had obviously connected (Leo is more independent, so his absence is not an indicator). Ruth accommodated a somewhat complicated sit. Roo, who was just joining the family, was in the living room apart from the other two cats. This meant working during the day while hanging out with Roo and also hanging out with the other cats in the evening and sleeping with them. She dealt with a number of dead rats, courtesy of lethal Leo who often does nightly neighborhood hunts. Ruth also sent pics and let us know what was going on (e.g. racoon in the yard) Everything was clean and tidy on return. Would definitely work with Ruth and Rachid again.”

About: I grew up with 3 cats, 2 dogs, chickens and two ducks. I’d say that I can do just about anything at this point with the experience I’ve had with animals! I’m excited to spend time with some new friends 🫶🏻 I work a full time job already but I’m looking for something on the side without getting another full job! I think it’d be great to get into a set routine with a couple different families! EDIT: currently home in Bentonville, AR for May and would love to walk/pet sit around my hometown! I intend to really love on these animals. I think in a lot of ways this side gig will help me feel fulfilled and hopefully keep me from getting another pet too soon. I lost my childhood pup earlier this year and I’d love the chance to pour into another animal.

My husband and I work full time from home, so your pets will always be attended to. They will pretty much hang out with us while we go about our day. My husband starts walking all of the dogs at around 8am. I will open my fenced yard at midday for a midday pee break. My husband will come back at around 6:30pm to give all of the dogs another walk. About: I’ve grown up with and trained dogs since I was 3–german shepherds & golden retrievers. One of my family’s GSD had puppies at home and we raised the seven through 8 weeks and kept one! Through college, I dog sat a golden doodle on a weekly basis. “We boarded our dog Yogurt with Kai for two weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a long stretch of time for Yogurt to be away in a different environment but Kai took such great care of her and made the transition smooth. From the regular updates and photos Kai sent, we could see Yogurt gradually relaxing and eventually feeling right at home during the stay. We would absolutely trust Kai again for future stays!”
