“Lovely people, good care. Both Rachid and Ruth are very pleasant to connect with and they were great about ensuring they knew the lay of the land for the sit. Ruth was the one did the sit, staying overnight and working from the house during the day. When she came to drop off the key, Roo came running into to the room to say hello, followed soon by Zoe so Ruth and cats had obviously connected (Leo is more independent, so his absence is not an indicator). Ruth accommodated a somewhat complicated sit. Roo, who was just joining the family, was in the living room apart from the other two cats. This meant working during the day while hanging out with Roo and also hanging out with the other cats in the evening and sleeping with them. She dealt with a number of dead rats, courtesy of lethal Leo who often does nightly neighborhood hunts. Ruth also sent pics and let us know what was going on (e.g. racoon in the yard) Everything was clean and tidy on return. Would definitely work with Ruth and Rachid again.”

About: With my corgi Nori as my sidekick, together, we provide daycare days to relaxed overnight stays and refreshing walks. We make sure every pup feels happy, safe, and loved. Nori enjoys meeting new friends, and I make sure keep playtime supervised and stress-free. Expect wagging tails, regular updates, and lots of TLC. I work fully remote, so I'll be at home all day with your pup. We have a little yard out front and are in a great walking location. Pups are never left alone for long periods and receive consistent supervision, attention, and care. Because I’m home, I can easily accommodate feeding schedules, medication, and crate time if needed. I don't accept more than 2 dogs per day (for both boarding and day care) so you can be sure that your pup will get plenty of attention! I have a little fenced yard out front and a big living room space for the pups to play in, and plenty of space for crates if your pup uses one. Pups also welcome to chill the couch with tons of blankets, and also more than welcome to snuggle in bed if they so choose.

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid, I can navigate puppy-hood to senior care. I have experience with big and small, separation anxiety, on and off leash behavior issues. As for cats, I didn't find my feline affinity until a bit later in life. Samantha was so patient with Teddy when he was first nervous. She sent me consistent updates on Teddy & each time, it looked like he was having a blast. In fact, after she took care of Teddy, Teddy & I ran into her on a walk and he was soooo excited to see her again. “Jennifer and Ken were wonderful! Porkie enjoyed visits to the dog park, adventures to Mercer Island, the companionship of Kaiya and Birdie, and lots of cuddles and treats! Jenn sent me updates each day with photos and videos of Porkie’s shenanigans. Both were also super accommodating. They were available for our early flight (4:00am) and stayed with Porkie until our late arrival (11:30pm). Jenn is also very thoughtful - suggesting we do a meet up beforehand so Kaiya and Porkie can meet. Needless to say, Kaiya is a darling sweetie pie and was an excellent host. Would definitely book with the trio again!”

About: I just graduated from law school and am looking to make some additional money while studying for the bar. As such, I have an incredibly flexible schedule and am at home a significant portion of the day. I have 20+ years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments as well as other pets. Pets have space to relax, play, and get plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. In your home: I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible — same feeding times, same walking schedule, same rules. I want them to feel like nothing has changed, just with a friendly new face. For drop-in visits: I make the most of every visit — feeding, fresh water, playtime, a walk if needed, and of course some quality cuddle time. I always send a update so you know how things went. For dog walking: Walks are tailored to your dog’s pace and energy level. I keep them safe, engaged, and well-exercised — and always clean up after them.
