“Kandice provided such wonderful care for our 7-month old puppy, Wilson, during a recent vacation. I wasn't sure who more excited for our vacation-- our kids, or Wilson as we approached "Kamp Kandice" (as my sons have named her). We received frequent pictures and videos of Wilson on several walks and adventures with his canine friends. Nothing makes your vacation more easy than knowing that your canine family member is in good hands. Thanks again, Kandice!”

“Brianna was so kind, patient, and communicative with taking care of my reactive dog, Whiskey. I’m incredibly grateful for the grace and understanding she showed him while caring for him, especially considering certain circumstances prevented me from providing the e-collar he typically uses to help manage his reactivity. She handled every moment with calm confidence, kept me updated, and truly made me feel at ease while I was away. Whiskey bonded with her quickly, which is just more proof of her gentle energy and skill with dogs who need a little extra patience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and capable.”

“Debra took such good care of our pup. Cricket can be a bit nervous in new situations but Debra put her at ease very quickly. They took long walks which Cricket loves. We got lots of photos and reports on how everything was going. We also appreciated the effort Debra took to be as prepared as possible for the things that would make our dog’s stay easy for everyone. She’s a gem!”

“Stephanie did an amazing job with our dogs. They can be anxious when they are away from us, but she was so good with them and made them feel so comfortable. She also responds quickly and provided us with pictures and updates throughout our trip. She is also flexible and was understanding of our possible changes in our trip plans and the delay we had in getting back to pick them up. We would definitely have our dogs stay with her again in the future!”
“Pluto does not like to be alone, so we were a little stressed about going away overnight for the first time since adopting him about a year ago. During our four-day trip, Rachel was great about sending updates, and Pluto seemed to settle in and enjoy his stay with Rachel, Nina and friends. Rachel was also very accommodating of an early morning drop-off and night pick-up.”

About: I've had cats and dogs at home for the last 18 years. Since the last of my fur babies passed away there is plenty of room in the house and in my heart to take care of others. I have dog sat for friends over the years and have a lot of experience with senior pets and medical issues. I work from home full-time during the week and am readily available to potty, walk, feed, or play with your dog or cat as needed. I have a decent-sized fully-fenced yard for your dog to potty or play in, and I would never leave them outside unsupervised. My home is big enough to accommodate a large dog and I have baby gates if needed.
“Vincent was an amazing sitter for our pup. Maki came back happy as ever! Great communication, timely responses, and we got photo updates while we were away. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you so much!”

“Benjamin and Deidre did a great job with my anxious pup Roscoe and gave plenty of updates throughout the day. We’re looking forward to our next visit!”

“I can't speak highly enough about Wendy. She is caring, compassionate, and organized. Our dog seemed very happy there and came back tired. We will surely rebook with her.”

“Shaneik matched my energy before I even dropped my pup off. I just knew she would be in good hands. I got plenty of updates, about two or three a day, so I could relax knowing how she was doing. Would definitely recommend her for dog sitting.”

“Mckenna took great care of our dog. She was very attentive and communicative. She sent us sweet pictures of our dog playing and interacting with her dogs everyday, which assured us he was in good care and having lots of fun. Mckenna was also really flexible—she allowed us to drop our dog earlier than planned and pick him up early too.”

“Sharon provided a wonderful stay for my 7-pound chihuahua. Drop off and pickup were easy, and daily photos of my dog chilling on the couch were great to get!”

“She took great care of my dog for the weekend, was flexible with coordinating pick up and drop off, and knowledgeable and understanding about my pets specific concerns!”

“Trooper just spent 12 days with Ponyo and her family and had a great time! He got so much love and attention. She sent lots of photos. She was very careful to try to keep to our family's rules for him. I would definitely recommend her and plan to use her again!”

“You can see from her enthusiasm that she is very keen of taking good care of your dogchild. From the time of booking, easy communication as well as very responsive. Several pics and updates as well”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Madrona
Rands did a phenomenal job taking our goldendoodle, Filo. She sent lots of photos that kept my wife and I calm about her stay during our vacation. Rands did a great job matching our dog’s high energy, behaviours and was able to accommodate her medical needs. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter, and we will for sure be reaching out to her again!

Adam was great with our dog older Peyton. It was our first time leaving him with any sitter after recently adopting him. Adam was responsive during the booking period, answered all of our questions, took detailed notes on our routine and sent us regular updates. We left Peyton with Adam while hiking Mt Rainier and he was even proactive enough to ask for a local contact who would have reliable cell service in the event of emergencies. When we picked up Peyton he was very playful and happy and had obviously been well taken care of. We would definitely use Adam again and recommend him to anyone else!

Macaley was so wonderful with Odin! She sent great pics and updates, and was very communicative throughout Odin’s stay. She respected Odin’s need for space from other dogs. Macaley also was so kind and flexible when we were running late to pick Odin up. Odin came home happy and well cared for, would happily recommend Macaley.
