Amy was a wonderful dog sitter. All communication was prompt and felt unhurried. She also told me without my asking when flexibility of schedule was possible. Most importantly, my 1.5 year-old miniature dachshund Hyperion seemed to feel safe and comfortable with her overnight. As of summer 2026, she lives in a house with a yard in a quieter part of town. Lastly, her first photo and text update came the very night I dropped my baby off, which was a great relief to me as a pet parent hiring a sitter for the first time. Thanks a bunch~
This was our first time booking with Jaden as our usual Rover sitter was unavailable. We were a bit nervous since this was a long trip we were leaving our dog Autzen for. But Jaden was amazing and took great care of Autzen and he came home very happy. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying and all was a great experience. Would definitely book again!
Tiffany was the absolute best! She gave me timely, detailed updates for every day Maya was with her. When I got stuck out of the country for two additional days, Tiffany stepped up and was able to accommodate the last-minute change. I highly recommend her for any and all pet care, and will definitely be hiring her again.
We enthusiastically recommend Cheuk Wing! It was such a relief to leave our little dog with a kind and patient person who clearly loves dogs and has experience with a range of dog personalities. Karina was such a thoughtful & sweet sitter! She made time for a meet & greet on short notice, sent a list of suggested items to bring, and was flexible! She sent the cutest photos of Chump and he looked so happy & well taken care of. Karina also lives in a walkable neighborhood near a small grassy area which was perfect for my pup. Zach came in clutch and watched Theo after our other sitter plan fell through last minute, even though it conflicted with his availability. This was only Theo’s second stay with Zach and Maya, but he ran right up to the house so excited to play and explore. Zach always takes such great care of Theo and keeps us updated when we are away. Theo got lots of snuggles, walks and trips to the park. Zach is so patient and loving towards our boy. We feel like we are dropping him off at a good friend’s and feel comforted that Theo is in good hands. Can’t recommended Zach enough!
Chelsea was amazing and so flexible as our travel plans changed and we had to cancel our stay. She talked to rover support and made it right for us. My puppy is an anxious girl and she warmed up quickly to hear. We are seeing this as a trial run and will definitely be using her again!!
Joash was incredible- he was super flexible when we had a family emergency the night before he was supposed to watch Basil and he and took her a night early and an extra night, and worked with our other Rover on pickup. He was quick to respond, and sent pics and sent updates throughout the stay. We'd use Joash again!
