Pet Sitting Denny-Blaine

About: I have plenty of experience in dog walking, dog care, and dog/house sitting. While I was growing up my family was in the dog breeding business which meant that since I was twelve, both puppy training and dog walking was a large part of my daily routine, even taking multiple dogs out at once. Later when I was in college I spent more time dog and house sitting instead, and got more experience working with senior dogs. I also had plenty of experience with cats growing up and have watched many of my friends' cats. I am currently in the city only for the next month while I wait to be onboarded to my new job. So my mornings, afternoons, and evenings are free for dog walking. I always strive to make my client's pets feel as comfortable and happy as possible because I know that having their owner leave is a confusing and stressful time for pets. I give them lots of attention and fun to try to make them feel as safe and happy as they could be with their owners gone.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs in my life who I’ve provided full time care for, including a dachshund with IVDD. I’ve also been trusted by 2 friends to house sit their cats multiple times. I work from home full-time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog or cat! I can work flexible hours, and get to your place whenever you need. I always keep dogs on a leash unless at a dog park or in a fenced yard, and I can offer an environment that balanced play and rest. I can take your pup out on any schedule that they need, thanks to my flexible work hours.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 20! I really enjoy spending time with them, that’s why my friends and family have rely on me to help them with their dogs! I’ve taken care from small dogs to large dogs in a safe and good environment. I’m currently full time at home, for that reason your best friend will be loved and cared all the time under total supervision at a nice home. I live in a spacious apartment with a court yard with pet relief area as an amenity. My area is very walkable and we have different green zones where your dog will enjoy the nature.

I took care of 5 homes, 6 cats, indoor/outdoor plants, backyard and gardens July 2025. Mallorca, Spain. I sat for an amazing home with two large dogs, an extremely large orchard, a very large garden as well as a nursery. September 2025. Corfu, Greece. I sat for a 350 year old original Greek stone home with 8 cats, 2 dogs, a very large garden and exotic plants. November 2025-March 2026. Seattle, Washington. I sat for 7 homes, 3 very large dogs, 10 cats, indoor/outdoor plants as well as 2 large gardens. Confirmed, upcoming sits. July 2026. Estepona, Spain. 3 week sit for a large home. 2 dogs, 1 cat, very large orchard and garden. August 2026. Malaga, Spain. 2 week sit for 2 cats. 200 year old historical flat in the centre of Malaga. October 2026-September 2027 Seattle area. I already have 2 confirmed housesits and am currently interviewing for more. One of the benefits of the area that I live is that we are surrounded by nature so there are many animals here. Sometimes when I open my front door in the morning there are deer in front of my gate waiting to see what will happen at breakfast time. Travel/Work/experience: 1993-1994 Worked for a historical museum in Ukraine. Was responsible for finding and conducting video interviews with Ukrainian Holocaust survivors. Specifically we were looking for survivors of Einsatzgruppen events. 1994-1995 High school History/English teacher in Bratislava, Slovakia. 1995-1997 Teacher and then manager of a private language school in Moscow, Russia. 1997-1998 Manager of a bar/restaurant, Koh Samet, Thailand. I ran a beachfront bar with 15 bungalows and a small restaurant. Was responsible for all operations, payroll, staffing etc. 50-100 customers daily. 1998-1999 History/English instructor for City University of Seattle. 1999-2002 Worked as a deckhand in Alaska on Salmon and Crab boats. Yes, exactly as in the Deadliest Catch but 7 years before the show started. Was on my boat each year for between 8-10 months. 2002-present. Owner of a private Language School. I have slowly grown my school into one of the largest language schools in Slovakia. I currently have a staff of over 50 teachers teaching English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian as well as Slovak for the many foreign managers living and working in multinational companies. My school cooperates with most of the large multinational companies in the area. I also cooperate quite closely with the local and state police departments as well as the mayor and city council all of whom are my students. While I will be house-sitting for you I will be managing my private Language School online. I will always have time to take care of the homes that I sit for as well as the pets regular routine. I always try my best to maintain the same pet schedule. 1st of all I LOVE ANIMALS! Our home in Slovakia is located up on the hill in the woods overlooking the lake. We have a large orchard and our nearest neighbor is about 300 m from us. We currently have 7 cats in various phases of either living, hanging out, or adding us to their busy social/feeding routine. During the Summer I take care of 2 friends' homes so I take care of their dogs, cats, fish, and even a very old turtle. as well. I travel to the U.S. regularly to visit friends/family each and this website is a perfect fit for my lifestyle as I manage my school remotely. To be quite honest, for all of the travelling I have done over the past 30 years, I have not travelled nor experienced the U.S. much which is another reason I have joined this website. I thought it would be a great way to see the U.S. as well as spend time with lots of great pets! I could take you anywhere you wanted on the Budapest metro blindfolded but have never been to Washington D.C. for example. About: I have had dogs since I was a kid, I can navigate puppy-hood to senior care. I have experience with big and small, separation anxiety, on and off leash behavior issues. As for cats, I didn't find my feline affinity until a bit later in life. I had my own cat (miss him so!) and I have volunteered at PAWS Cat City for more than a decade where I assist with adoptions, cleaning, cat socialization and care. I currently have an ~20 year old foster cat named Leo. I'm so happy to have him around and to be able to help his family while they go through a period of transition. I even volunteer and help out with the care of local mini horses. Can you believe there are mini horses in the city?!? I have finite bandwidth but I will communicate clearly to be sure that I am a right fit for your pet. I am eager to help pet parents and provide quality care to their furkids. I live in Madison Valley and have a single family home with a completely fenced in back yard with lots of terrain and territory to explore.
