“Chip was great! Felt like I left my cat in great hands! I got the sweetest pictured during his drop ins which made me very happy! Will absolutely book with Chip again in the future!!”

“Jolene was an absolute delight to work with and to entrust my beloved Wiggles with. Jolene sent me pictures of Wiggles in her happy places with a happy face. Jolene also took the time to water my thirsty plants in this hot, hot weather. Showing how considerate and caring she was of our home.”
“Connor is fantastic! He is very reliable and communicative about availability and updates. Mo has taken right to him. Knowing that she gets some attention makes going back on site easier for us both. I truly appreciate Connor looking after Mo!”

“I really appreciate Allie and recommend her as a cat sitter. She is very responsive and a great communicator. My cat is very needy and Allie is great about making sure he gets the attention he needs (requires)! She communicates just enough details to keep me assured he is well taken care of. She is also a very positive person which makes her enjoyable to work with.”

About: I’m a lover of all dogs and cats! I trained my husky-mix Lila from a pup to a dog in her prime and have house sat many cats. I’ve attended many advanced obedience and agility classes and would love to teach your pets these skills when out on our walks and home visits. If a friend is out of town, I’m the person they call to help with their pet. I’m a dependable, kind, pet owner who would love to befriend your fluffy loved one! I’m currently taking a break from the corporate life and have a lot of time on my hands during weekdays! Unfortunately, I’m not available most weekends, but I can make exceptions. For the first meeting, I like to meet the pet with the pet parent to get a sense of their temperament and comfort level with me. From there, we can start walks or home visits if everyone is safe and secure. I’d love to send photo updates to brighten your day!
“Caroline took wonderful care of our cats, Fern and Huckleberry! Even our shy cat warmed up to her quickly. She was kind, communicative, and very understanding when our plans changed last minute due to illness. We’d happily book with her again!”

About: I have been caring for pets since I was a teenager. From my animals on my parents farm to dog and cat sitting for friends and family, I have a wide range of experience with animals of all ages and energy levels. Having owned two German Short Hair Pointers, I am great with big high energy dogs. I am a graduate student with a flexible schedule. When I am not doing school work, I am usually with friends or doing something outdoors. I am very gentle and loving when it comes to animals. Being raised on a farm I learned how to interact with all kinds of animals. From angry steers to sweet ducklings to very hyper puppies, I know how to manage all kinds of critters. I am very affectionate and playful with even tempered animals, but I can also coexist peacefully with more reactive animals.
About: I love animals! Animals are people just like us. They deserve thoughtfulness, care, time, and love. We all deserve happiness and peace of mind, right? 😁 I have a flexible schedule! I am available throughout most of the day, and typically leave the late evenings for my personal life. I will always attempt to keep a consistent schedules and plan any visits around the same time for you. Let me know what works best! Every pets needs to be in a safe and secure environment; if that isn’t the case, we’re leaving an opportunity for chaos. Pets are safest when things are predictable. I am always vigilant for potential mayhem, in both my own home and anywhere I have responsibility over an animal. Any pet I watch in my home will have ample space. Typically animals staying in my home get a private room — if necessary, the door can remain closed if anyone (animal or owner) prefers!
“I have never used a service like Rover and was somewhat hesitant. Maggie and I both met SJ and immediately felt at ease. SJ caring for Maggie was like having my best friend look after her. So happy!”

“I can tell my cats were well cared for by Hannah as they were comfortable and content upon my return from a trip. Hannah also kept the house clean, taking care of the usual messes left by the cats. I'd happily recommend Hannah and hope to hire her again in the future!”
“Lili is an amazing catsitter! She was a huge help in watching my cats while I was out of town and very communicative. I had total peace of mind knowing that my kitties were happy and well-cared for!”

“Carly got back to me fast, and we managed to set up a meet and greet before her first drop-in with Baloo. Good communication, and she sent a quick note with some pics of him during her visit. I’ve booked her before and will do so again.”

About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, rabbits and even some newts! I love taking dogs for walks and playing fetch especially. It would be my pleasure to care for your friend! I work a typical 9-5 job Monday-Friday, but am interested in providing services before or after work on most weekdays. And occasionally some weekends too! If I am watching a dog at a friends house or house sitting I treat the space as if it were my own home. Ensuring that your four legged friend is happy and your home is safe.

Amanda did a wonderful job caring for my two cats while I was out of town! They’re normally quite shy with new people but warmed up to her right away. Her communication was excellent and she sent great photos and updates. I highly recommend her for any cat sitting needs!

We had such a great experience with Victoria, who sat our kitten for a few days when we were out of town. She bonded instantly with our kitten, handled a messy situation very effectively giving her a bath when she needed it, and left the house super clean. Victoria communicated frequently and sent us a lot of great videos and photos. She showered our girl with so much love. We hope to have her again!

Sara was a delightful sitter for our little Dachshund! Ollie warmed up to Sara very quickly which is a testament to how great of a sitter she is. Sara left us thorough and prompt feedback for every visit. She even sent us great photos from her sit. We highly recommend Sara and would be interested in having her as a sitter again ☺️.

Chandler was so communicative, friendly, went above and beyond, and most importantly, so sweet with our boy! She’ll easily be our go to Rover sitter moving forward and we’re so grateful to have found her. A perfect fit and it was clear Benito was over the moon with her. Thank you Chandler!

I feel so, so lucky I found these two on Rover! My cat has been very shy and stressed with new people lately, and they got him out and sniffing and getting pets & treats by their third visit! They sent amazing photos and really comprehensive updates, and leaving him for a couple days turned from something incredibly stressful to feeling relaxed and certain he was in good hands. They even got him to enjoy Churu, which neither I, my roommates, nor his vet have been able to do. They were incredibly professional & friendly and you can just tell that they really love what they do. I would and will absolutely book them again in the future!

Amy was amazing! She watched our cat while we were away for two weeks and was incredibly communicative and helpful. Our cat had a bit of a medical issue while we were away and Amy kindly offered to stop by a second time each day to give him medication. We knew our cat was in good hands, which allowed us to enjoy our trip even more! Highly recommend :)

Faye is one of our go-to sitters for our two senior kitties. Faye is great at keeping us updated on how they are doing and patient with our cat that has to take meds (and really doesn’t like to take them!). We know our boys are in good hands when Faye is watching them!
