“This was my first time using Rover and I do not take leaving my two feline furbabies behind lightly! Nicole, above and beyond, made me feel comfortable from the get go. During our "meet the cats" visit she sat down and talked through all of the things she would do and how she would communicate. She was open and receptive to some changes I asked about and was really just embodied calm and confidence. There wasn't a moment I worried while away during my 5-day trip and I really (really!) appreciated knowing the times I could expect to hear from her every day (she came over twice a day). Will ask for her help again and in fact am going to send her a message now (meow?) !”
