Availability
I work an office job during the week and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me more flexibility for daytime visits. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I’m generally available for early morning and evening visits. I’m also available anytime on weekends and most holidays.

About Nichole P.

Safety, trust & environment
I do my best to be attentive to each pet’s individual needs and keep their routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. Every pet is different, and I try to adjust my care based on their personality, comfort level, and routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I like to know where all of the pet’s supplies are located and learn about any routines or preferences ahead of time.
Information Nichole P. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to know your pet’s personality, energy level, daily routine, and any medical conditions, medications, mobility limitations, behavioral concerns, fears, triggers, or other care requirements before a booking begins. For cats, it’s also helpful to know if they are likely to hide, try to sneak out doors, have favorite toys or treats, or have any litter box habits you’d like me to be aware of. Please make sure your pet’s profile is filled out with feeding and care instructions, or provide a printed care sheet for reference. I really appreciate detailed instructions to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible.
A typical day
A typical visit looks different depending on the pet. Some cats love interactive play with wand toys, laser pointers, or chasing toys around the house, while others are happiest getting pets, brushing, treats, or just having some company. I try to match each pet’s energy level and personality. For more active pets, that may mean extra playtime and enrichment. For shy or independent pets, it may mean giving them space and letting them interact on their own terms.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Nichole. I’ve been pet sitting through Rover for over 5 years now and primarily offer cat drop-ins in Ballard, Sunset Hill, and the surrounding neighborhoods. I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs. During visits, I’m happy to provide meals, fresh water, litter box cleaning or potty breaks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and updates with photos so you can see how your pet(s) are doing while you’re away. Rover allows multiple clients to request the same time slots, so I generally work within time windows rather than arriving at the exact booked time. Most pet care tasks can be completed within about 15 minutes, which allows me to accommodate multiple clients throughout the day. If your pet would benefit from the full 30-minute visit for extra socialization, supervised meals, or if they require medication at a specific time, it’s no problem just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. If you’d like an even longer visit I also offer 60-minute visits as well.
