About: I’ve had pets my entire life, from guinea pigs and parakeets, to dogs and cats. I volunteered at the local humane society walking dogs and taking care of cats during high school. I’ve done a good amount of pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors through the years. I’ve had to travel for work much of my adult life, so very much relate with being the pet parent entrusting my fur babies to someone else. I treat other peoples’ pets how I’d hope my pet sitters treat mine, and care for them as I do my own. I work from home during the week so would love to do daycare or overnight care for dogs that get along well with cats, and other dogs, even anxious shy-at-first small dogs. I have a cat and a little dog, who both love meeting new friends, although my dog can be territorial initially with new dogs in our home. For this reason we will need to meet any new dogs outside for a short walk before coming in, to familiarize them. Xavi tends to feel territorial with larger, very active dogs, so just offering daycare and boarding to smaller dogs, or dogs of all sizes that he is familiar with already. I have a covered patio and plenty of play space inside my apartment, and live in a very dog friendly and walkable area.

About: As a former dog daycare employee in the Queen Anne/Magnolia area and a current volunteer at the Seattle Animal Shelter, I have plenty of experience with these loving animals, sometimes watching up to a few dozen of them at a time. I have lots of experience in pet sitting/walking friends and family dogs! I'm currently available most days, morning to evening. I’m a volunteer at the Seattle Animal Shelter and the Regional Animal Shelter (King County) but only a few hours a week. I will make sure to keep this updated frequently. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I am always very considerate and have been trained to understand body language given from dogs. Especially on walks when there are other dogs/humans nearby, I will make sure to keep your dog at a safe distance to ensure the safety of everyone!

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I love walking dogs and I have done so for many family friends over the years. In college I often watched my friends cats while they were away as well. I am a mostly online student so I have lots of time to walk dogs and spend time with pets. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. I can change my schedule to fit the needs of any pet! I have two cats of my own who I spoil with snuggles and treats and toys. One of my cats loves to play and the other loves to snuggle. I am very neat and quiet, and in a clients home I feel comfortable taking care of the pet where they are most comfortable. If there is a yard I love to spend a lot of time playing outside with dogs.

About: Having a dog/people reactive dog myself, I know how challenging it is to find a person to take care of such a dog when you are away. I’m here to help! I have been owning dogs and cats and pet sitting for family friends since I was a child. I will make sure your pets are fed (according to your preferred schedule), taken out for potty breaks/walks, have my company during the day and are not left alone at night. In addition I’ll take care of your house as well, while you are away (mail, garbage, plants watering, etc). I work from home, so your pets won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours straight (in case I need to run some errands). I’ll do crating based on your direction. I’ll follow your directions on what you want and don’t want to be done to your furry babies. If your dog is challenging and needs few meetings before the trust is established, I can accommodate that.
