About: Hi, I’m Jane. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been a trusted Rover client since 2016. For many years, I relied on Rover while working in AI/Tech - a role that required frequent travel (7-10 days per month). During that time, exceptional sitters cared for my precious pup, Milo, a 10-lb toy poodle, providing him with a safe, calm, and loving environment. Milo passed away in 2023 at the age of 16 due to kidney failure. About: Hi! My name is Harper, I'm 19 years old, and I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life! Shelby was my childhood dog, a sweet old super mutt who I fed every morning as a 5 year old. My second dog was Noodles, the crankiest little rescue poodle mix I've ever seen, who passed in early 2025. Even though I've only had two dogs of my own, I have always been surrounded by families with pets, allowing me to grow up getting doggy kisses from all around my friend and family circle. I started pet sitting as soon as I was old enough to hold a leash without being dragged by the dog. Since the age of 12 I have sat for golden retrievers, pitties, german shepherds, doodles, dachshunds, and more (including cats!). There is no breed that I do not love with my whole heart; I'll take any in! I have considerable experience with uncooperative dogs both on and off leash, so whether you have an untrained puppy or a stubborn senior, I promise that I have way more patience with them than they have with me! Additionally, while I am not a licensed trainer, I do have some experience with training simple commands (sit, stay, heel, etc). I am also available for senior dogs, as I was a primary caretaker for Noodles in his old age (13-16 yrs), during which he dealt with hearing loss, joint pain, and medication prescriptions (which I would give him). I am currently a university student, home for summer break for the month of June. I love walking, running, and hiking, especially with a friend! Transportation is not an issue as I have my own car. My schedule is wide open since I'm home from school, and I will do my very best to keep clients updated on any changes to my schedule. For my own safety I will not provide service for animals who: are unspayed, have a history of violent or threatening behavior, have a transmissible disease, parasite, or consistently display symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea.

Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine since my schedule is very flexible. I’m an early riser, so I’m available for morning care, and I can adjust throughout the day to meet your pet’s needs. I make sure pets are secure, supervised, and never put in unsafe situations, while also keeping their routine as consistent as possible to reduce stress. I focus on building trust with both the pet and the owner by being reliable, communicative, and attentive to details. I keep the environment peaceful and comfortable, giving pets plenty of care, attention, and affection so they feel safe and at ease while you’re away.

About: Having a dog/people reactive dog myself, I know how challenging it is to find a person to take care of such a dog when you are away. I’m here to help! I have been owning dogs and cats and pet sitting for family friends since I was a child. I will make sure your pets are fed (according to your preferred schedule), taken out for potty breaks/walks, have my company during the day and are not left alone at night. In addition I’ll take care of your house as well, while you are away (mail, garbage, plants watering, etc). I work from home, so your pets won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours straight (in case I need to run some errands). I’ll do crating based on your direction. I’ll follow your directions on what you want and don’t want to be done to your furry babies. If your dog is challenging and needs few meetings before the trust is established, I can accommodate that.

I’m comfortable with energetic dogs who love activity, as well as pups who just want companionship and consistency. Whether it’s a long walk, play session, or just relaxing time at home, I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they need. I have a flexible schedule and am home most of the day. That allows me to easily plan around walks, feeding times, and play. I stay active and structured in my day, so pets get consistent attention and care and always feel safe and comfortable. I care for pets with patience and consistency, making sure their daily routine stays familiar and stress-free. I’m respectful of your home, mindful of safety, and attentive to any special needs.
