About: I'm a software engineer working from home looking to break up my day with some exercise. You will find me to be reliable and communicative. I love dogs. I adopted Wally from shelter 10 years ago, and he's been getting 10k steps a day ever since. I frequently care for friends' dogs, and would love to help yours get out more. I'm a freelance software engineer with control over my schedule and a very predictable routine. I can accommodate walks almost any time during the day with a little notice. I live in an apartment in SLU with a very high energy beagle. I know how to keep him stimulated and and well exercised. We know all the parks and neighborhoods nearby and where to get a drink of water on a hot day.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, from guinea pigs and parakeets, to dogs and cats. I volunteered at the local humane society walking dogs and taking care of cats during high school. I’ve done a good amount of pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors through the years. I’ve had to travel for work much of my adult life, so very much relate with being the pet parent entrusting my fur babies to someone else. I treat other peoples’ pets how I’d hope my pet sitters treat mine, and care for them as I do my own. I work from home during the week so would love to do daycare or overnight care for dogs that get along well with cats, and other dogs, even anxious shy-at-first small dogs. I have a cat and a little dog, who both love meeting new friends, although my dog can be territorial initially with new dogs in our home. For this reason we will need to meet any new dogs outside for a short walk before coming in, to familiarize them. Xavi tends to feel territorial with larger, very active dogs, so just offering daycare and boarding to smaller dogs, or dogs of all sizes that he is familiar with already. I have a covered patio and plenty of play space inside my apartment, and live in a very dog friendly and walkable area.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, and currently have 4! I’ve taken care of them when home alone (as they are family dogs), as well as dogsat for family friends. I’ve taken care of up to 3 dogs at once! I only work part time, so I will have lots of time to hang out with your pets! If I work at night, I’ll be with your pets all day, and as I love to exercise, I will happily take them to walk or run. If I work during the day, I will make sure to get their morning needs met before I get back in the afternoon to give them lots of attention and love! I will follow any and all instructions to a T! I definitely act on the cautious side when it comes to pets, and would not want to take any risks with their safety. I won’t hesitate to reach out if I have any questions or concerns because I want to prioritize their safety and happiness!

I’ve spent years walking dogs (and even cats), training, and pet sitting. I’ve trained my own cats to walk on a leash and have experience caring for pets with special needs. I’ve always had an easy time connecting with animals—there really hasn’t been one I couldn’t win over. I know how busy life can get, and even on the busiest days, your dog still needs exercise, attention, and care. That’s where I can help. I work with pet owners who need someone reliable to make sure their dogs get out regularly, burn off energy, and don’t feel cooped up all day. Whether you have long work hours, a high-energy pup, or just need an extra hand, I’ve got you covered. I focus on consistent, structured walks and give each pet the attention they deserve. This helps reduce boredom, excess energy, and unwanted behaviors. I also use organic, grain-free treats during walks and training to keep your pet feeling their best. I have two cats at home, so I’m not able to host dogs—but this is my way of still doing what I enjoy while helping others care for their pets. And fair warning—your dog might start looking forward to seeing me a little too much. I also take reliability seriously. If you’ve ever dealt with last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you won’t have to worry about that with me.
