“Ash is so reliable and the dogs felt safe with them. They were responsive and communicated clearly. They were flexible when needed and took care of everything!”
2. Erin D.
“This was our first time having Erin over to watch our cat while we were away. Erin was so welcoming and went above and beyond to care for our cat. She left very thoughtful check in reports and great pictures. I have no doubt I will be using Erin for all my future cat sits if she is available!”
3. Nikki M.
“Nikki was fantastic at watching my two cats! She was responsive, sent pics, and even brought in my packages while I was away. 10/10 would recommend!”
4. Anthony L.
“Anthony did an amazing job with our babies!! Our two dogs even have to be separated while we are away and he did everything perfectly! Went above and beyond and can’t wait to have him sit again (:”
5. Virginia P.
“Virginia did an EXCELLENT job caring for.our two female cats. One of them, Sienna, was hard to "befriend", but Virginia was very persistent and got her out of hiding on her 2nd day of caring for them. We felt very at ease knowing that our two cats are getting the best care while we're gone and that they trusted her and felt very comfortable with her. We appreciate her photos and her anecdotes about her drop-in time with them. We will recommend, Virginia anytime and would book her again the next time Missy and Sienna need her!”
6. Siobhan M.
“Siobhan has always had a natural affinity for animals as long as she has been alive. Our family pets always gravitated towards her immediately as most cats and dogs do due to her nature. Whenever I have seen Siobhan interact with animals away from home they tend to follow her around and mind her naturally, as if they already knew that they should do so.”
7. Andre J.
“Andre is amazing with both of our dogs. He is extremely responsive and has provided the best care to our pets. We would not hesitate to recommend Andre to family or friends”
8. Haeley D.
“Haeley was wonderful with our Pets, they were clearly very well taken care of. We have had her pet sit for us many times and they are always extremely happy to see her. What really stood out to me was her commitment to leave a place better than she found it. One time I had left the dishwasher clean and I returned to all the dishes put away and all of the ones she had used clean in the dishwasher. Her respect for our home and space was just above and beyond what I expected.”
9. Nikki D.
“What a great help, thank you so much!”
10. Karen M.
“Karen was very organized and did everything we needed. Everything was in perfect order when we came back (I really appreciate that she rinsed out the cat food containers so the house didn't smell bad when we returned).”
11. Mei W.
“Mei always takes great care of my two cats! She sends lots of pictures and updates on how they're doing when she stops by, which I really appreciate.”
12. Kiwi H.
“Kiwi recently watched our sweet old man cat for 5 days. She is great! Our request was a little last minute, but she didn't hesitate to help us out. Kiwi was very attentive, not only to our cat but also everything else. She asked necessary questions about his care and took notes during the meet and greet. I hated leaving kitty this time around, but Kiwi made me feel so much more comfortable with her great photos, notes and communications. I was especially comforted knowing she was spending time sitting with him and letting him sit on her lap for as long as possible even taking time to brush him. He definitely nloved that. When we returned she had left the house immaculate! Kiwi is gentle, caring and conscientious. Definitely recommend her for any pet sitting needs!”
13. Alanna H.
About: I have experience walking and running dogs. I also have extensive experience with in home pet sitting. I have cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, sheep, llamas, chickens, lizards, etc. I am happy to care for multiple dogs, dogs and cats, etc. I am a graduate student, so while my schedule can be busy, I have a lot of flexibility especially over weekends and holidays. If doing in home house sitting I can work from home. I would be interested in regular dog walks in my neighborhood. I can be more mobile for in-home pet sitting as I can drive, bike, walk, or bus. I like to follow the owners lead and try to recreate normal routines as much as possible for the pets. I am very flexible with care styles and I am happy to work with higher energy dogs and go on runs if they have sufficient leash training.
14. Vita H.
“Greatly appreciated all of Vita’s detailed updates during her drops ins with our pup. We could tell she took great care of her while we were away. Will definitely be booking Vita again!”
15. Cynda R.
“Cynda took great care of our pets during our five-day vacation. We received updates on every visit made (3x/day). Also, Cynda kept the pet feeding and litter areas very well groomed!”
16. Reine & Romain H.
“Reine and Romain were very reliable. We asked them to drop in and feed our dog while we were out of town, letting her in and out at different times. They showed up when they said they would, they were very communicative, letting us know things were going well, and they were so sweet to our dog Alice. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!”
17. Kristin S.
“We were so fortunate to find Kristin on Rover! She was incredibly thoughtful and caring from the start. She made two visits before our trip—one to meet the pets and the second to tour the house and walk the dogs. Kristin was incredibly gentle with our little dog, Skip, who has some past trauma, and she took excellent care of our other dog, Rocky, and our cat, Scratch. During our extended trip, Kristin was fantastic. She managed an unexpected situation with a neighbor thoughtfully and showed great care for our pets and home. She kept us updated with notes, regular check-ins, and photos, which we really appreciated. Kristin even let our dogs sleep with her at night, just like they do with us, ensuring they felt comfortable and secure. Living in an area where we need to be mindful of our neighbors and barking, we truly valued Kristin’s awareness and consideration. She did an outstanding job, and we’re so grateful for her help! With her pet/house sitting, we were able to genuinely relax and enjoy our time away. We will definitely be contacting her in the future and highly recommend her to others.”
18. Laurel Y.

“Atlas was great! They really went above and beyond in caring for and playing and cuddling with my two cats while I was on vacation. Excellent communication and responsiveness!”
20. Ofelia M.
“Ofelia was wonderful! We were lucky to have someone so caring to check-in on our cat. From the pictures it seemed they had a blast. I will definitely connect with Ofelia again for future needs!”
