“Jul was excellent with my dog Indigo. Despite Indigo being very energetic and difficult to reign in at times, Jul maintained patience and kindness towards her. What I appreciated the most about her care was that she managed to balance playtime, attention and positive reinforcement equally with boundaries, expectations for behavior, and appropriate redirection with Indigo. Jul was a great communicator throughout the service and very receptive to the specific needs my dog has (dietary restrictions, leash/harness requirements). I would highly recommend Jul to anyone who values good care both person to person, and of course person to pet.”
