“I am a first time pet owner and rover user. I was a little nervous leaving my kitty with a stranger and using this app in general. However im so glad to have met Shea. The other reviews speak for themselves. He was great with my cat. He was professional, friendly, flexible, communicated well with me the whole time. I did not once feel anxious on my trip away from my cat. Definitely will try to have him watch her again next time.”
2. Navy B.
“Navy was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with! I was feeling nervous when my newly adopted cat started having some stomach problems right before I was going out of town but having Navy stop by with their extensive experience working with animals put me at some ease. My cat Komodo loved Navy and asked for all the pets, when she’s usually pretty shy. 10/10 recommend and I’m already planning to book with Navy again. Thank you for everything, Navy!”
3. Wynter G.

4. Brenda K.
“Brenda was amazing with my cat. She is reliable, on time, communicative and sent me photos of Ollie after each visit.”
5. Alex Z.
“Alex was incredibly professional. Alex reached out before watching our cats for the first time and was able to come to the apartment to meet our cats with us here and see where all of the food and toys were located. Alex sent timely updates daily and was very easy to work with. We came home to two happy cats and a clean litter box. Along with feeding our cats and cleaning the litter box, Alex also played with our cats daily and seeing pictures of our cats getting attention and being happy was very reassuring. We cannot recommend Alex enough.”
6. Olivia P.
“I'm very happy with Olivia's pet sitting! I came home to happy cats and no issues! She's very communicative and easy to work with. Thank you!!!”
7. Jay L.
“Jay is a great sitter whose visit notes made me feel like he really appreciates and understands Francis. I could tell from the photos that Fran liked and trusted Jay. He was really friendly and patient during our meet n greet as I sorta struggled to remember what I needed to cover since I recently moved into a new place and haven’t had a pet sitter in a long time. I will definitely seek out Jay in the future, and can only assume Fran will like to see him again too!”
8. Jessica S.
“Jessica is the best! Most reliable and handles last-minute extension requests smoothly. I’ve worked with Jessica many times now and she is really terrific- my Roy loves her!”
9. Levi M.
“Levi is a great dog walker and really goes the extra mile to make sure my dog has an amazing walk. He is very caring and compassionate towards animals. Levi is my brother and we grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats who we walked together.”
10. Lauren K.
“When I returned, I literally said "Wow! Lauren handled everything!" I have exactly zero complaints and all praise for Lauren's thoughtful, compassionate, and professional care of not only my companion, Chaos, but also my personal residence. 10/10, no notes, she's awesome.”
11. Samantha T.
“It was our first time leaving our little kitten Tiki and Samantha went above and beyond!!! Tiki LOVED her and it was so cute to watch Tiki go from hiding under our bed to coming out and getting all the cuddles from Samantha. As first time cat owners, it was heart warming to know that our little Tiki was getting affection and Samantha took the time to gain her trust. She sent many pictures which made me so happy! Not only that but Samantha met me for a meet and greet before leaving, took out the trash when she left AND brought in the mail all unprompted! We will definitely make Samantha our go-to girl when we need to leave Tiki!!”
12. Bryant A.
“Bryant comes over during the day to feed and cuddle with my cat while I'm at work. He is the sweetest person and extremely diligent and reliable. It's obvious from the photos he sends that my cat enjoys playing with the wand toy, snuggling in Bryant's lap or just chilling together. Really appreciate his help and care.”
13. Alexis B.
“Alexis is phenomenal. Diligent, caring, experienced and capable. She is a real cat person - understands their moods and body language, and she has great people skills too. I immediately felt supported in figuring out how to best care for my aging kitty with medical issues. I love that she is a retired RN and brings that professionalism to her pet care.”
14. Leo H.
“Leo has proven rather passionately and efficiently that he has the responsibility and heart to properly care for peoples pets. The way he treated mine was endearing and trustworthy, so I would definitely like to advocate for him so he can receive further jobs within Rover. If you’re looking for someone to care for your fur babies and have zero worries, his experience, skills, responsibility, and care will definitely meet your expectations!!”
15. Katie C.
“Katie has been taking care of our cats ever since we moved to Seattle, and I cannot recommend her enough. When she is taking care of our cats, I know they are in good hands, and I can trust that everything is all good there. I have had last minute questions and drop in visits scheduled with Katie, and she has always been able to accommodate. She truly is the best!”

About: 3/8/24: ***MARCH DATES AVAILABLE*** A few highlights about me: ***I only accept one dog booking at a time, allowing for a calm environment for your dog while he or she is in my care. ***Work from home full-time & no dog of my own. ***Rover sitting since 2017. ***7 years on the platform with over 80 5 star reviews. ***Private home with secure rooftop. ***Home in North Beacon Hill, near I-90, quick access to Eastside, downtown Seattle, 15 min from airport. ***I do watch ONE DOG AT A TIME, so once I get a booking, I immediately block off the date to prevent any overlap. I am a dog lover & love having a companion at home with me. I also send many photos via the Rover app to ensure you that you're dog is happy & healthy, enjoying his/her low-stress stay in a safe, calm & clean environment. A bit about me, I have 15+ years of experience with dogs and 2024 is my 8th year as a Rover dog sitter. I had a cocker spaniel of my own, who passed away in 2017. Given I do have some work travel arise every so often, I decided to be a Rover dog dad for the time being and I truly LOVE getting to know the many dogs of the Seattle area I have watched. I also can provide airport dropoff or pickup as you need. I work from home full time during the week so I can walk your dog out as frequently as needed or give routinized medications. I am a pretty early riser, so we will get a morning walk in, often before sunrise, as well as plenty of snuggle time in the evening. #JoeRoverSeattle (Follow me on Instagram!) Air Conditioned Home to keep your pup comfortable during the summer months. I can watch dogs with high energy as easily as a dogs that have lower energy. While I love a dog that I can take on hikes & longer strolls, I can just as easily watch an older dog or a lazy pupper.

“Michelle was great with our big dogs for the weekend!”
18. Gabriel G.
“Gabriel did an excellent job watching our cat Skipper. I enjoyed the photos he sent each day and felt comfortable that he was being well cared for. I would use Gabriel again and highly recommend!”
19. Lauren H.
“Lauren has cared for my two dogs, my sisters two dogs and one cat, many times before! Whether this was to quickly let them out for the day while we were away for an extended period, or even staying with them for a few days both dog sitting and house sitting! I’m definitely someone who worries about leaving my dogs and I have guilt when I do, but knowing that Lauren is watching them and making them feel safe and comfortable makes me feel safe and comfortable! She’ll check in with me on how my dogs are doing and share cute little things they do while I’m gone with a text or taking a picture for me. I’m excited Lauren is becoming part of Rover because she really is a loving person which ties into being a loving caregiver.”
