Kristy provided multiple updates throughout the day, was very thorough in her questions about care, and was always responsive. Mochi can be quite reactive to other dogs and Kristy did a great job managing this and letting him have fun on walks. It was truly so nice to have peace of mind during my time away - including over 4th of July! Will be booking again for sure and would highly recommend : )”
