Erin and her husband were amazing. They were great communicators, providing a lot of reassurance for our first time away from our puppy. They were diligent about giving him his meds and managing his energy appropriately. Our home was left in the same (if not better) condition that we left it in, and our pup was happy and healthy! Would absolutely use Erin again.
Sofia was super responsive and attentive to my dog! She was very prompt, sent lots of updates on Bella, and even helped take care of my plants! I also had some delays in my traveling back home and she was super flexible and understanding which meant a lot. I can tell my dog loved her and was in good hands the entire time.
Naomi was absolutely fantastic. Super communicative, sent updates video, and pictures without having to ask. From meet & greet to start time to end time, she was perfectly prompt, and my dogs seemed to love her! Not to mention keeping my home tidy/clean, really appreciate that as I’m in the middle of packing for a move so things are already more chaotic than normal. Highly recommend!
From the moment Cynthia met our puppy, we knew she was the person we could completely trust with both our beloved pet and our home. She is kind, attentive, incredibly pet-focused, and clearly passionate about providing exceptional care. Cynthia devoted her daily routine to our furry girl, giving her the attention, exercise, affection, and gentle training she needed. We especially appreciated the wonderful photos, videos, and thoughtful daily updates that kept us connected while we were away. Our puppy can be a very finicky eater, but Cynthia patiently worked with her and was so attentive to her needs that she ended up finishing almost every meal—a remarkable accomplishment! It was obvious that our dog felt safe, loved, and happy in her care. We returned home to a content, well-cared-for puppy and a house that was immaculate! We couldn't be more delighted with Cynthia's professionalism, warmth, and dedication. She is truly exceptional. If you're looking for someone to care for your pets and your home as if they were her own, look no further. Nobody does it better!
Dorothy is amazing. I needed to move unexpectedly leaving me just a handful of days to unpack a couple of boxes before a week-long trip. I didn't have wifi set up. Dorothy was so kind about the situation, took care of Bentley, and my place. She was incredibly flexible about the whole situation. Highly recommend!!¡
Nikki was the best! Nikki was so supportive, kind, & patient with my 2 older German Shepherd dogs. Nikki went above and beyond what was asked of her. Nikki was a proactive communicator & asked questions if needed but was quite self sufficient. Nikki took our girls on daily adventures & took pictures & videos of the girls for us. Cannot recommend Nikki enough! Thank you Nikki for taking such wonderful care of our pups.
