“Sunny takes great care of our two kitties - playing with them when they’re interested and even helping to tidy up the litter area! I especially appreciate the detailed Rover cards and pictures :).”

“Michelle was so patient with our dog Angel who hid under our deck and refused to come out. She stayed longer than she was scheduled to in attempt to get her out and tried so hard to help. Would definitely suggest her for any dogs!”

“She was available last minute and very friendly with the pups. While I was gone, the pups made a bit of a mess (getting into trash and a bit of pee inside) that were left there. But I didn’t explicitly ask her to clean their messes, and she seems to have followed at least the primary instructions, so there’s that. Overall, pretty solid experience for what she charges.”

“Alexis is phenomenal. Diligent, caring, experienced and capable. She is a real cat person - understands their moods and body language, and she has great people skills too. I immediately felt supported in figuring out how to best care for my aging kitty with medical issues. I love that she is a retired RN and brings that professionalism to her pet care.”

About: New to Rover but certainly not new to pet sitting. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid, and I’m still the go-to sitter for friends and family. I plan to care and love for your pets, the way I’d expect someone to do so for my own. From elderly dogs needing special diets to dogs with conditions such as diabetes, I have many years and types of experience and I'm happy to adapt to the unique needs of your pets. While you're away on vacation or at work, your pets will be in the safe and friendly hands of a pet and animal lover. Available most mornings and evenings. Weekends and work-from-home days (usually M, Tu, Fri) I can be a bit more flexible. I work a 9-5 so generally I need to work around that schedule. I will care for your pet and home with the up most respect. My goal is to make sure your pet is safely taken care of and left happy, satisfied, and loved. I’d love to chat before my visit about anything I should take into consideration before entering your home. Especially if your dog or cat is known to make a run for it when doors to the outside are open or if they can be aggressive with new people. Whatever I can do to make sure your pet is safe, I will do it! It'd also be helpful to know where you keep your cleaning materials in case your pet leaves a mess that I can clean up. I know it can be less than ideal to return home to find cat litter, spilt water and feces around your home. Trust me... I've been there.
About: I’ve cared for my own dog, Fatsy, for 8 years—and that experience taught me everything from managing picky eating habits to comforting an anxious pup during thunderstorms. I know how to read body language, handle leash pulling, and create enriching routines tailored to each dog’s needs. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly trust me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets when they’re away. I bring a calm, loving energy that puts both pets and their people at ease. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pet consistent care and attention throughout the day. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and for walks or drop-ins on weekdays with flexible timing. I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine and needs. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with plenty of safe walking paths nearby. Pets are never left unattended, and I keep a calm, clean, and loving space.
“I couldn't ask for a more thoughtful sitter to care for my two cats! Nazli maintained great communication during their visits and made sure both feline friends were happy in my absence. I would definitely book again.”

“We had to find a dog sitter on very short notice and Olivia came to our rescue! She even came by for a quick into visit with our dog to make sure it was a good fit. 100% recommend!”

“Wonderful job even though I called them in last minute, and they were able to pick up an extra check-in when my flights were delayed! Will definitely be requesting them again.”

About: Caregiving has always been a specialty of mine. I grew up in a household with dogs and cats along with 2 handicapped family members. Anticipating the needs of others comes naturally to me. I currently live with my cat Ophelia aka "phi phi" and we enjoy snuggling, playing and going on walks in the neighborhood. I work from home part-time as an enneagram guide and am available most days throughout the week with reliable transportation. My schedule is flexible and therefore allows me to care for your pets according to your schedule. I live in a beautiful part of Judkins/Mt.Baker Seattle where my home backs up to a museum, a giant park, a school and a dog park. There is nothing but park and trails around me, making it an excellent place to bring your pets on walks or to the dog park. I also have a fenced in yard and a two story home where pets are free to go on the couch and roam as they please. I don't have a dog crate but I can certainly crate your dog here or we can sleep on the bed together :)
“Brenda was amazing, it was my first time leaving for a long trip and wanted to make sure my cat was cared for and Brenda went above and beyond sending cute updates and making sure she felt lived and cared for! Amazing and even more than i could have hoped for!”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life, since I was a kid! Friends, family and neighbors have trusted me for years with taking care of their pets, walking them or house-sitting. I adore pets and care deeply about animal-wellbeing, especially for pets that are away from the familiar love of their owners. I have a fairly open schedule to fill with pet care! I’m available for week day care, dog walking or house check-ins for pretty much any time during the day. I’m additionally available on the weekends. I highly respect the homes of others, including their pets spaces. This means treating not only the pet with utmost care, but the home of the owner as well.
Leschi pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alijah was great with my cat. During my Christmas vacation she kept me updated on how he was doing and provided pictures as well. She also made sure she had the information she needed, such as where the cat carrier was in case of emergency and where the apartments trash area was for litter disposal. She also made sure that my boy got the attention he needed and that he had food and water. It was hard for me to to leave him behind for the amount of time I did, but Alijah showed that he was in good hands while I was away. Overall a positive experience and I will consider her next time I go traveling and am short on people to look after my cat.

Matty takes such good care of my two cats! I have one especially skittish cat who used to worry me every time I’d travel. Matty has petsat for us twice now, and he loves him. I always return to a spotless house and healthy cats. I will definitely only be booking with Matty moving forward!

Fantastic! Made sure my guy was well loved while I was away and kept me updated. Everything was perfect when I returned and was super flexible with meeting up to return my keys when I had some issues come up upon my return. Will 100% use them again! I think Bruno was a fan as well.

We are so grateful to Bethany and the amazing care that she provided to our cat, Monroe. She was very communicative during our whole trip and sent lots of pictures, which put our minds at ease. She was also attentive to our cat’s mobility challenges and medication/supplement needs. We would absolutely have Bethany care for our pets again and again!

Mead was great! She gave my boy lots of love an affection and showed up every day we agreed to. She made sure to give him extra love and affection as my trip ran long, when he started becoming increasingly needy. He was usually affectionate with him when she visited to return my spare key!

Zara went above and beyond when taking care of my two kittens, giving them time, attention, and affection. I also appreciated the clear and professional updates and pictures she sent of them and felt reassured that they were safe and thriving. I would definitely book her again next time I needed short or long-term pet care! My kittens would definitely be happy to see Zara again as well.
