About: I've had cats and dogs at home for the last 18 years. Since the last of my fur babies passed away there is plenty of room in the house and in my heart to take care of others. I have dog sat for friends over the years and have a lot of experience with senior pets and medical issues. I work from home full-time during the week and am readily available to potty, walk, feed, or play with your dog or cat as needed. I have a decent-sized fully-fenced yard for your dog to potty or play in, and I would never leave them outside unsupervised. My home is big enough to accommodate a large dog and I have baby gates if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for pets and house sitting since I was a kid, with over 15 years of hands-on experience including formal pet care and training. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and if I hadn’t ended up in tech, I probably would’ve become a vet! I work from home full-time, so your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced backyard, which is perfect for safe playtime during boarding stays. I have experience with pets of all ages and needs — from energetic puppies to senior dogs who just want a calm, cozy environment. I live with my fiancé and our 2-year-old mini doodle, Bear. He’s about 15 lbs of pure sweetness and loves other dogs, but he’s also very good at giving space to pups who prefer a quieter vibe. About: I got my first pup when I turned 11 and have cared for them ever since, going on 14 years of owning a pet. Both dogs and cats! About: Most people call me Josh. Dogs have always been my favorite animal and I've lived with them for most of my life. I am recently dog-free and I miss having dog energy in my house. I've raised two dogs through basic obedience to adulthood, one with a class, and one largely on my own. I am personally a big believer in the methods described in The Art of Raising a Puppy, because I have had excellent results with their techniques, but will of course prioritize whatever approach is preferred by owners. I am happy to help reinforce any basic obedience your dog may be working on, as well as senior dogs. I am comfortable with a wide range of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Highly reactive dogs are not my favorite, but "highly reactive" can be subjective, so I will consider such dogs on a case by case basis. I am happy to work with dogs of varying activity levels, but extremely high-activity dogs will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am currently working from home and am available for dropoff in-home daycare most weekdays and dog boarding (including weekends). My schedule for my dog was three walks a day (morning, afternoon/dinnertime, bedtime) so that is what I'm used to, but I am happy to work with clients to discuss their routine and work with them to agree on an experience that fits their and their dog's needs. I currently have no other animals in my home, so your dog will get my full attention as needed. I don't have a fenced yard, but I am in a residential neighborhood with a good-sized park a block away. I am reasonably close to Seward Park and the Genesee dog park as well.

She provided regular picture updates, and you could genuinely tell he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I was a bit concerned about Sophie because she's so small (5 lbs) and frankly can be a bit of a challenge around other dogs and children (Erica has both) but wow, were my concerns misplaced. Erica did an amazing job with Sophie and gave us constant feedback with posted commentary and photos of what they were doing. We got way more than we paid for. It's clear that while Erica takes her job seriously, she also just loves dogs. What a sweet, cool, nice woman. I can't say enough great things about her. Sophie seemed sad to leave.
