It is crucial for me to keep notes of things you as the owner may want me to be aware of. Of course things such as allergies, food portions and general sensitivities all make the list, but it can includd anything that will help me provide the best experience possible for you and your pet. I also make sure that I give pets plenty of time to adjust to my presensce and become comfortable with me in their space or holding their leash. I employ both of these practices across all services offered. Anything further concerns or details owners would like to bring up are more than welcome and can be added my repertoire.
Information Justin W. would like to know about your pet
If your pet has any special needs, allergies, special dietary or exercise requirements, sensitivities to stimuli, or anxieties please let me know in advance so I can be prepared for our first meeting. I will always do my best to accomidate you and your pet no matter what the circimstances, and providing me with information such as this ahead of time can only enhance the experience.
A typical day
In a typical day, if I was walking your dog I would take them, at a comfortable yet brisk pace, on a walk of varying length. The length of the walk will depend on the dog. The goal here is to provide them with exercise and mental stimulation, giving them a break from staring at the walls or out of windows. Taking them to the park, around the block, up the street to see the goings on of the neighborhood are all favorites of mine. It gives both of us a chance to take a breath and observe our surroundings for a minute. In a typical visit, I will request a list of things the owner would like me to accomplish, as well as any needs or specifications for that visit. In addition to this, head pats and back scratches will be provided to will pets upon entry to your home. Changing food and water, light grooming such as brushing, play time and cuddles can all be apart of the routine, again depending on pet and owner needs for that visit. A typical homestay includes all of these things, over the duration of the stay with a few extra head pats here and there.

Pet care experience
Back home in the midwest I was constantly surrounded by pets of all types. My first pets were several different types of fish, my uncle owned a Parokeet named Spike and a chocolate Yorkie named Chase, my grandpa had a Chihuahua named Rambo, my neighbor two Beagles named Magnum and Carmel, and my Cub Scout troops' den mom had 3 big golden retrievers that loved to join us for our weekly meetings. Eventually I convinced my parents to let me get a dog, a yorkie doodle mix I named Scout. Friends and other relatives have owned and let me watch over their dogs, cats, and even snakes. Pets have always been and always will be a part of my life. Since moving to the PNW, I've been able to make new fury friends and foster those relatiomships, though I'm not around them as often as I'd like to be. The past couple years living with a gigantic, hard-headed puppy named Ranger and a vocal yet cuddly elder cat named Tolouse have given me a deeper appreciation for what pets can bring to my life. Ranger helped me adapt to a new place roughed it out sith me through my first "long dark" and Tolouse is here to guide me through my second. Over time, I've come to really appreciate the things pets bring to my life, as well as the impact they have on people around them, and I would like to share that appreciation by providing my services to you and your pets. This way I get to spend time with new fury friends, keeping them company while owners are away, and hopefully provide a helping hand to busy owners. Everybody wins!
Reviews

Justin is just wonderful! Ducati immediately got comfortable with him. He made me feel at ease while being away from my little one. Thank you so much!

Justin is great, this is our second time having him stay with Luna and he was lovely.

Justin did great with my senior Pug Esther!! I could tell she was very comfortable at home while Justin was here sitting for her. Thanks again Justin!!

Justin was so great with my dogs! They were so happy and rested when I returned from my trip. Both the dogs and the house were well taken care of!
