“Corinne was great! She followed all the instructions that I left and took great care of my cats while I was away. She was also great with communication. Will definitely use her again!”

About: I’ve spent most my life taking care of our cats, and eventually our dogs. I currently have a samoyed and a husky. Known dogs to be highly energetic and working dogs. I house sit for my mom for trips. A few years ago her friends started to hire me, a few neighbors as well. I have a flexible schedule, and have taken care of small dogs to extremely large dogs. I am good with reactive dogs and knowing how to handle those situations. I love animals more than anything, and pour my heart into each one I meet. I currently attend Seattle Central College, 1/3 of my courses are in person. This means, Monday-Thursday I am there for an hour or two. No longer than that. I am available afterwards. Fridays-Sundays I am free, but will have tutoring for an hour one of those days in the afternoon. I am very flexible and able to be at the house anytime. Early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and nights. For house sitting, I am in the home and spending time with the pets at all times, aside from my in person class times. I stick to a schedule of feedings, walks, play time, etc. I like to stay organized and I know animals enjoy structure! I am always sending photos and updates, as well as making sure I thoroughly know as much about the pet as possible before the stay. I treat my walking/feeding pets the same. Always on time and double checking I am following their routine.
“From our first initial contact I could tell Conner was thorough, attentive, and caring. He asked great questions that a sitter had never asked before. We felt confident that is something terrible were to happen when we were gone, our cats would be in good hands. Our cats seemed to warm up to him quickly which is impressive for them. Conner was also very flexible and understanding about key drop off when our building had an unexpected issue.”

“Raymond was great and very communicative! We loved all the pictures he sent us throughout of the doggies. We got the sense that he really knew what he was doing compared to other Rover’s we’ve hired in the past. The girls seemed happy when we got home which is a great sign. Thank you Raymond! We recommend his service to anyone interested and will definitely hire again in the future 🙂”

“Shriya did a fantastic job taking care of my senior dog, spending extra time each day to establish a bond, play and ensure my girl was exceptionally well taken care of. I highly recommend her - five+ stars.”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, from guinea pigs and parakeets, to dogs and cats. I volunteered at the local humane society walking dogs and taking care of cats during high school. I’ve done a good amount of pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors through the years. I’ve had to travel for work much of my adult life, so very much relate with being the pet parent entrusting my fur babies to someone else. I treat other peoples’ pets how I’d hope my pet sitters treat mine, and care for them as I do my own. I work from home during the week so would love to do daycare or overnight care for dogs that get along well with cats, and other dogs, even anxious shy-at-first small dogs. I have a cat and a little dog, who both love meeting new friends, although my dog can be territorial initially with new dogs in our home. For this reason we will need to meet any new dogs outside for a short walk before coming in, to familiarize them. Xavi tends to feel territorial with larger, very active dogs, so just offering daycare and boarding to smaller dogs, or dogs of all sizes that he is familiar with already. I have a covered patio and plenty of play space inside my apartment, and live in a very dog friendly and walkable area.
“Leah has done a couple drop in visits for our boys and always does great with them. Very easy to communicate with/get in touch with and our pups always look so happy in their pictures with Leah. Would highly recommend!!”

“Dawnula took great care of our dog and cats during a recent trip. Our cats can be especially picky and will often hide away when sitters visit, but they took an immediate liking to Dawnula, as did our dog. Will definitely be booking with Dawnula again!”

“Anne was awesome! She took great care of my two cats while I was away. What impressed me the most was her clear, concise communication and the effort she put in to bond with my kitties. She took extra time to play with them and give them company, alongside the brass tacks of feeding and cleaning. As long as she is willing, I’ll be trusting her with my cats anytime I need a sitter.”

About: I have been a pet caretaker since my freshmen year of high school. Through this time i have taken care of a variety of animals. I just started my first year of college at Western Washington university. I dont have many classes everyday so i have a pretty flexible schedule. My love for animals creates a safe environment for animals of any kind. I have a dog at home named RJ. He has had a rough life of medical issues, if my family didn't adopt him he would not of lived. Our connection with him and our pet caretaker experience has only grown with time. I am patient and calm when needed, and if ur dog need the opposite (playtime and energy), i can do that too!
“Justin is fantastic, he's really taken the time to make my anxious dog comfortable. Its made me more comfortable leading up to a bigger trip being able to leave her with someone who cares.”

“Brittany did such a great job with my dog! She updated me with photos, details of the visit/walk, and tracked the walks on rovers map. I could tell she has a genuine love for animals and I trust her to care for my home and dog when away.”

“My dog is very sensitive and she rarely gets along with pet sitters. Pablo did an amazing job bringing a dog with severe anxiety out of her shell. He took her for walks every day and handled here with sensitivity. I got daily updates and pictures. Would highly recommend!”

“Janelle is super friendly, reliable, and flexible too. It’s always nerve wrecking leaving your babies behind, but Janelle made me feel at ease. It was my first experience using Rover and it was a positive one!”

About: I’m excited to take care of your furry friends, and give them the love and attention they deserve🫶! I own 2 cats, and I grew up with cats and dogs in the home! A little about me: I’ve lived in Seattle for 10 years and LOVE my neighborhood of Magnolia ☀️. Whale watching/beach going is my favorite hobby , and I have a green thumb (your plants are safe with me!)🪴 I work in office one day a week (usually a Monday or Tuesday) and remote the rest of the week! Wednesday-Sunday I am usually available all day, and am happy to work with you on my Monday/Tuesday schedule :) Unfortunately I cannot house any pets at my home, due to having 2 cats if my own. However I will be able to care for your pets in your own home, treating the pets with love and kindness as well as treating your home with cleanliness and respect.

Madison and Lokesh were amazing with our two dogs! One of our dogs is a big puller, but that didn’t seem to be an issue for them at all. They were both very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly throughout. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to take great care of their fur babies!

I recently booked Saba to check in on my two Maine Coon cats during a two-week trip, and I can confidently say she is the best Rover sitter I’ve had the pleasure of hiring! She is incredibly communicative, kind, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond. I always felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such good hands while I was away. I came home to a pristine home and, most importantly, two very happy and well-cared-for cats. I would hire Saba again in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Chandler took excellent care of our cat while we were out of town. Our cat requires medications and Chandler was able to provide these to her everyday without fail at a consistent time. We appreciated the updates and knew we left our sweet cat in good hands.

Aurelia was very kind, responsive, and great with the cats. This was my first time using Rover and had initially booked a house sitting visit for my 2 cats for a week long. I realized I meant to book drop in visit and she happily changed the booking for me and accepted. She sent photos every day and even watered plants and filled my humidifier when the apartment felt dry. My cats are always mad at me when I return from vacation because I have always had a friend pop in to check on them. But this time there was a huge shift and I could tell they were happy that someone stayed with them each day for 30 mins. 10/10 recommend and will be booking her again!

Allie provided us with fun photo and video updates from her daily visits to look after our cats. We really appreciated seeing these, and attention and playtime she was able to give them while we were away. Allie also brought in our mail, took our garbage and recycling to the street on trash day. We were able to feel confident that our kitties were well taken care of while we were away. Allie was very responsive and professional, and we would happily hire her again!

Ally was absolutely wonderful with Oscar. Her communication throughout my trip was phenomenal, she sent regular check-ins with photos that let me relax and enjoy my time away knowing he was in good hands. Oscar is a shy, sensitive cat who takes time to warm up, and Ally was so patient and attentive with him. This was actually the first trip where he didn’t get a stress hairball while I was gone, which tells me just how comfortable and cared for he felt. You could tell she genuinely cared about him, not just checking a box, and that made all the difference in my peace of mind. She’s a true cat whisperer. I’ll absolutely be booking her again for Oscar’s next stay, he needs his good buddy while I’m away!

Presley was great! She took good care of my cat and sent lots of photos. She responds so quickly, and handles obstacles with ease. When my door lock was malfunctioning, she let me know and returned later that same day after the issue was fixed. I’ll be booking her again!
