About: I've cared for animals my entire life, starting with my own pets as a child. I've also provided trusted care for friends', neighbors, and family members dogs, cats, horses, birds, and small critters. I'm especially experienced with rescue pets, having cared for my own dog who was rescued as a street dog from Taiwan, as well as 2 kittens rescued from a bucket on the streets of LA. This has taught me patience, compassion, and how to support pets with unique backgrounds and needs. I treat every animal with the same love, respect, and attention I have given my own. Because every pet is family. I'm a single mom and I run my own small business from home, which allows me to make my own schedule and stay flexible. My kids are in daycare during the day, so I'm fully available to focus on pet care. I'm available for walks and drop-in visits anytime between 7:30 AM to 5 PM allowing plenty of time of time to focus on your pet's needs. I can also be available on the weekends anytime with enough notice. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need care outside of these hours and we can try to work something out. At this time, caring for pets in my home can be a bit more challenging, as I have two small children and two resident cats. Because of this, in-home care would need to be the right fit for everyone involved. I may be open to hosting a small animal that is comfortable around children and cats, calm in a family environment, and able to transition well into a shared space. My priority is always safety, comfort, and a positive experience for both your pet and family.

About: I have consistently pet-sat and house-sat for the last five years in the Bellingham and Seattle area. I have experience caring for small and large dog breeds, as well as cats. As a law student, my schedule is pretty flexible! I am currently a law student, but my schedule is very flexible, as classes require me to be on campus for only two to three hours a day. Additionally, I have a car that allows me to easily commute to wherever your pet lives. The rest of my time, I am available to take care of your pet! Depending on what your pet likes, I love taking walks, playing with their favorite toys, and vegging out on the couch! He gave her her spoonful of wet food, which is enough to get by if she went without water for a little while, and when I asked he said he refilled the bowl every day. Going forward I would just remind Mick to keep an eye on food and water.”

About: I’ve grown up with a lab and have had my own dog now for 2 years. I live in an apartment but it is 700 square feet and on street level so we have easy access to being outside. I am especially good with shy dogs, as my dog was a shelter dog that took a lot of time coming out of her shell. I work part time so have lots of time to hang with your pup! I have a 2 year old dog of my own, and we love going to dog parks, on hikes, or just for some sniffy walks. We would love your dog to join us! Dogs are allowed on furniture but can be crated if that is the preference. They will be outside at least 3x a day, and will have a total minimum exercise of 90 min!

About: I've had both dogs and cats since I was born. I've trained puppies with basic commands like sit, down, and stay, and I've raised two dogs and two cats from infancy. Alijah was great with my cat. During my Christmas vacation she kept me updated on how he was doing and provided pictures as well. She also made sure she had the information she needed, such as where the cat carrier was in case of emergency and where the apartments trash area was for litter disposal. She also made sure that my boy got the attention he needed and that he had food and water. It was hard for me to to leave him behind for the amount of time I did, but Alijah showed that he was in good hands while I was away. Overall a positive experience and I will consider her next time I go traveling and am short on people to look after my cat.
Aaliyah has taken such amazing and thoughtful care of my cat and senior bunny - she is responsible, reliable, diligent and a great communicator (she has also been very understanding with my travel schedule and response times) she has followed instructions, and gone above and beyond to cleanup any messes left by the critters. Shyann did an amazing job taking care of my two cats! Everything was kept very clean and organized, and she even helped groom my cat, which I really appreciated. My cats were clearly well cared for and comfortable while I was away. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!
