I was a little worried at first since it was also Misty's first time being cared for by a stranger but Ling put both Misty and I at ease. The first night Misty arrived, Ling sent me videos of Misty easing my worries. Throughout the few days, Ling would communicate with me regarding Misty and how she was doing by sending photos and videos I highly recommend Ling to those who are looking for a dogsitter. Maisie can be very timid and shy at first but they both were incredibly understanding and gave Maisie a safe space to warm up at her own pace. Less than 30 minutes later Maisie was playing fetch with the other dogs! They are incredibly communicative and sent images regularly. I felt at ease that Maisie was in good hands the whole time!”

She was fortunate to have another boarded small dog to play with, and got to play chase in Lorena’s backyard any time she wanted (normally she only gets to do this at the dog park)! Lorena and her husband, like my daughter, allowed Tootsie to sleep in their bed, for which we were grateful, AND because they both work from home, Tootsie had company 24-7 (her dream come true, and something she does not even get at home)! Lorena is definitely our new go-to for boarding.”
