“At the risk of never being able to book her again because she is so popular, Ponyo is the best dog sitter on this site! She is like a dog whisperer, she will text me and tell me 'Aspen or Stella is trying to tell me something I know it they are doing this or that, do you know what they want?' She is always right, I don't expect the sitter to do everything I do for my pets (just happy when they're taken good care of) but my dogs still have expectations lol so they are wanting their usual mid afternoon treat or something crazy. Once she even went to the store because I forgot to pack one of these snacks. My most recent visit was for my daughter's wedding and I was still in town but was going too be busy for my dog's needs so I booked Ponyo well in advance. Coming up to the date my older dog got cancer on her arm and it was not pretty! I asked her if she would still be comfortable watching her, knowing it wasn't necessary but preferred, she said she was really okay with it. Well in that week it grew to an even uglier mess and bless her heart, she took care of her like she was her own pup. After my Aspen had her arm amputated, Ponyo came to my house with a little get well gift and to visit her, even bringing her children which was special treat for Aspen. You just don't get more love from a sitter than this!! I cannot recommend Ponyo enough, 100 stars!!”

River had a great time with Carolyn and the pack. It was his first time boarding and we were a little nervous about how he would do, but he was happy and tired when he came home - lots of great play with the other dogs, at the park, and snuggles at home with Carolyn.
Pancake’s stay at Kenith’s was great! It was her first overnight stay outside our home and she seemed to have a blast. We received daily pictures, all showing her either having fun playing with the other dogs or passed out, exhausted. Drop off and pick up were a breeze too. Thanks for taking such good care of our puppy!
I had a great experience leaving Benji with Yu Fang for two weeks. She sent daily updates with photos and I always knew how he was doing and that he was well cared for. When he had a bit of diarrhea, she let me know right away and started him on a simple diet that cleared things up quickly. She even checked in about whether to contact the vet. I really appreciated how attentive and proactive she was. Her home is very dog friendly, and it’s clear she genuinely cares. I felt at ease the entire time and would absolutely book with Yu Fang again.
My dog really enjoys his stay with Yingqi. Yingqi took good care of Domo. She helped us walk Domo and shared lots of cute photos with us. She is also very responsive with questions and tried her best to adapt to our schedules. She even helped Domo clip his nail and have Domo celebrate the birthday together with her puppies. I would definitely recommend Yingqi to all dog parents who are looking for caring and responsible caregivers!
Michelle was awesome! She not only took great care of our dog, Coco, but also walked and played with her. She introduced the lick pad to Coco, and Coco loved it. She sent us Coco’s pictures and video during our trip. We have never seen such a big smile on Coco’s face. Coco is truly in love with Michelle. It was our first time using Roover. We are so glad that we found Michelle!
Anna is amazing! I was hesitant in general leaving Roo with a new person for a night since he is so young (3 months old) and learning a lot of new things, but he had a great time with Anna and she loved him as if he was her own dog. Prior to the boarding, she was very communicative and was happy to answer my questions. She offered a meet and greet, which was appreciated since I was nervous about him not being with me. Once he was there, she sent lots of photos and checked in regularly to let me know how he was doing. She also gave him a little sweater to wear, which was sweet. Most importantly, I appreciated how she took my/his puppy concerns seriously (ex. using potty pads instead of going outside since he wasn't fully vaccinated yet) and was very accommodating to him to make sure he stayed safe and happy. I would highly recommend Anna if you are looking for someone who will help your dog feel loved, comfortable and safe in their care while you're away. Thank you Anna for taking such great care of Roo!
I was so happy to rebook with Hannah! She is my go-to dog sitter whenever i am out of town. Roy is always in good spirits in his photos and even had a fun run! Reliable, kind, and caring. I truly believe it is the same environment Roy is used to just in her home. Couldn’t recommend Hannah enough.
