About: From huskies to house cats--I bond with them all! I love animals and connecting with them, making sure they are happy and cared for. I am very comfortable with cats and have lots of experience with large, high-energy dogs like huskies, boxers, retrievers, and labs as well as smaller dogs and dogs and cats that are anxious. I have years of experience watching both cats and dogs for friends and roommates, including making sure animals are walked, fed, played with and loved when roommates have been out of town. I'm experienced with training puppies and rescues and would be more than happy to do this for your dog. I'm also very active and love to play with animals with toys in fun and creative ways to tire them out and keep them entertained. I'm passionate about understanding animal behavior and creating relationships with animals where they can learn and grow, and play is a great way of doing this. I'm also communicative in only positive and gentle ways, and will happily adopt whichever signals your animal understands best. I am also impeccably clean and tidy, leaving spaces cleaner than I found it. I'm reliable, communicative, and punctual. My schedule is very flexible and open as I have a part-time work from home job. I'm available any day or the week and happy to work with you on the schedule you and your animal needs for short-term or ongoing care. I'm adaptive to each individual animal. My number one priority when taking care of any animal is making them feel safe by taking care of their essential needs and giving them lots of love.

About: I'm an artist by day so I'm getting into sitting as a side job. I love animals, and I believe they are far more intuitive and knowledgeable than we know. I currently have 2 cats, brother and sister who are about 12 years now. I've raised dogs all through schooling, we had Saint Bernards. I'm used to all types of breeds and have a confident but soft touch when dealing with pets. If its needed I can be firm as well, though I prefer not to be. I'm punctual, have good timely communication and just want pets to be safe, loved and cared for! Right now I'm freelance illustrating and drawing for various projects. So I'm currently very open! Weekdays, weekends, anytime should work for me as long as its not early AM. (2-7AM) Safety is the most important thing I focus on first. Each interaction or activity must be safe for the pet and people involved. Growing up my family had two Alpha male Saint Bernard's and they needed to be separated at all times so I learned to be intentional and proactive regarding interactions! I often groom and play with my cats when I can tell they are getting a bit bored. Having a cat with special diet needs also requires punctuality for medications. I find myself very good at reading each situation and knowing when to engage fun mode, or focus mode. I also have patience and understand this animal means the world to you, just like mine do to me. So they will be safe and cared for as if they were my own.

About: As a Bichon owner myself, I understand the importance of gentle care, routine, and lots of love! I’m experienced with small breeds, and I’m especially patient with both playful puppies and slower-moving seniors. Transitioning to part-time work to create more balance in my life and dedicate extra time to my passion for pet care. This shift allows me to provide attentive, high-quality care to pets while continuing to contribute meaningfully in my professional role. Pet care is part of my every day. I know how important routine, love, and belly rubs are! Whether in my home or yours, I provide consistent, loving care tailored to your pet’s routine. I prioritize their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being—while keeping communication open with daily updates.

About: I’ve cared for my Australian Shepherd for over 9 years, helping him thrive into seniorhood with daily enrichment, joint care, and gentle exercise. I’m comfortable administering medication, supporting older dogs, and reading animal body language. I treat every pet like family—attentive, calm, and tuned in to their unique needs I am currently open to most hours, I am in between jobs, and attempting to supplement my search with income in alternative manners so I am available during most weekdays and weekends, and on a case-by-case basis can work with you and your needs I have a shared fenced yard and live in the basement unit of a single family home. I have a 11 year old Australian Shepherd, who is polite, loves being involved with others. He is slow to react to hostility, meaning he can take a lot of nonsense, but he knows how to tell the kids to slow down. He also is anti conflict and loves to make sure everyone is safe.

“Daniel did an amazing job with my energetic and strong 1.5 yr old golden retriever, Ranger! Ranger loved his walks with Daniel and slept lots afterwards, which was perfect! Daniel sent great photos of their walks and was very responsive and flexible, which I really appreciate. We will use him again!”

About: I grew up on a farm in Tennessee where we raised show dogs. I have been caring for dogs from Havanese to Irish Wolfhounds since I was little. Since I moved to Seattle recently I have been missing my pets, so I need the playtime with your pets as much as they do! I have just gotten my MFA in sculpture from UW and spent most days working in my home studio. Getting out for cuddles and walks fits great into my schedule and gets me out of my dungeon! I am happy to entertain your pet! Walking, brushing, playing, cuddling - anything they need! Please let me know if you have specific instructions or needs for your pet

“Carley has been made herself available to walk Leo over the weekends and her notes are warming as always. Super responsive and on time. I feel extreme comfortable leaving Leo with her.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and genuinely love every single one—big, small, shy, sassy, and everything in between. I’ve cared for high-energy breeds, couch potatoes, seniors needing extra patience, and even a few “tough cases” with behavioral quirks or medical needs. I know that some dogs need a little more understanding and patience and I’m always happy to provide that extra care and attention. I’m that person chasing someone down to pet their dog guessing the obscure breed or what 5 breeds their mutt could be. Interacting with animals is always the highlight of every day. I pride myself on being dependable, patient, and tuned into each dog’s personality. Walks, snuggles, meds, belly rubs—you name it, I’m here for it. I’d love to meet your furry friend and treat them like one of my own! I’m currently between jobs so I have a lot of open availability! I do travel a bit but my availability will always reflect when I’m in town. Please let me know if there is any safety parameters at your home I need to know in advance (fenced / non fenced backyards, escape artist extraordinaire etc.)

About: Growing up, I have always loved pets; however, due to my dad's severe allergies I have only been able to have three really awesome goldfish. Luckily, my aunt had the sweetest goldens named Molly and Neon (like on the periodic table) and I was able to take care of them during long summer seasons spent in Santa Barbara where I got to take them on long walks on the beach, give them the chaotic post-beach shower, and stop them from stealing hot dogs at the local barbecue (I did sneak them the occasional hamburger patty though, I was easily swayed). I have since then taken care of my family and friend's pets when they are out of town and miss regularly playing with cute dogs & cats which is why I joined Rover :) Services & What to Expect House-Sitting I am experienced in basic care, walking, feeding, and can complete extra upkeep/household tasks. Most importantly, I am experienced in playing with and keeping your pups company with meticulous care and attention while you are taking some you-time! I would be happy to do a couple of check-in meet & greets before longer house-sitting visits to make sure that I have every detail down to a T. Your home is a safe space so I will take special care to keep it that way. I mostly do house visits that are within 10 minutes to campus! Boarding In my apartment, I host cats only (as of recently) due to space restrictions. Drop-in Visits I drop in to check in on your pet pals to feed and play for anywhere from 1-2 hours! This includes potty breaks, refill of water and food, and playtime. Walking Services Whether high-energy or slower, laid-back energy, your pup will be on the move with me! Please let me know what your puppy pal’s preference is and we can hit a jog around the park or a nice relaxed stroll. Typically, 30 minutes for around 1-2 miles and 60 minutes for 2-4 miles! I am currently a PhD candidate at the UW working on my thesis; as this is mainly writing and remote data processing, I am able to play with your puppy pals and kitties with flexibility and ease! I can WFH and plan my experiments around your pets needs. The safety of your pets and home are my top priority. I habitually communicate and give regular updates and am happy to do a check-in visit prior to the visit to make sure I have every detail concerning safety locked-down.

“Tracy is awesome with dogs, friendly, flexible and super easy to communicate with. I would recommend Tracy to anyone who needs a walker or a sitter!”

About: I grew up in a family with many pets and love being around all sorts of animals. I love dogs and kitties of all shapes and sizes. I would love to help your pets get the play time/outside time they need to be their happiest selves. I currently don’t have any pets of my own but help friends with watching their dogs/cats and love every minute of it. I have a very flexible schedule for walks/drop ins. I typically am available early morning, lunch time, or evenings, but am open to finding times that work with your pet’s needs. I have lived with cats and dogs for my entire life but am recently without! I will treat your fur babies like they are my own (or my fur nieces and nephews, who are spoiled!!). I am happy to discuss your pet’s needs to make sure they get the best experience.

About: Hello! I am originally from up north and then from down south but have settled into the Seattle area. I rescued my girl Katydid around four years ago, and when I adopted her I didn't know that she would be quite the character. I've taken her from the excitable dog that bit my hands to the affectionate and well loved dog she is today! I do not shy away from loud dogs, and do not become embarrassed when dealing with rambunctious behavior. I've owned dogs most of my life and have owned cats for all of my life. I believe that there is really nothing in life that can live up to the bond you can have with an animal that you take into your home and become family with.

Megan is amazing! She was able to accommodate my last minute late night request and was so communicative and friendly. Can’t wait to book with her again.

Absolutely fabulous! Always on time and super communicative — even sends cute pics of our dog while out on their weekly walks! Our dog gets so excited every time she arrives. Cannot recommend Bethan E. enough and am so glad to have found her!

Mariana is great! She’s super responsive, and flexible, and sends great pictures of their adventures. Highly recommend her for your pups!!

Maggie is a fantastic dog walker, she’s taken great care of my stubborn lazy dog, convinced him to get some great steps in.

Lily is fantastic! She's been walking my pup, Poppy, weekly for the last couple of months and she is a true professional. She is communicative, dog smart and does a great job working with Poppy despite some reactivity issues. Poppy adores her and it's such a relief to know I have someone trustworthy to check in while I'm at work.

Thanks so much, Andrew! I really appreciate you getting my dog such great exercise. The photos made me laugh. I hope you will be willing to walk her again sometime.

Caleb took my pup on a few nice walks while I wasnt feeling good! My pup was happy and I got to rest at the same time!!

Chloe was wonderful! She took wonderful care of our pups and would absolutely recommend her to others. Very responsible and responsive.

Zoe is THE BEST! We’ve booked with her multiple times and she is always kind, timely, and communicative. Our fur babies love her! I know they are safe and well cared for when she’s with them. Zoe is also flexible and willing to help accommodate last minute requests (this is an huge help since I don’t work a normal 9-5!) And I love the pictures and updates she sends at the end. Can’t recommend her enough.

Easy breezy. No fuss dog walker, great communicator, with prices that align with the service provided. Will definitely use again any time schedules align.

Just the best. Tanja is so good with our pup Molly! Molly loves her and we can’t be more appreciative of the care that Tanja provides our girl.

Jessica did a fantastic job walking Sil, feeding him dinner, and making sure he was loved. Thank you so much!

Samuel loved going on a walk with Hailey he immediately with her. She was on time and will definitely schedule more walks while she's in town.

Katelyn is wonderful! I recently got my rescue pup back from a two-week board and train, and Katelyn has been so helpful in continuing her loose-leash walking and e-collar training when needed. So thankful to have someone close by willing to help with my reactive pup's needs.
