“Caralyn was great! She asked thoughtful questions about my pup during our meet and greet. She communicated before and after picking him up and taking him for a walk and sent pictures.”

“Angela has been walking our dog Maggie 2-3 times per week for a few months and she is great! She’s on time and communicative in advanced with any changes to our weekly schedule. When we run into Angela in the neighborhood on our own walks, Maggie is so excited to see her!!!”

About: I was born with an 8-year-old Great Dane, so I've been around dogs literally since I was born. I regularly volunteer at Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary, working with puppies during puppy yoga and wrangling puppies during the monthly Puppy Prov, when puppies participate in an improv comedy show. I also walk some of my neighbor's dogs. I don't have a dog right now, but I still love dogs and pet them every chance I get. I'm in school on weekdays, but I am free most weekends except for the first Saturday of every month when I'm usually volunteering with puppies. When the school year ends, I will be available on weekdays and not weekends. I maintain attention and make sure the dog has a chance to sniff things along the way but not eat anything. I've dealt with energetic dogs in the past so I can divert a dog's attention if it wants to interact with another dog who doesn't want to. I can also work on training dogs to heel during our walks.
“Lynn walked Lily daily for three years until Lily passed from old age. Lynn was there with us every step, from our dogs feistiest age to her weakest. We would highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: Hi! My name is Melani. I grew up with cats and dogs, so I swing both ways when it comes to furry friends. I love all dogs and breeds, big and small. I do have a special spot in my heart for rescue animals, as the loving owner of a rescue dog named Lola (she gives lots of love in return). My experience adopting, training, and caring for a rescue animal gives me insight into caring for your pet. I know the importance of keeping an eye on your pet's behavior and staying aware of triggers, so your pup can be safe and have fun. Safety is my #1 priority, and my #2 priority is fun. I love meeting other animals, and I'm excited to meet your pet!
“Raquel helped me out very last minute and was super flexible with my needs. I was so appreciative of the care and attention to detail she paid to my Kujo. Highly recommend for anyone. We will be booking again!”
“Lillian has been an amazing dog walker for us. Our dog absolutely loves her and gets very excited every time she arrives. Lillian always finds the right approach with our dog and makes every walk enjoyable!”

About: I have recently been volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter, and am a foster parent to puppies, kittens and Adult dogs as needed if I can. I've been around all kinds of pets my whole life. I have worked at Dog Day 2 grooming and self wash in Everett, Burien Veterinary Hospital, and Mission Veterinary Clinic in Renton. I recently moved back to Burien and am looking to make some puppy friends, and a little income as well..I'm currently available as needed, and can provide your animal child/s with attention, walks, food, h20, play time, loves, and care as needed. A little about me, We recently had to say goodbye for now to our 16yr old Australian Shepherd, And it's been a sad time, but we know "Choco" is in a happy rainbow place. I look forward to meeting you, and your pets. Thanks for considering my help. Sincerely Julie
“I was extremely pleased. Debs & Paul were perfect, professional & punctual. So many Ps! I needed someone last minute to walk my kidz: two rambunctious Rhodesian Ridgebacks. D&P are nearby so we scheduled a meet&greet. Charly, my girl, barked and Paul just stood straight and didn't look at her. He gave her a few cookies and D&P were totally unfazed by her! That moment showed me that D&P clearly understood dog behavior. My kidz came back from their first walk happy, tails a-waggin'. D&P sent photos of their walks and how the kidz responded to other dogs. I'm very happy with D&P and am planning on going one-step further and have them housesit.”

“Sheena really knows dogs and clearly loves them. My dog took to her tight away. She has been completely reliable and consistent. I come home to a relaxed, calm, contented dog.”

About: Saying I love animals doesn't even begin to describe it! I've had dogs my entire life, but have been dogsitting for friends, family and coworkers for the last 13 years. I’m a longtime volunteer at Seattle Animal Shelter as a dog walker and dog behavior team member, so I have experience with a wide variety of dogs and their quirks. I trained with a dog behaviorist to work with more challenging dogs in the shelter environment and use positive reinforcement training methods only, no exception. I was also a foster parent before adopting my sassy old lady, first fostering puppies (and getting really good at potty training!), before moving on to senior dogs who were struggling in the shelter. I've been vegan for a decade and know that animals are sentient beings with their own likes and dislikes, schedules they like to adhere to, and more — and I make sure to meet the pet where they're at. Specific Skills: Reactivity, Anxiety/Fear, Strong Pullers, Stranger Danger, Training Basics I work remotely on East Coast hours — my schedule has plenty of flexibility! I'm happy to accomodate based on your pet's needs and schedule. I would love to use my years of dog and cat handling experience to take your dog out to stretch its legs, hang out with your kitty and make sure their physical and emotional needs are fulfilled.
About: I’m a dog parent and PhD student with 4+ years of walking and caring for my own reactive dog, and 17 years of petsitting dogs, cats, small mammals, and lizards. My goal in pet care of any kind is making sure your pets feel as safe, loved, and happy as possible. I’m very comfortable working with reactivity in dogs and will ask all dog owners what their dog’s limits and preferences are with common triggers during walks. I also have experience with senior dog care and medication administration. I’m a PhD student with a flexible work schedule during the school year and full daytime availability during the summer. I am also a part-time musician. The safety and comfort of your pets is my most important priority. I commit to following the “leave no trace” rule when visiting in client’s homes.
About: I've been caring for dogs for most of my life and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. My family had a Cavapoo named Midnight for 16 years, and I currently help care for Neo, a 12-year-old Chihuahua-terrier mix. I've also cared for many other dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. What sets me apart is my experience with both puppies and senior dogs, my reliability, and my genuine love for animals. I understand that every dog has unique needs, whether that means lots of playtime and exercise or a calmer routine with extra patience and attention. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining routines, administering basic medications if needed, and making sure pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. As an Animal Science student, I'm passionate about animal health and welfare and treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am organized, reliable, and able to plan my schedule around the needs of the pets I care for. I make time for walks, feeding, playtime, bathroom breaks, and companionship throughout the day. Whether a pet needs an active routine or a quieter environment, I am committed to providing consistent care and attention while their owner is away. I understand how important routines are for pets, so I make it a priority to follow each pet's normal schedule as closely as possible and provide regular updates to owners for peace of mind. Safety, trust, and a calm environment are my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow all instructions exactly as given, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any house rules. I respect the home by keeping it clean, secure, and leaving everything as I found it. I always pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, making sure they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. During walks or outdoor time, I use proper leashing at all times and stay alert to surroundings to ensure safety. I understand that trust is very important when caring for someone’s pet and home, so I communicate clearly with updates, follow instructions carefully, and treat every pet as if they were my own.
“Meagan is great! She was very approachable, has a calm and gentle demeanor and uses positive reinforcement on dogs that are skittish like mine. She does meet and greet a priori to get your pups better, which is also very reassuring and follows requests adequately. We were very happy with her services!”

“Samantha was a fantastic help with morning walks during our last vacation. She was so good with our older, special needs dogs and even our younger dog, who’s nervous around strangers, was eager to go on walks with her. Thank you for all the awesome TLC for our pack!”

About: My family had many Westies. I’ve rescued a Dachshund, Papillon-Chihuahua, and Cocker Spaniel. Dogs love me, and I them. When you can’t be with them, let me give your dog love and you a little vacation. I’m looking for a p/t job, so my availability may not be as listed-please ask. I’d love to shuffle items around to be your pet’s sitter! I have a small outdoor area near my place. There are 2 groups of 5-6 stairs each from the sidewalk to my front door. Please provide a harness for your doggie. A doggie companion is always desired and will be treated like a diamond!
Wedgwood dog parents share their Rover experiences
Charlotte is great! My dog gets nervous around other dogs so I am always looking for a walker that knows how to handle this and she was perfect. She pays attention to the instructions I gave her and she was always very kind with my dog. Definitely recommend her!

Riley and Tucker absolutely love Jared and are always so excited to see him! Jared is wonderful at working with our dogs' different needs - one is anxious and high energy, and the other is a senior dog who is blind and requires various medications. He handles both with patience and care, and we have complete peace of mind knowing our pups are in such great hands. We couldn't recommend him more highly!
