I understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away, and I’ll treat your pet like part of my family. I have a flexible work schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. I can provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention to help your pet stay happy and active. I live in the calm and walkable Victory Heights neighborhood and have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and explore. My home provides a peaceful environment, and I’ll always make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and cared for in a safe and loving space.

About: Saying I love animals doesn't even begin to describe it! I've had dogs my entire life, but have been dogsitting for friends, family and coworkers for the last 13 years. I’m a longtime volunteer at Seattle Animal Shelter as a dog walker and dog behavior team member, so I have experience with a wide variety of dogs and their quirks. I trained with a dog behaviorist to work with more challenging dogs in the shelter environment and use positive reinforcement training methods only, no exception. I was also a foster parent before adopting my sassy old lady, first fostering puppies (and getting really good at potty training!), before moving on to senior dogs who were struggling in the shelter. I've been vegan for a decade and know that animals are sentient beings with their own likes and dislikes, schedules they like to adhere to, and more — and I make sure to meet the pet where they're at. Specific Skills: Reactivity, Anxiety/Fear, Strong Pullers, Stranger Danger, Training Basics I work remotely on East Coast hours — my schedule has plenty of flexibility! I'm happy to accomodate based on your pet's needs and schedule. I would love to use my years of dog and cat handling experience to take your dog out to stretch its legs, hang out with your kitty and make sure their physical and emotional needs are fulfilled.

About: I’ve grown up with a variety of animals in my household, including reactive dogs. I believe it’s imperative to give pets respect and read their boundaries to form mutual trust! I’m currently a dance instructor who works evenings, weekday daytime until around 7pm is completely free. Saturdays and Sundays intermittently have classes or events, I am usually available morning until noon, and after 6pm. I follow the vibe of your pet! If they want a playmate, someone to chill with, a servant to give them food and leave; their wish is my command. I give them the love and respect that I would give my own.

About: I have recently been volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter, and am a foster parent to puppies, kittens and Adult dogs as needed if I can. I've been around all kinds of pets my whole life. I have worked at Dog Day 2 grooming and self wash in Everett, Burien Veterinary Hospital, and Mission Veterinary Clinic in Renton. There are also other pets in the home, providing companionship and socialization when appropriate. I make sure each pet feels loved, secure, and well cared for throughout their stay.
