About: I've raised nine dogs throughout the course of my life (including Schnauzers, Shih-Tzus, Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies, and Goldendoodles). I trained each of my nine dogs in both obedience and agility growing up. I have taken care of both puppies and elderly dogs, as well. Most importantly, I find dogs the best company at any party. I love to walk and I love dogs, so Rover seemed like a great fit for my pastimes! I have mornings-early afternoons free most days, which makes me a great fit for clients who need companionship for their four-legged friends in the mornings and around lunchtime. I am happy to visit your home and keep your pets company throughout the day and/or pop over to take them on walks and play outside.
“Taylor was fantastic with my older dog. He had recently had surgery and required a few extra safety instructions and care. She was great with using a sling and giving medications. She is very quick to respond to messages and requests. Would definitely trust her to take care of my pup again.”

“Chip did a wonderful job with our pup Cedar! He was super patient, took the time to let her get comfortable, helped with training, and communicated quite well. Chip understands dog psychology. We will be utilizing his services again in the future!”

“Caroline was so helpful with our little dude! He can be skeptical at first but he warmed up quickly to her. She helped us out on short notice too- will definitely use her again next time!”

“Eleni has been so great with our dog! She’s experiencing some separation anxiety from us since we both went back in office full time in the new year resulting in some new behaviors. Eleni has been very communicative, patient, and willing to work with her and put her at ease. It’s gone such a long way in easing our anxieties being away from her while she’s struggling.”

“Deanna was so helpful jumping in to take Gladis out for some mid-morning strolls! She followed directions to a tee and left superb notes for us. We will definitely have her back again (per Gladis’ request)!”

“Kinsley is great! She took the extra time to make sure my pups felt comfortable before taking them for a long walk! I am very particular with whom I trust my dogs with, and felt very at ease and comfortable having Kinsey in my home. She is very professional and put together a nice post-walk report card with a summary and pictures of my pups on their walk. Overall, I would highly recommend Kinsley for dog walking services!”

Ballard dog parents share their Rover experiences
Carissa walked my pups while I was out traveling for work two times this month! I have a senior, low energy dog and a young, high energy adult dog who need different levels of care and attention and Carissa provided the separate care styles they needed with 1:1 walks, play time, and pets. Her photo and report card updates had details their mood and energy levels that left me feeling confident about their care. My dogs were clearly happy about the care they got and didn't seem too mad at me when I got home! I would definitely use Carissa again when I'm traveling and recommend others reach out to her for walks and drop-in care, especially if you're based in the Ballard the neighborhood.
