About: I’ve cared for cats for most of my life (currently an owner of two cats). I also had a dog for several years, so I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, litter box care, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their usual routines. I’ve also been involved in cat rescue work, which has given me experience with different personalities and comfort levels. I’m attentive, reliable, and happy to provide frequent updates and photos so you can feel confident your pets are well cared for while you’re away. I work from home on weekdays and have a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my day. I’m generally most available between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., with afternoons being especially convenient. I can often accommodate visits outside those hours as well with advance notice. I’m very attentive to each pet’s routine, comfort, and safety, and I’ll follow your care instructions closely. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, a clean litter box or bathroom break, appropriate play and attention, and plenty of time to feel comfortable with me. About: Hello! My name is Jared Davies and I live in the Ballard area. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, but I grew up with multiple dogs and cats my entire childhood. I go on walks/runs every day around the Ballard area and miss having a furry friend to bring along with me. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible. Happy to come meet you and your pet at your convenience, free of charge before we get anything scheduled! I am currently working remote throughout the week. I am pretty flexible and can accommodate to the needs of the pets that I am sitting for. I have a good sized 1 bedroom apartment in Ballard. There are a few grassy areas just outside of my apartment, which is where I typically take them to go to the bathroom. I will take your dog on walks around the Ballard neighborhood. There are no other pets or people in my apartment, although my girlfriend occasionally helps out when I am pet sitting.

I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so I love being around them and have plenty of experience looking after them, including senior and special needs dogs. About: I have experience since childhood with walking, feeding and teaching desired behaviors with treats and positive reinforcement. Within the last two years, I can bathe and crate-train as well. My schedule is completely open, I work my own hours and can adjust according to your pet's needs. I will be quick to communicate if there are any unforseen changes with multiple day's notice. I'm very patient with animals and happy to accommodate any special needs your pet might have (frequent potty breaks, putting on sweaters before walks, crate-training, etc).

About: I was raised on a farm and have had experience taking care of all types of dogs and cats since childhood. Friends and family have asked me to look after their pets for a long time, and I have yet to encounter an animal that didn’t like me. I am currently working part-time as I am waiting on law school application decisions. I have two cats of my own and I put their needs first as far as feeding them on a regular schedule and making time to clean the litter box daily. I also place an emphasis on enrichment through play time and mental stimulation with puzzles. I take a slow approach when meeting new animals and allow them to warm up to me on their own terms to avoid stressing them. My two kitties are used to being around other cats and are very friendly. I also have room to separate cats if they do not get along for some reason. My cats have also met dogs before and I have plenty of room to accommodate and play with dogs in my townhome without compromising the comfort and boundaries of my cats.
