Dog Walking Loyal Heights

About: I have been trusted with friends and families fur babies for almost 8 years, and had many years living with dogs as well. I have experience giving medication, caring for dogs in times of stress and anxiety, and of course going on daily walks. I have stayed overnight with dogs whose parents are out of town and I have experience with bigger dogs, as well as smaller breeds. I have also cared for a wide array of personalities as all dogs are very different, I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and how to have a good time with them. I work part time and have plenty of mornings available for pet care, I only work late nights once or twice a week and am almost always available after 8/9pm if needed. I am often going on a walk daily and bringing a dog along with me is even better! I am always making sure to cater to a dogs wants and needs, whether that be outside time running laps and playing fetch, or having down time inside and just hanging out. I understand that each dogs needs are different and being able to provide them with a fulfilling day is something I love!

About: I love and respect all animals. I’m know among friends as the dog whisperer . My focus is your pets well-being with a good belly scratch at the end of each encounter. No cats please. Cats are awesome as well but I’m allergic to their dander. I’m willing to make accommodations with multiple trips a day to meet your fur babies’ needs. I understand consistency is important to care for your pets, therefore I can always be dependable with meeting my commitment. I would provide love and attention to your pet(s) as if they’re my own. You can provide instructions to how best care for your pet(s) and feel confident that expectations are being followed.

About: I have experience as a professional dog grooming and 15 years experience caring for pets including multi pet households. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy adventures with a furry friend. I love animals and animals love me. I also provide high quality photography of your fur baby during the stay! I have open availability to caring for pets in their home as well as dog walking. I have the flexibility to adapt to any animals schedule. I can walk up to 3x a day. I travel/remote work, therefore while sitting, I can dedicate my time to your home/animals/plants. I do not have any pets in my home, anymore. I am able to care for multiple pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, guinea pigs and aquatic pets in their homes.

About: I have over 20 years of experience working with animals personally and professionally. I worked professionally at the Tulsa Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals from 2005-2008 and became the manager of puppy care. Upon returning to Seattle, I volunteered for PAWS Animal Shelter providing foster care for bottle feeding kittens and litters too young or sick to reside in the shelter. My former pets include three rescue cats (one with special needs), and one rescue dog. I currently have a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier / American Bulldog that I also rescued from PAWS Animal Shelter about a year ago. We love going for walks and hikes together, and visiting Sniffspots around the Seattle area. I love caring for animals and will treat your animals like I treat my own. I currently reside in Ballard and work from home. My work schedule is flexibleal which makes last minute walks and drop-ins easy for me. I have recently reopened my Rover account and hope to get some new clients over the summer months! I work a flexible, part time schedule from home. Both my flexible work hours and the fact that I work from home make both regular and last minute walks and drop-in visits easy for me to do in Ballard and surrounding areas. I always offer free meet and greets either around the neighborhood or in your home to make sure that I am a good for for both you and your pet. When I come to your home for drop-in visits, your animal(s) will be my one and only focus. I am highly respectful of privacy and understand that having a new person in your home can feel vulnerable, especially at first.

About: Dogs have always been family to me. I grew up with a mom who never met a stray or rescue animal she wouldn’t try to help, so caring for pets was simply part of everyday life. I’ve cared for, played with, and halfway trained many dogs through every stage, from energetic puppies to senior companions. I’ve had perfect sweethearts and anxious grumps. I loved them all. As I transition out of traditional employment to build my freelance business, I’d love to spend some of my newfound time helping local pet owners by providing safe, reliable, and fun walks for their dogs. I’m almost always home and available, and I’d love to hang out with your four-legged family member! As a freelancer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins. I enjoy getting out from behind a computer to grab fresh air, so dog walks fit naturally into my routine, and I genuinely look forward to spending time with animals each week. My dog Weyland would attest, but he is taking a post-breakfast nap in the sun at this moment. I find that pets are happiest when they get to stick to their routine. As a fellow dog owner who just hired a babysitter for week, I know how many bullet points and peculiarities I was compelled to jot down. It felt a bit overly involved, but at the same time I knew it was an effective roadmap for my dog’s health and happiness, as well as the babysitter’s success and ease with him. Those are the ultimate goals, so I understand how important the details are. I follow any instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, medications, and house rules while making sure pets receive plenty of attention and affection. That’s simply what they need. My dog Weyland needs to be scowled at before he will eat his breakfast, and dinner is a whole different thing 🤷‍♂️ I don’t understand, but believe me, I get it.
