About: I have been trusted with friends and families fur babies for almost 8 years, and had many years living with dogs as well. I have experience giving medication, caring for dogs in times of stress and anxiety, and of course going on daily walks. I have stayed overnight with dogs whose parents are out of town and I have experience with bigger dogs, as well as smaller breeds. I have also cared for a wide array of personalities as all dogs are very different, I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and how to have a good time with them. I work part time and have plenty of mornings available for pet care, I only work late nights once or twice a week and am almost always available after 8/9pm if needed. I am often going on a walk daily and bringing a dog along with me is even better! I am always making sure to cater to a dogs wants and needs, whether that be outside time running laps and playing fetch, or having down time inside and just hanging out. I understand that each dogs needs are different and being able to provide them with a fulfilling day is something I love!
“Sabrina is always incredibly communicative and consistent. I really appreciate that she leaves such detailed walk reports and takes cute pictures. I trust Sabrina to take great care of my dog and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Paula was so amazing with our girl Mizu. Mizu canbe hesitant with strangers but warmed up to Paula quickly and became super excited for their daily walks together. We use a gentle lead for Mizu bc she is a big puller as well, and Paula was already familiar with them. She was super communicative and accommodating, so I highly recommend her!”

“Katie has great communication and seemed to genuinely enjoy our dog. Anyone can walk a dog, but these are things that make the difference! We will definitely book with her again.”

About: I have experience as a professional dog grooming and 15 years experience caring for pets including multi pet households. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy adventures with a furry friend. I love animals and animals love me. I also provide high quality photography of your fur baby during the stay! I have open availability to caring for pets in their home as well as dog walking. I have the flexibility to adapt to any animals schedule. I can walk up to 3x a day. I travel/remote work, therefore while sitting, I can dedicate my time to your home/animals/plants. I do not have any pets in my home, anymore. I am able to care for multiple pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, guinea pigs and aquatic pets in their homes.
About: I have over 20 years of experience working with animals both personally and professionally. I worked professionally at the Tulsa Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals from 2005-2008 and became the manager of puppy care. Upon returning to Seattle, I volunteered for PAWS Animal Shelter in Lynnwood, providing foster care for kittens that required bottle feeding, as well as litters too young or too sick to stay in the shelter. My former pets include three rescue cats (one with special needs), and one rescue dog. I currently have a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier / American Bulldog that I also rescued from PAWS Animal Shelter about a year ago. We love going for walks and hikes together, and visiting Sniffspots around the Seattle area. I love caring for animals and will treat your animals like I treat my own. I currently reside in Ballard and work from home. My work schedule is flexible which makes last minute walks and drop-in visits easy for me. I have recently reopened my Rover account and hope to get some new clients over the summer months! I work a flexible, part time schedule from home. Both my flexible work hours and the fact that I work from home make both regular and last minute walks and drop-in visits easy for me to do in Ballard and surrounding areas. I always offer free meet and greets either around the neighborhood or in your home to make sure that I am a good for for both you and your pet. When I come to your home for drop-in visits, your animal(s) will be my one and only focus. I am highly respectful of privacy and understand that having a new person in your home can feel vulnerable, especially at first.
“Malaina was amazing! She provided three walks a day for my boy Ollie for 8 days and left detailed updates for each walk with plenty of photos! Highly recommend!”

“Chip did a wonderful job with our pup Cedar! He was super patient, took the time to let her get comfortable, helped with training, and communicated quite well. Chip understands dog psychology. We will be utilizing his services again in the future!”

“Mira walked my pup Peanut who can be a rascal on the leash and did a great job. Also super accommodating with some issues on getting into the building which was much appreciated! 100% would book again!”

“Margaret was wonderful meeting our dogs and learning about their care. Very appreciated how attentive she was to listening to their instructions and asking questions of her own. Looking forward to having her watch them again soon!”

About: I grew up raising puppies and have had dogs around me my entire life. But more importantly, I know firsthand that not every dog is an easygoing, "walk-in-the-park" pup—and that’s my specialty. My personal dog is a 16-year-old sweet senior whom I’ve raised since he was 5 weeks old. He is reactive in his old age, and now requires additional patience and understanding. He also developed some arthritis and requires daily medication management. Because of my daily life with him, I deeply understand the patience, environmental awareness, and gentle care that "high-maintenance" or sensitive pets need. Whether your dog is a rambunctious puppy, a reactive rescue needing a calm handler, or a golden-years senior who needs a slow pace and precise medical care, they will be in safe, experienced hands with me. 🗓️ Weekday Schedule (Mon–Fri) Midday & Lunch Breaks (11 AM – 2 PM): Prime Time! Perfect for workday walks, quick check-ins, or mid-day potty breaks. Mornings & Evenings: Fully available for early walks, dinner feeds, or bedtime drop-ins. Flexible Workdays: I work remotely with a light meeting schedule. With a little advance notice, I can easily accommodate mid-afternoon drop-ins or last-minute walk requests! ✈️ Travel & Notice Preferences Short-Notice Friendly: If I’m in town and my calendar is open, I’m happy to take last-minute requests. Travel Buffer: I do travel occasionally for work. My Rover calendar is kept up-to-date, but recurring weekly clients get priority booking and advanced notice of any away dates! 1. Home & Environment (For Drop-In Visits) When I enter your home, your pet’s safety and your home’s security are my top priorities. 🔒 Double-Door Protocol: I am extremely mindful of door-dashers. I ensure all entryways and gates are fully secured behind me before letting pets out or off-leash in a yard. 🔑 Home Care & Discretion: I handle home keys, smart locks, and alarm systems with absolute care. Your property will always be locked and secured when I leave. 🧼 Clean & Mindful: I leave your space exactly as I found it. Paws get wiped on rainy days, mess items are cleaned up, and dirty food/water bowls are washed after every visit. 2. Safety Practices & Walk Rules Because I handle my own reactive senior dog daily, safety on walks is second nature to me: 🦮 Equipment Checks: Before stepping foot outside, I double-check that leashes, collars, and harnesses are properly fitted and securely latched. I use fixed 6-foot leashes (no retractable leashes) for maximum control and safety. 🛑 Strict "Zero-Greeting" Policy: I never allow on-leash greetings with unfamiliar dogs or strangers. I constantly scan the environment for triggers, cross streets early, and give your dog a low-stress, quiet walk. 💧 Weather & Hydration Aware: I monitor pavement temperatures in hot weather and always carry fresh water during outdoor visits. 3. Information I Need Before Our First Visit (The "Meet & Greet") To ensure your pet gets the safest, happiest care possible, please share: 💊 Medication Routines: Any exact dosages, schedule, or preferred trick to administering pills/liquids. ⚠️ Triggers & Anxieties: Does your pet dislike loud noises, bicycles, other dogs, or certain touch zones (e.g., paws, ears)? 📍 Emergency Contacts: Your preferred vet, the nearest 24/7 emergency vet clinic, and a local emergency contact. 🚪 Home Quirks: Any tricky locks, gate latches, or specific places your pet likes to hide when scared.
“Davied has been a reliable walker for our rather large labradoodle Bailey who can get over excited, but Davied has a good calming effect on him. Bailey has been coming home relaxed and well exercised each day.”

“Alana is awesome! She took my two dogs out for walks while I was out of town. I have a boarder collie mix that can be leash aggressive and she handled him professionally (her dog has it also). I'd 100% recommended her!”

“Bandit loves Deanna! Bandit is an older dog and Deanna does a great job motivating him to walk with just the right amount of sniff breaks. Deanna is reliable, safe, and considerate of Bandit’s needs.”

“Very communicative and responsible; takes the time to make sure my pup gets in a great walk, all her things are put back, and water bowl is refilled (important with this heat!) - happy to have Ben as our walker!”

About: We're new to Seattle after moving from North Carolina, and we'd love to meet some new four-legged friends! Between the two of us, we've spent our lives around animals. We both grew up with dogs as beloved family members, and today we share our home with cats and a rabbit. While we adore our own pets, we miss the joy of spending time with dogs and would love to give yours the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Lucas is a former dog trainer with experience understanding canine behavior and reinforcing good habits using positive interactions. Des is happiest with a tennis ball in hand and is always ready for a game of fetch, a long walk, or plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. We enjoy caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies to gentle senior companions and everyone in between. We also have experience with cats, rabbits, and other small animals. We're comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to senior cats, so we're happy to care for pets with extra medical needs. Although we can't host pets in our apartment, we're available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting in your home. We'll follow your pet's routine closely, treat your home with respect, and send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing they're in caring, capable hands. Every pet is unique, and we'll make sure yours receives the love, patience, and individualized care they deserve. We can't wait to meet you and your floofy family member! We both work remotely and have flexible schedules which means we can work around your pet's routines and needs. Fitting in multiple visits or walks per day is not a problem. Safety is my #1 priority when it comes to my own pets and it will be with yours as well! Dogs will always be on a non-retractable leash (I have my own, if you do not) and we will be sure to follow whatever house rules you have in place. Cats will never be allowed outside unless that is something you prefer and specifically request.
“Rhea helped take care of Tusker on short notice. It's clear that Rhea can read dogs well and cares about their well-being. Rhea provided detailed updated, which helped my separation anxiety!”

Chelsie is lovely to work with - she helped me out a bit last minute by taking my dogs on a walk while I was out for a few hours. Her communication was excellent and she took pictures and sent updates during the walk. The dogs seemed very content and comfortable when I got home, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Chelsie to watch the pups again in the future!
