“AJ and Charlie (a 1.5yr old great pyraness/lab) met before we started daycare to check vives. This gave the opportunity to show trucks and get to know one another! This was helpful bc I knew better that I could trust him. AJ sent regular updates with pictures (some of them showing charlie being pretty silly lol), walked Charlie to my specifications, was timely and organized, and made sure charlie got enough water, exerts, and love! AJ is an excellent dog sitter and I’d recommend him to anyone! :)”

My spouse works from home and I’m currently not working, which means I can dedicate plenty of quality time to your dog. We currently don’t have a pet in our house, but I have taken care of my family dogs (Bichon Frise and Border Collie) for over 6 years. Growing up, I was surrounded by various types of pets ranging from birds to reptiles. I have used Rover to board my family dog. I know firsthand how crucial it is to find someone who treats your dog like a cherished family member. Rest assured, I'll provide your dog with the same level of care and affection that I would offer my own. I'm available throughout the week for dog walking, house sitting, and boarding, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. We live next to a large park where dogs love to walk and run.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I could walk (mainly golden retrievers and English springer spaniels). I also have extensive experience in veterinarian research for 7+ years, and a 2 year old cockapoo of my own. I'm working from home part time right now, so I'm fairly flexible. I'm already walking my cockapoo twice a day around green lake, plus we have a fenced in backyard! I have one 2 year old neutered cockapoo, we have a fenced in back yard and I do many green lake walks with him daily. Happy to care for your dog too!

About: I have grown up with dogs and have had a lot of overall exposure to them. I would like to eventually get a dog of my own but because I am a recent graduate I am waiting until I have more stability. Watching and walking dogs right now would be a perfect fit for me because I love being around dogs and spending time outside. The majority of my dog sitting experience has been with a puppy Bernadoodle, a puppy Golden Doodle, and an older Pomeranian-Yorkie mix. These three dogs are a handful but also a lot of fun! I love any chance I get to watch them :) I am currently available all throughout the week. The last week of October I will be starting a remote position that will allow me to have flexibility with my schedule. When I start my position I will be working from 5am-2pm during the week but can work from any location. I have a fenced backyard with two friendly dogs that live in the unit below. I also live just off Green Lake and would be able to walk your pet along the lake. I can also set up in your home to keep your pet company through the work day - whatever is preferred for the owner.

About: Hello ! After growing up with a cat and a lifetime of being a cool dog uncle, I finally adopted a puppy this winter. Ocean is now 9 months old and thriving at the time I'm writing this in August 2023. He's a high maintenance cattle dog mix so I pride myself on keeping him stimulated, exercised, healthy, and clean. I work from home the majority of the week. On these days, I worry that Ocean gets bored. I'd happily take another pup in so they can keep each other entertained during the workday. I live in a townhome in Ballard with an outdoor area in the back, suitable for basking but not for running. There's a good playfield a couple blocks away that Ocean and I visit every day. Adhering to any feeding, medication, or potty schedules would be no issue. I'd keep them occupied with games at home, runs around at the park, sessions at the brewery, and hikes or meditations in nature.

“Our 10-month old puppy always has a great time when he spends a day under Stephen's care. He wiggles his butt wildly when Stephen opens the gate for him, and that just says everything. Other pups at Stephen's place he met were all friendly and playful. Stephen would always send a lot of pictures of them playing or going on walks together. I recommend Stephen but secretly hope he doesn't get too popular that we can't find availability with him anymore :)”
