I was scared to leave them in someone else’s care for the first time but, after the first couple of visits, it became clear that they were in excellent hands! I received detailed updates during every visit and all of the instructions I left for things like administering medication to one very spicy tortie, portioning food when of the cats is a food thief, and keeping the litter box clean were followed perfectly. With every visit came a bunch of pics I looked forward to daily; Samantha has a knack for timing them right as the cats pull the funniest facial expressions (like, wallpaper-worthy). I’m grateful to know they were offered lots of cuddles, affection, and playtime. When I got home from my trip a day later than planned due to TSA delays, Samantha was able to accommodate the additional time and I came home to two happy cats and a tidy litter box + food & water bowls. I’ll definitely be rebooking the next time I travel :)”

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and if I hadn’t ended up in tech, I probably would’ve become a vet! I work from home full-time, so your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced backyard, which is perfect for safe playtime during boarding stays. I have experience with pets of all ages and needs — from energetic puppies to senior dogs who just want a calm, cozy environment. I live with my fiancé and our 2-year-old mini doodle, Bear. He’s about 15 lbs of pure sweetness and loves other dogs, but he’s also very good at giving space to pups who prefer a quieter vibe. If you’re considering boarding, I always want to make sure you’re fully comfortable with him sharing the home. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority! About: I’ve always loved dogs for as long as I can remember. And I have a 2 year old golden retriever, named Honey, and raising him from a puppy to now has been the most rewarding experience. Fat Boi gets to people watch out from the balcony, and go on walks to see the water, and enjoys some great snacks while hanging out with Keith! About: I have been trusted with friends and families fur babies for almost 8 years, and had many years living with dogs as well. I have experience giving medication, caring for dogs in times of stress and anxiety, and of course going on daily walks. I have stayed overnight with dogs whose parents are out of town and I have experience with bigger dogs, as well as smaller breeds. I have also cared for a wide array of personalities as all dogs are very different, I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and how to have a good time with them. I work part time and have plenty of mornings available for pet care, I only work late nights once or twice a week and am almost always available after 8/9pm if needed. I am often going on a walk daily and bringing a dog along with me is even better! I am always making sure to cater to a dogs wants and needs, whether that be outside time running laps and playing fetch, or having down time inside and just hanging out. I understand that each dogs needs are different and being able to provide them with a fulfilling day is something I love!

About this sitter: Daycare: In my home with myself, boyfriend and puppy James. Must get along with puppies and ideally want to play. We work remotely so will be home all day with your pup and can provide 2-3 walks and yard play time. Overnight: Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed or wherever they prefer. They’ll be around me, my boyfriend and puppy. Would be ideal if they like to play, and must like puppies. We go on three to four walks a day and play in the yard once or twice a day. My puppy is very high energy so we are active a lot. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs since I was a knee-high. I picked out my first loveable mutt, a German Shepherd, Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix, when I was in 6th grade. Since then I have always had a four-legged friend of my own. Meet my pets: James the miniature schnauzer About my yard Have a fenced front and back yard and I'm able to take your pup outdoors for a walk around the block as often as he/she needs. My experience administering medication Yes, I have had to administer medication to many pets, though I do not have experience with injections. I work full time remotely, and your dog will join me and my puppy on our daily walks and play time in the yard. We love hiking on weekends as well so if they like that let me know! Otherwise we can find other fun things to do. Also big fan of breweries on the weekend so also let me know if you or your dog aren’t comfortable with that many people around, etc. I have a fenced front and back yard and a puppy if my own. Frequent walks and play time. My puppy loves to play a lot so if your dog is high energy that is awesome.
