Shelby was amazing. I was out of the country for 2 weeks and the person who usually takes care of my 3 cats was unavailable for a significant period of my absence (due to my own fault - typo in my text). When my friend and I figured out the error, I had less than 24 hours to find someone to cover. I sent several requests to individuals on Rover (which I have used once several years ago), and Shelby replied almost immediately. I connected Shelby and my friend, and Shelby took over. I don't know what I would have done without her. I will absolutely hire her again.

Desi would have preferred we stayed in Canada. He was very happy with Shelby. She communicated and shared pictures proactively so we knew how he was doing the entire time we were gone. We will be using her again!
Shelby is amazing, she was so kind with our dog and really went out of her way to get him out in the park to play during their walks. Highly recommend her!!
