“Couldn't recommend Paige enough!. I have a reactive pug so I'm always very anxious whenever he meets new people as he can be a little vocal at times. However when we met Paige she immediately knew how to approach him and within seconds he picked up his favorite toy to show her!. Paige was very detailed when giving feed back about her and my boys walk and also had plenty of patience with him when he went into stubborn mode and stopped on their walk! .We will definitely be reaching out again 😊”

“Chip stopped in to give our girl a walk and some dinner while we were out and did a great job taking care of her. Zara can be a scaredy cat rather than run to the door, so Chip sweetly searched for her and made her feel comfortable and excited enough for a walk. He even played with her a bit at the house after to try and get her to feel up to eating her food. Thank you so much!!”

“Leslie was amazing! Great communication and clarification when I forgot to let her know something ahead of time. Super flexible too for such a last minute booking. Would 100% schedule another walk with Leslie :)”

“Christian was amazing with our 3 giant dogs. They can be intimidating due to their size and propensity for barking, but they immediately loved Christian and he had no issues managing them. Responsible, reliable…I almost hope you don’t book him so he has time for us since we will definitely be booking him more in the future.”

“Mira walked my pup Peanut who can be a rascal on the leash and did a great job. Also super accommodating with some issues on getting into the building which was much appreciated! 100% would book again!”

“Kate was like a dog whisperer! Bailey is typically shy and reluctant to meet new faces and I was prepared to motivate with lots of treats for this first walk, but something about Kate made Bailey comfortable right away and they were able to take off for their walk almost immediately. Kate was also super communicative from the first outreach which helped bring me at ease as well. We’re looking forward to having Kate and Bailey take more walks together!”

“CM was great with my anxious pup. My dog usually doesn’t trust new people taking him out on a walk but C found a way to get him out and was a lifesaver. Thanks again!”

“Dana helped me out with walking my dog very last minute today! My dog loves her and her communication is always great. Thanks again, Dana!”

“Stacey is great. I highly recommend her. I felt completely confident she would communicate with me and take good care of my beloved for-legged friend.”

About: I have multiple years of experience with taking care of dogs and cats. I grew up with animals and have always taken care of friends and neighbors animals. I have been house sitting and dog walking for a while and most recently started to board animals at my house. I have a fenced yard and love to take dogs out for walks throughout the day. I currently have a cat who grew up around dogs and is acclimated with having dogs in and out of the house. I always follow house rules and feeding schedules. Can’t wait to meet your furbaby! I am currently not working and have time to hang out with your furbabies. I'm always on top of communication and will be sure to update if things change. I do have a male roommate who mostly works outside the home. I always plan on taking dogs out every 3-4 hours (2-3 hours if a puppy) if I’m house sitting, otherwise if boarding the back door is mostly kept open if the weather isn't too bad. I plan for at least 2 walks a day or more if needed for a higher energy dog. My care revolves around a personalized schedule that is needed for the individual. I have a fully fenced backyard in Ballard that dogs love to spend time in. I have tennis balls, chew king balls, tug toys and more! I have worked with dogs young and old. I take time to fully read and understand care instructions.

“great communication - easy to work with - will rebook for sure”

“We needed a dog walker in a pinch and Danielle came through for us! She was very easy to work with and we would gladly use her services again.”

“David has been great- super communicative, flexible, and great with Tycho.”

About: Currently home full time with my 8 month old pup, and have extra time to help with walking, boarding, park trips, and some training! Raised a service dog growing up, and have experience with positive reinforcement training. I try to make my home their home away from home! I live in a quiet neighborhood, close to parks, beaches, and breweries. I also have experience with bigger breeds, seniors, and puppies. Currently between jobs and taking classes, spending most of my days at home. Love taking dogs on long walks in the neighborhood, or to the dog park. Would love to help others with their pet needs! I treat other dogs like they're my own, making sure they're comfortable and feel safe. I live on a quiet street in Ballard, with parks close by, and great walking loops. My apartment is small, but can make adjustments to meet the needs of visiting pups! There are no stairs, so very quick/easy access to outside.

“Karen was awesome! She took such great care of Storm during their walks. I would definitely book her again!”

“Yian is so great! I love how communicative she is, and leaves really detailed report cards for our dog, which we love to read. It's clear she cares a whole lot for animals. We will hire her again!! Thank you Yian!”

“Nick is the best! My dog is pooped from a long walk. He was patient with my dog getting acclimated to a new human and brought treats. We will booking regular walks with Nick for sure!”

About: Although I only have four years of experienced dog-sitting, I am a trustworthy, gentle person and love all types of dogs. I dog sat for a family friend, she has two pitbulls. One of which is nearly 100 pounds! The other is small, and shy. She was rescued from an unsafe situation, and has trust issues, but her and I bonded instaltly! She is so playful, and loves to cuddle. I have always loved cats and dogs. I am educated on their care, and love connecting with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I am fascinated by their dedication to humans, and would love opportunities to get a look into their every day lives. I currently work part time at MudBay. I am looking for another part time gig to make up a full time schedule, would love for Rover to be that thing! Please book with me! I live in an apartment with my two cats, it’s a secure building (although I do not offer pet-sitting in my home). In my clients home, I am respectful, attentive, and want to leave it cleaner than I found it.

“Reza was great and very patient with Mika (who is very anxious and fearful of new people). I recommend Reza to anyone looking for an understanding dog lover to take care of your precious pup.”

“Gillian has been our regular dog walker for the past several months, after the prior one unexpectedly retired. Finding Gillian was such a godsend, as she’s been extremely dependable, flexible, responsive, and so sweet to our pup. We are now moving out of the area and will miss Gillian a lot! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a committed walker.”

18. kiana h.
“I highly recommend Kiana as a loving and responsible pet sitter/caregiver. Kiana is responsive and communicative-which is hard to find. She takes time to listen and truly care for our pups. She follows any directions or instructions provided, regarding feeding/playing/letting out for bathroom needs, extra love or care needed, etc. Our pups aren’t considered “easy” dogs (they are sweet, but one is hyper with new people while the other is shy/timid). Both are rescues and mix pit bull breeds. Kiana has had no trouble getting to know them, being patient, and helping them feel safe, secure and loved. She even came over for a few “meet and greets” first, so that they would feel more secure when we finally left them in her care. She has been our primary pet caregiver for 3 years now. She has helped us with both short (weekends), and longer term (1+ weeks) needs/trips. Again, I highly recommend Kiana for any of your furry pet needs-she will be an extension of you/their family. ❤️”
