About: Over the years, my husband and I have shared our lives with all kinds of dogs: farm dogs, little dogs, a Great Dane in a studio apartment, and now our Mini Australian Shepherd. We have learned and refined our dog ownership skills over time, finally investing in professional training for both our dog and ourselves in 2025. That experience shaped the kind of care I offer today. I believe dogs thrive with clear structure, consistency, and calm communication. I strive to provide the kind of boarding experience I wish I could find for my own dog, where training, routines, and boundaries are respected while you're away. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my day. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, daily walks, and a very friendly Mini Australian Shepherd who enjoys canine company. Your dog won't be left alone for a typical workday. I do leave the house for school drop-offs and pick-ups, errands, or weekend activities. Dogs should be comfortable being alone for a few hours. Because I have both a young child and my own dog, I only accept dogs that: -Are friendly with children and other dogs. -Are up to date on vaccinations and flea prevention. -Can comfortably settle into a family home.

About: I am the first to say “pick me!” when a friend is in need for a pet-sitter. I feel very comfortable around animals and love to be in their company. We, I and my husband have a 2.5 years old Miniature American Shepard, Iris. We have grown her up since she was about 2 months old. We live in a house with fenced backyard so your dog will have a good space to run around during the day time. I am not working and stay at home mostly I can stay close to your dog so that they don't feel lonely during your absence, of course Iris is here for your dog too :). I can follow a specific schedule or your dog's needs like feeding time or walking time, or anything for making your dog feel as comfortable as possible. Drop-ins are always welcomed, but I don't drive so cannot come to pickup your pups sorry... My day starts with letting my dog go backyard then feed her. After having a coffee I usually walk around with Iris and do some shores. play with toys and fetch on the backyard a few times during the daytime and go for a walk again in the evening. Feed dinner and do the last short walk for potty around 10:30 pm before going bed. We have fenced yard so your dog can exercise during the day. And living in a peaceful residential neighborhood allows us to walk around with pups safely. I care your dog as I care my dog for sure. A lot of plays and walks, and hugs. I also have a lot of toys in the house and different style of beds so your dog will find something fit for them! if they want :)

About: I work from home and love dogs and cats! However I cannot have my own at this time. I have experience taking care of both dogs and cats, having had both. In my free time, I used to volunteer taking dogs from a nearby shelter for walks, I find it personally just very rewarding (and great exercise)! Because I work from my home, I can be more flexible with my schedule. I live next to the Burke Gilman trail and love to take walks. I am active as a person (swimming, running, water polo) and can help get those energetic doggos get moving! Since I work from home I can manage my schedule (more flexibility) and can either walk dogs in the afternoons or evenings. Weekends can be more flexible depending on the weekend. I have a fenced yard with a great outdoor space. I also live close to the Burke Gilman trail and love walking to Matthews Beach park or Meadowbrook park. I have a car so can drive to other destinations.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid. I grew up with pets. I worked in a veterinary clinic assisting with surgery, bathing, feeding and grooming. I adopted a dog that was going to be euthanized because he was very aggressive. He only allowed me to feed him. After that I helped him become more friendly. About: Saying I love animals doesn't even begin to describe it! I've had dogs my entire life, but have been dogsitting for friends, family and coworkers for the last 13 years. I’m a longtime volunteer at Seattle Animal Shelter as a dog walker and dog behavior team member, so I have experience with a wide variety of dogs and their quirks. I trained with a dog behaviorist to work with more challenging dogs in the shelter environment and use positive reinforcement training methods only, no exception. “Fantastic! Lauren and Ryan cared for our dogs like they were one of their own. The dogs had so much fun they didn't want to go home. Lauren provided lots of pictures and updates every day. I liked that our dogs were able to socialize with their dogs in a big backyard. Our dogs settled right in with Lauren and Ryan after a long day of play and fun.”

Teddy can also be an escape artist, and I was confident that Colby was careful and strong with Teddy. Colby shared a ton of photos and videos, and I never missed Teddy, because before I knew it I had content to view. Colby's dog is an absolute sweetheart too, and was patient and gentle with Teddy - steadily drawing him to play. Just a lovely experience.”
