“Billy was great taking of Gorgo and our cats while we were gone for a few days. He even negotiated a tricky electronic lock situation that we had not anticipated.”

“Tim has been really great with my dogs. They get so excited to see him when he arrives. Its been a great help as I recover from an injury to know they are in good hands with their afternoon walk. He has also been very flexible with the schedule and adjusted a walk time as my schedule changed. My dogs are 90 and 70 lbs and he has had no issues with them.”

“Brennyn demonstrated a high level of patience with Sir Wiggle Bottom during the initial stages. By the end of the week, Wiggles appeared enthusiastic about seeing Brennyn and going for walks. Brennyn provided us with an update, including a report card featuring charming photos of Wiggles enjoying himself. Thank you!”

“Alexa is great! She takes our dog Hazel (who can be real stubborn about walking haha) on great hour long walks, and sends adorable photos of her along the way. She’s super responsive and flexible which we always really appreciate as well!”

“My pups had a better time with Karen than they do with our family, for SURE! She is great and communicating, letting us know what the walk was like, sending pictures. 100% would book again, and highly HIGHLY recommend. Also, very covid aware and safe!”

About: Hi, I’m Rachel! A dog-loving, hybrid worker who needs to go outside more! My fiance and I would love to watch your dog! We have a dog named Jane that loves dogs of any size and loves the company! I would love to take your dog for a walk during my breaks or stop by and make sure they are doing well if you need drop in visits! I grew up with dogs my entire life and absolutely love them. My fiancé and I adopted our dog 2 years ago and can bring her along if you would like (she loves other dogs), but can also do solo walks as well! Excited to meet your pups! I work hybrid (two days in the office, three days at home). When I work from home, I can take breaks and take walks or stop by for drop-ins! In my care, I will listen to your pets needs. I go on walks called “sniff-aris” with my dog where I just let her take the lead and go where she wants to go and sniff away. And I can do that with your dog as well! Sniffing relieves anxiety!
“Emily did a wonderful job walking my stubborn Bear! From the meet & greet I could tell she had a lot of experience with a wide variety of dog behaviors, which made me feel confident to leave Bear in her care. I could tell from the pictures, he had a great time with Emily. Would definitely work with her again.”

“Lucas is great with my dog and always super reliable. He has also been flexible and communicated well any time we have needed to make schedule changes. I highly recommend him!”

About: I have been around several dogs through my life and I have about 2 years, I have been around and helped take care of 2 Pitbull, a Chihuahua, a golden doodle, and a labradoodle. I will feed, water, and walk you're dogs two to three times per day and hour, as well as playing with you're dogs. One of my family members pets has a fence in yard and I've walked their Labradoodle about two times per day and hour I was at their house.
“We were away from home for over 2 weeks and it was the first time we could be truly at ease while on a trip knowing that our pups would be taken care of! Jennie came regularly and kept us up to date on what was going on. The pups always looked happy in every photo. And sure enough, when we got home they were happy and healthy! Thank you!”

“Pam was a dream for our first Rover experience. I'd just adopted Coco and was a little nervous leaving her with someone new, but Pam put me completely at ease. The photos she sent were ridiculously cute, and you could just tell Coco was having the best time, I think she was smiling in one of the pics. Would 100% recommend her to anyone, especially if you've got a nervous new pup.”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was seven years old, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. What started as a love for animals grew into years of hands-on experience walking, training, and pet sitting for friends, family, and their extended circles. Over time, I’ve built a reputation for being dependable, patient, and genuinely invested in every dog’s well-being. From energetic puppies who need structure and play to senior dogs who need extra patience and comfort, I’ve worked with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and care needs. I understand that every dog is different, and I take pride in meeting them where they are whether that means high energy adventures, gentle walks, reinforcing training, or simply providing companionship. Pet care isn’t just something I do it’s part of my everyday life. As a full-time sitter, my days are centered around walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved. I know how important consistency and trust are, especially when you’re leaving your furry family member in someone else’s hands. My top priorities are safety, trust, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for your pet. Before our time together, I make it a point to learn their routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide the best care possible. Whether it’s a quick walk, training support, or overnight care, I treat every dog like family because that’s exactly how they deserve to be treated Pet care is at the center of my daily and weekly routine. As a full-time sitter, I dedicate my time to walks, play, feedings, and companionship Safety, trust, and a nurturing environment are my top priorities when caring for your pet. I understand that every dog is unique, so I take the time to get familiar with their personality, routines, and specific needs before our time together begins. From ensuring their safety during walks to creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere at home, I’m committed to providing attentive care. You can trust that I will treat your pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel secure, loved, and well cared for every step of the way.
About: Hi! I am Ro! I take my pet's care very seriously and that is how I will be providing care for yours. I have experience taking care of litter of puppies, brachiocephalic breeds, special needs dogs and high energy breeds. My spouse and I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Our french bulldog has a megasophagus and my GSD have had surgeries, so we have experience taking care of pets intensively for a while. My cats have been raised with dogs around and are calm towards dogs. I have a German Shepherd, a Brittany and a French Bulldog, all very friendly and playful. We have a big and a small fenced yard and plenty of toys. A day for your dog in my house would consist of plenty of potty breaks, supervised yard time/play time, time alone with me relaxing, lick mats, puzzles, a daily walk, and play time with my dogs (if the owner allows interaction and they get along). I run a tight ship, so my dogs and your dogs will be just fine coexisting together or I can also provide care without my pets around. We are long time Rover users, so we will definitely treat your dogs as we would like our pets to be taken care of. Please let me know any food allergies. *At this time, I am only boarding 1 (2 if they are family) pet at a time to provide everyone a quality care and alone time. I work from home and I am able to take several breaks for potty breaks, feeding the dogs or supervised play time with my dogs or separated. All of my dogs are crate trained. I have a big and a small yard which would work to keep your pets and my pets seperate at all times, if needed. I can provide good care for dogs who don't do well with other dogs around as well.

I have fully fenced yard and they have free access to toilet (outdoor) 24/7. We are on a very safe and low traffic Avenue. I am very patient and have a lot of experience caring, and I will be a loving and attentive sitter.
“We recently started working with Gillian for weekly walks for our senior pup, and are so happy that we connected with them! Our experience so far has been wonderful. Gillian is thoughtful, responsive, and given their experience as a vet tech we are confident in their ability to take care when spending time with our dog, who is arthritic and has some medical issues. Gillian communicates well, and when we come home after work our dog is chipper and relaxed and we know he had a good day.”

The median cost per walk for dog walking in High Point is $25

Matt is very patient. It took a while for my pup Joey to warm up to him, but Matt was so kind and gentle with him. After a few weeks, when Matt shows up, Joey would come out of his crate all excited to see Matt. I also have a cat that usually doesn’t like people, but on many occasions, my kitty boy also went to ask for pets from Matt when he came to walk Joey. If we could have Matt could walk Joey indefinitely, we would. Thanks for being so good to my babies!

Joline is wonderful with Oogie. She was able to help on short notice for a meet and greet and clearly took the time to understand his routine. She handled him really well, even with hot weather and construction happening around the house. She is communicative, sends thoughtful updates and sweet photos, gives him fresh water and food afterward, and makes sure the key is returned to the right place. I feel very comfortable trusting her with Oogie and would happily book with her again.

I needed a last minute walker and Christina responded instantly! We met for a quick meet and greet and she was very thoughtful and asked questions to get to know Nova and her routine. Christina sent some very cute pictures from their walk and even practiced some training calls with Nova and made sure to feed her dinner before leaving. She was amazing and I would 1000% book her again!! Thank you, Christina!

Aliye your calm & kind demeanor are perfect to help my rescue dog’s anxiety! I appreciate your listening carefully to my information about her & being willing to jump in and play her favorite game of tug, She is A LOT of dog to play with! But as you saw today, also sweet & loving. I feel confident you two will have a good week while I’m away.

Kimberly jumped right in to help me and my mom walk my sometimes anxious dog. She gave full reports on the potty movements while walking and the exciting times she ran into bunnies. Kimberly has been flexible on the days when we need to changes the times and one day when Millie did not want to walk. Photos and walk routes were provided. I will use Kimberly again!
