About: Starting from the age of 10, I helped my grandparents take care of their dogs. Walking, feeding, engagement, treating boo-boos, I've done it all! I have particular experience in managing larger breeds, but I get along with the smaller ones just as well! My primary forte is cats - I've fostered multiple and raised some from kittens. I'm well versed in feline body language and making sure they have all their needs met. They might not always be as vocal as pups, but they're just as in need of care and attention! I also have experience as a veterinary clinic assistant, helping the antsy furbabies stay calm down while away from their owners and preforming tasks so veterinarians could stay focused on the task at hand I live with and care for two furbabies - Stitch the cat and Alita the dog. Two meal feedings a day, Alita gets her walk, daily cleaning of the litter pan, and lots of love and attention for both of them throughout the day. As for other folk's pets, I can come out pretty quick for anyone local that's in need of assistance. Unless I have an appointment or am assisting another client, I am available all week for drop-ins and walks. This will typically vary from animal to animal! In house - If an animal likes lots of attention, they'll receive it undivided. If they're more the loner-type, I'm more than happy to give them their space. I work well with checklists and direct instructions, so whatever the pet parent needs, I'm happy to follow directions for feeding, play, potty-time and medication, etc, to a T. For walks I'm always very cautious. I'm attentive to surroundings and keep pups close, away from the busy streets. I prefer back roads and residential areas where possible.

I use baby gates to separate each floor, which helps manage space and keep everyone secure, especially during mealtimes or rest. I also have a cozy crate set up as a calm, designated space for downtime or naps. There are always plenty of toys, treats, and enrichment activities available to keep pets entertained and happy throughout the day.

She was very patient and allowed time for Sammy to settle in as we walked together, and after a while took the leash the rest of the way. L’Erin asked a lot of great questions and made an effort to understand Sammy and her needs. In the end, Sammy leaned in for butt scratches and looked longingly at L’Erin when it was time to go our separate ways. We definitely trust Sammy will be well cared for during her upcoming stay!”

About: I’ve lived with and cared for dogs my whole life, including my current best friend King George for the past 9 years. Find us on the streets of West Seattle 4 times a day! I work from home and can usually pop out to see your pup at a moment’s notice. Rain or shine, I’ll be there to ensure your dog gets their exercise. I walk my own dog 4 times a day, navigating foxtails, managing reactivity, and keeping my head on a swivel. And most importantly, I’ll make sure your dog gets the most out of their walk.

About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life. Starting at age 5 I was learning to be responsible for my pets and changing litter boxes and walking the dog and grooming the dog and feed the cats and dog. I continued to raise cats throughout my childhood. I have helped with newborn kittens and newborn puppies. I have cared for friends cats and dogs while they were out of town. Caring for animals is my only job. I am up early to walk pets or feed them. If I run errands, I come home promptly to let dogs out for a walk and to feed pets for dinner. My weekends are pretty quiet besides trips to the park or other pet care. I make sure to go over feeding and potty schedules and any restrictions to follow. I ask about allergies. I also try to do a meet and greet before the first pet sitting to be sure the pet is comfortable and not scared or nervous with a new person in their environment.

About: I am a licensed vet tech, currently taking a break from full-time work. I would love to spend some of my days and nights caring for your furry kiddos. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and am able to maintain a potty training schedule. I can administer medications or manage any other special needs your pet may have. I am currently not working, occasionally doing relief shifts here and there, so I can give your pets the attention that they need when their family is away. I am a homebody and would care for your pets with whatever schedule they need. I'm down for nightly snuggles, and spend the majority of my day at home, typically only needing to go out for <2-3hr.
