Hello, we’re Dalara and Jack! I have been house sitting and pet sitting since I was in high school. I used to work at a small animal hospital (cats, dogs, hamsters, etc.) as a veterinary technician for 4 years and then with large animals (primates, sheep and pigs) in Baltimore for 3 years. Since then I have become an RN so now my patients are a little less cute and more talkative (but I love them just the same). I am experienced in giving oral, topical, IM and Subcutaneous medications. I have also gone through fear free training for dogs and cats. You will have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is with me. My husband Jack also works with me!(: He used to work for a private dog walking/pet sitting company and has had experience with dogs and cats. We have an 8 year old rescue Australian shepherd mix who's name is George. We love long hikes, eating peanut butter and playing tug. I'll provide your pet with the same love, attention and affection that I give to my fur baby George! We love getting outside, running and going to the park. Your dog will love days running around the town with me or Jack! You'll come home to a sleepy healthy pet. (: If pets are up to date on flea and tick prevention we’re also happy to hit the trails with them. We are available at all different times during the week and weekends!

In the time we spend together we’ll go on lots of walks and if you have a yard they will not be left alone in it. I have lots of blankets and a second bedroom to create a stress free environment for pups. I ask you leave their favorite toys or bring a favorite blanket so they can have your smell with them. I do not take dogs to dog parks since it can be stressful to pups at times.

Schedule
I have switched careers from vet tech to registered nurse, so I only work three days a week but my husband, Jack, is my partner on rover and helps on days I am at work since he currently works from home. He has experience with animals due to working for a private dog walking/dog sitting company in 2020/2021 during Covid.
