I grew up in a village in Turkey where dogs were part of everyday life we always had our own dogs, and caring for animals was something I learned as a child, not from books. Since then, animals have never left my life: for years I cared for my son's dog as if he were my own, and today I still help care for my other son's dog here in Seattle every week feeding, walking, playtime, and plenty of affection. I'm a retired grandmother, so I'm never in a rush; your pet gets my calm, full attention on every visit. I'm reliable, always on time, and I'm happy to send photos and updates from each visit. My English is simple but I always understand care instructions clearly. It would be my joy to care for your furry family member. I'm retired, so pet care fits perfectly into my daily life I have a flexible schedule and I'm available seven days a week, morning to evening. I'm never in a rush between visits: your pet always gets my full time and attention. I already care for my son's dog here in Seattle every week, so regular visits are a natural part of my routine. All my visits take place in your home, where your pet feels safest. I follow your care instructions exactly feeding amounts, medications, house rules and I never let a dog off leash outdoors. I always make sure doors and gates are securely closed, keep your home clean and tidy, and treat it with full respect. After every visit I send you photos and a short update, so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and loved.

About: As a kid I helped care for our family’s dogs and occasionally watched my friends’ and neighbors’ pets. Now I’m a proud cat father of 10 years and still occasionally watch my friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I’m an RN between gigs and my cats are at home on the other side of the country- in short, my schedule is wide open! I like to care for pets on their terms whether they need long walks, active play at home or just a quiet check in. Boarders can expect a secure one bedroom flat with no other pets.

About: I've been taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes since I was kid. I have professional experience with dog and cat boarding, sitting, walking, grooming, daycare, etc. I love animals and cant wait to meet yours. I work from home as a caretaker so my schedule is extremely flexible and there is always someone home to watch any animals we have visiting. I dont have any animals at home at the moment so there's a clean slate for me to focus on any specialized care your pet may need while in my care.

About: With me, your pup is never competing for attention. I provide exclusive, one-on-one care so they feel safe and at home. I’ve cared for dogs for over 12 years, including Italian Greyhounds, Dachshunds, Whippets, Chihuahuas, Poodles, Border Collies, and Terriers. My lifestyle is quiet and calm, which makes me especially attuned to sensitive, low-energy, and senior dogs who need a little extra understanding. My own dog, Clark, a whimsical and willful 12-year-old Poodle, recently passed from mitral valve disease which progressed to congestive heart failure. While this is sadly common in Poodles and other small breeds, it’s never enough time to say goodbye. Dogs will always be a part of my life, and I’d be honored to welcome yours into a calm and nurturing home. Through supporting Clark, I became deeply experienced in senior care- administering oral medications, monitoring for signs of distress, and creating a peaceful environment where he could feel safe and loved. I’m comfortable with medication management, light grooming (teeth brushing if tolerated, baths, and nail trims), and I keep essentials like pee pads, a litter box, and a playpen for dogs who are dual-trained or prefer enclosed rest. I also have a backpack carrier for pups under 15 lbs who like to come along on errands. I live near downtown Seattle, so I’m very vigilant during walks. I keep dogs on a close leash when needed, and for small dogs I’ll scoop them up if a large dog, bike, or scooter is approaching or when crossing busy streets. Safety is always my top priority. I’m typically home all day, and if I do step out, it’s never for more than 3–4 hours. I know the local emergency vets in Seattle and can quickly recognize signs of illness or stress. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care that feels like an extension of your own love for your dog. Since I’m currently in school remotely, I’m home all day to provide attention and care. I may run errands but takes no more than 3-4 hours. If your pet is under 15lbs, I can Carry them in my backpack pet carrier and they can come with me. My apartment building is very secure. A fob is required on entry. The building is quiet and I like to keep a short leash upon entering and leaving.

I have also volunteered 500+ combined hours between a horse rescue called the Equine Project and the Tacoma and Auburn Valley Humane Societies. About: I have taken care of family dogs for many years, and have raised my own two Golden Retrievers from 8 weeks old. I have always loved animals and love learning how to communicate with them. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can work with whatever requirements you have. I also live downtown with a car, so I can drive to you. I am happy to take your dog for a walk, give them pets/cuddles in your home, or play with them in your yard! I am comfortable walking multiple dogs at once (if you have more than one) or can take your pups for individual walks if needed. I will treat your animals as if they were my own!

About: I have always had pets in my life, and I would love to help take care of yours. I grew up with dogs of almost every size and I am still very comfortable with them, although now I’ve been adopted by a sweet little kitty. I’m very experienced with both cats and dogs. I am very capable of whatever you need from simple walks and cleaning litter boxes, to giving medications and any other special needs your furry little friends could need. I live in downtown Seattle and I in my time down here I feel like I’ve learned many great walking routes that would both keep your pups safe and engaged.
