About: Howdy! I’ve been around dogs/cats my whole life and even worked in pet retail! I love animals and can provide all of the love they need/deserve. I have many friends and family members who have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and love their fur babies. I’m an outdoorsy gal so love to go on walks and have a lot of energy for playtime (and of course snuggle time). I have no allergies :) I look forward to chatting and hopefully getting to meet your furry friend/s! I work full time and in-person Wednesday to Friday with Seattle Parks and Rec. Occasionally, I can run home and let the doggos out for a midday potty break and will keep you updated regarding my schedule. Because of my schedule, I am unavailable to do any midday drop-ins or walks on these days. I like to go on walks or spend time outside and would love to take dogs on outings! I like to replicate their schedule as much as possible. I am a clean and tidy individual for home stays and try to leave a small footprint.

About: Welcome to Bud’s house 🐾 This is not a “drop your dog and hope for the best” situation — this is a play, cuddle, and feel-at-home experience. I helped build a dog daycare here in Seattle, so I’ve spent years learning how dogs actually behave—who wants to play, who needs a break, and how to make sure everyone stays safe and happy. At home, we keep that same vibe—but way more personal. Our dog Bud (2 years old) is the host. He’s friendly, playful, and great with other dogs—basically the guy who makes sure everyone feels welcome. If your dog likes to play, they’ll have a blast. If they prefer to chill, we’ve got cozy spots for that too. My wife (originally from Colombia 🇨🇴) has been around dogs her whole life and brings a ton of warmth and attention to every pup that walks through the door. What your dog gets: 🐾 Supervised play (no chaos, just good energy) 🐾 A safe, calm environment 🐾 Plenty of attention, affection, and breaks when needed 🐾 A new best friend in Bud We keep things small, intentional, and stress-free—so your dog isn’t just “watched”… they’re part of the pack. Dogs basically run our schedule 😊 We walk Bud three times a day, and since we’re home most of the day, there’s always someone around for playtime, snuggles, or a quick potty break. Your dog just joins right in. In our home, dogs are part of the daily routine—not just “watched.” We provide structured care with three walks a day, supervised play, and plenty of downtime when needed. We do have a partially fenced yard, but we don’t rely on it—dogs are always supervised outside and primarily get their exercise through regular walks. Because of my daycare background, I pay close attention to each dog’s personality—whether they want to play, relax, or have their own space—and make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and can’t imagine life without them. I’ve cared for my own cat through the end of his sickness and regularly helped my neighbor’s chronically ill cat by giving her medication while they were away. I also grew up with dogs, including my family’s very attention-loving pup. I loved taking him on long walks, training him with treats, and playing with him at his favorite spot—the beach. Since my family pets are no longer here, I’ve been able to fulfill my love for animals through Rover, and I am happy to spread some of that love to your pets! I’m at home for most or all of the week, besides having to run errands here and there. Because of this, I have plenty of time and flexibility to provide the attention your pet needs. :) I will abide by the rules of your household and make sure your pet is safe and in my company always, if necessary. During walks, I will make sure they are on leash and cleaned up after! At your house, I will feed them whenever their meal times are and give them the attention they want and love. I will also always keep an eye on them to make sure they behave, and tell them "no" when necessary!

I can manage dogs with a variety of energy levels effectively and am always seeking to build good habits for your dog. I believe my lifeguard and swim instructor experience gave me the expertise to care and train your furry friends. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Things I would like to know about your pet: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ * Any medications (especially for anxiety) * If they sleep through the night * Any allergies or dietary restrictions * Whether they like to chew shoes or other things * If they tend to escape or try to run out doors/gates I work from home full time and have availability for daytime walks and tending to your pets needs. My schedule allows for frequent walks and playing with your furry friend throughout the day. I have a fully enclosed yard, enjoy walking on a daily basis and live in a safe, quiet and calm setting. I typically watch one dog at a time but can handle up to three if the dogs are familiar with each other.

About: Hi! I’ve had my cat for 8 years and cared for large dogs, cats, kittens, and aquatic pets. My tuxedo is a big baby at 15 pounds. She wants what she wants and I am here to provide cuddles and space as desired. I’ve fostered large dogs and kittens. I’ve had aquariums with fish, shrimp, aquatic frogs, and my axolotl. If you have other pets that need care let’s chat! I’ll take care your pets so they know that someone is there for them. Whether that be through walks, play, or just sitting with them across the room (cats know). I'm currently between jobs so my schedule is flexible. I try to make recurring visits at the same time of day so your pet can have a routine while you're away. I like to meet pets where they're at whether that be immediate play and snuggles or a slower build up. I've cared for various personalities with my own pets and fosters. I've worked with shy fosters to go from hiding in a corner to sleeping on my bed and asking for snuggles. I'll make sure your pets have what they need and then see what they want to do.

About: I have always had dogs in my life. At one point we had a total of 4, all different breeds and ages. I have plenty of animal experience and will be sure to keep your pet safe. I was introduced to Rover through my sister who ran her own dog business. I helped her out in various situations involving walks and boarding. She started with walks and then did full time boarding and daycare. I am looking to do some housesitting, drop in visits, and walks. I currently have a sweet American bully girl who has her own issues (sometimes doesn’t like a stranger) and she is STRONG. I can handle most dogs I think. I also used to have a dog that was dog-aggressive which was tough but I learned how to manage that as well. It’s not their fault that they have fear and it’s our job to make them feel safe. About: I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 4 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I’m responsible and loving, doing my best to keep pups content while their people are away. I’m communicative and responsive and provide daily pupdates. I work two to three days a week for no more than 4 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 7 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs. My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night. I do host up to 3 dogs at a time and have a small pup of my own, so I ask that your dog is well socialized.

About: I've spent all my life around dogs and learned from an early age the importance of boundaries – for humans and pets – and how to adjust my energy to best suit the dog I'm working with. Most dogs with behavioral struggles just need some structure, support, and patience, and I'm happy to provide all to your pets! I've lived with several breeds in the past (Papillon, Pomeranian mix, Labrador, Boston Terrier, and other mixed breeds), and have learned the grooming needs of their different coats, so I'm always willing to take on some brushing and paw trimming when needed! I've spent much of my teen years caring for senior and disabled dogs, including partial blindness and deafness, administering medication (pills and eye drops), mobility restrictions, and anxiety. If you have a smart dog who likes to get up to some trouble, trust that I know just what you're going through! I'm prepared to work with dogs who need some extra mental stimulation. As a former Papillon owner, I know small dogs tend to pack a big personality, but I'm up for the challenge! I work for college art departments and some art studios around Seattle about 2-5 times a month, but I'm otherwise free during weekdays and weekends! I take public transit, so any transportation by me would be by walking or bus/lightrail, and I will always let you know in advance if I plan to take public transit. I am disabled and use a cane or hip brace to assist in long walks or uneven terrain. I am perfectly comfortable with walking dogs around the neighborhood or to dog parks, but I am not able to run with them. I always try my best to respect the habits and preferences of the family while in their home, as consistency and respect is key to building a healthy relationship with animals. Some additional information that I always find helpful is what commands the dog knows, any medical issues to look out for, behaviors that you want to be reinforced or discouraged, preferred methods of rewarding behavior, and what their personal routines are (evening naps in certain places, preferences for sleep and dinner time, etc.). When it comes to puppies, it's very important they continue to have the same expectations and boundaries as they have with their owners, so I will do my best to continue with their usual routines while you are away. When it comes to senior dogs, they often rely heavily on routine and consistency for navigation and comfort due to hearing and eyesight issues, and I always want to do my best to make sure they are as comfortable as possible!
