Availability
i'm available Monday through Friday, and i'm currently looking to fill my lunch and midday slots with a regular walking client or client requiring drop-ins. if you need a consistent walker between 10am and 2pm a few days a week, that's exactly my sweet spot. i will require a meet and greet a few days in advance of the actual booking. i keep my calendar updated daily with any changes. my grad school classes also do not begin until mid-September, and those are only at night a few times a week.

Safety, trust & environment
i'll treat your pet like my own, keep you updated while you're away, and of course send lots of cute photos. i have reliable transportation and would love to help with walks, drop in visits, or pet sitting anywhere in seattle!
Information Natalie B. would like to know about your pet
I would love to schedule a meet & greet before our first booking! Along with hanging out, I will ask questions such as: what are their daily routines like? do they have a feeding/walking schedule? do they poop on every walk? do they have any sensitivities or triggers on walks (other dogs, people running at us, loud noises)? can they be left alone for hours at a time? if they require medication, how much do i need to give them and at what time of day? any food allergies? I would prefer if this were also all written out in their pet profile on Rover or messaged to me before my first official visit!
A typical day
I love to understand a dog’s personality and needs to make them feel most comfortable and at home! For low-energy dogs, I will give them long sniff walks and lots of pets. For high-energy dogs, I will play mentally stimulating games like search and find it, puzzles, etc. I’m happy to also stuff and freeze any Kongs for enrichment! I like to provide activities for dogs prone to boredom in addition to the basics of walking, feeding, and refilling water.

Pet care experience
hi! i'm a part time grad student living in maple leaf, and i love building long-term relationships with the pets i walk and do visits for. recurring clients will get consistent scheduling and a sitter who actually knows their routine. i've been surrounded by animals my whole life, volunteer with seattle humane, and have two rescue dogs, including one senior and one i've raised since he was a puppy who has anxiety and reactivity, so i'm very comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and medical needs. (i promise i will get your pet to take their meds!)

Reviews

Natalie is great to work with. She’s very communicative, always responds quickly, and knows how to work with reactive and anxious pups like ours. Thanks Natalie!

Natalie is amazing with Filson!! She is so thoughtful and thorough on the days he gets a walk.

Natalie did a wonderful job with Juniper! She took her to all her favorite spots and left the best photos and a cute review of their time together. Would absolutely book again!

Natalie did a great job housesitting/caring for my reactive girl! She was very communicative leading up to and during the stay. I’d love to work with Natalie again in the future :)
