“Angelina did a great job of taking care of my dog Ghost and communication was easy. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about Ghost, and I appreciated the great pictures I got each time they went on a walk. I plan on asking Angelina to take care of Ghost for me again in the future!”

About: I have lived with and cared for a number of animals in my life (primarily cats and dogs). I am experienced with breeds of a variety of sizes and behaviors. I work for a public school in Seattle so I have a lot of availability in the summer! I am usually happy to start early. I like to give animals their space and let them come to me if they wish. I try to be as attuned as possible to an animal’s body language and communication.
About: Hi! My name is Melani. I grew up with cats and dogs, so I swing both ways when it comes to furry friends. I love all dogs and breeds, big and small. I do have a special spot in my heart for rescue animals, as the loving owner of a rescue dog named Lola (she gives lots of love in return). My experience adopting, training, and caring for a rescue animal gives me insight into caring for your pet. I know the importance of keeping an eye on your pet's behavior and staying aware of triggers, so your pup can be safe and have fun. Safety is my #1 priority, and my #2 priority is fun. I love meeting other animals, and I'm excited to meet your pet!

“Harper is great! She is extremely punctual, patient and thoughtful. On the hot day she brings water bottle so that my dog stays hydrated. My dog loves going for walks with Harper!”

“We are so grateful for Andrea! We hired her short-notice following some unexpected injuries and she was on-time, reliable, and absolutely wonderful with our dog. He would cry with excitement every time she came to pick him up. She was a great communicator throughout and flexible with our shifting needs. Would recommend her to anyone.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for senior pups and administering medications. I’ve cared for all types of dogs, from nine to ninety pounds! I love pets and I’d love the opportunity to care for your four legged friend!. I currently work part-time and I’m off school for the summer! My schedule is very flexible and easy to work around. I have no conflicts which can’t be worked around! I’d prefer to care for your pet in your own home, as I have a pup of my own and she can be a little persnickety!

“Isabella is awesome! We’ve used her several times for walks now and Frankie always comes back super happy. Will definitely continue using Isabella for more walks in the future”

“Caralyn was great! She asked thoughtful questions about my pup during our meet and greet. She communicated before and after picking him up and taking him for a walk and sent pictures.”

“My husband and our lab Sammie walk together every day. While he was away for 2 weeks Anatolii and Svetlana provided great walks which Sammie absolutely loved. She waited at the door for them to arrive, and when they returned she was happy and tired for the rest of the day. They loved Sammie as much as she loved them and sent us wonderful pictures. They are friendly, reliable, always on time. Would definitely recommend and will have them walk with Sammie again.”

About: I have many years experience with many kind of animals, as well as taking care of senior cats and dogs with health issues and medication needs. I'm have also worked with and owned rescue pets who need careful awarenes to understand triggers. I hold a Pet CPR and First Aid certification through American Redcross, and have volunteered at a human society for several years. I will get to know your pets special personalities, and know how important it is to maintain their regular routines! I work full time, but live and work in the neighborhood. My range is set close so that I can take a break and come check in on, walk, feed and play with your pets! I'm flexible with times throughout the day, very reliable and I enjoy getting to know neighbors and their pets. I love getting to spend more time with animals as I am currently petless for the first time in years! I follow instructions well and make sure to follow all directions to provide your pet with the routine they rely on. I know how important it is to maintain that routine while your pet is stressed with your absence, but still it fun! I have watched others animals for years, and have consistently been told that folks wouldn't trust anyone else! I also have had and taken care of multiple rescue animals with triggers and can learn how to recognize and adapt to make them feel safe.
“Deb was great. Before we left on a trip she coordinated with us to meet our dog Chewy and see the house. While we were gone, she sent us pictures and was very quick to respond whenever we sent a text. I would absolutely recommend her to other folks looking for a caring person to look after your pup!”

About: Hi! My name is Jeanine. I work full‑time as a Fellowship Program Administrator, with four days a week working from home and one day a week in the office. I offer house sitting, drop‑in visits, and dog walking. Because I mainly work from home, I have the flexibility to care for your pets’ needs throughout the day. Though I’m new to Rover, I have close to a decade of experience pet sitting for friends and caring for my own cats. I currently have two cats: a 7‑year‑old tabby I adopted at 7 weeks old, and a 3‑month‑old black kitten I adopted last month. I see pets as family members and believe all animals are part of a vulnerable population that deserves just as much care and respect. My cats are my children! I’m a lover of all animals, and if I had the means to provide excellent care, I’d absolutely have an animal sanctuary. In late November 2025, I lost my 11‑year‑old cat to aggressive GI lymphoma. Caring for him through multiple health conditions gave me invaluable experience. He had asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, a throat tumor that blocked 90% of his airway (which was successfully removed), hip dysplasia (also a successful surgery), and a luxating patella that required an ankle brace. Going through all of this taught me how important it is to be in tune with your animals; recognizing signs of distress or pain, noticing small changes in behavior or routine, respecting boundaries, and staying aware of potential toxins or safety hazards in their environment. I also have experience with: - medication management (pills, liquid meds) - basic wound care (applying ointment, bandages) - shy, anxious, and reactive cats - kittens - dog walking - following routines (feeding schedules, walks, play, downtime) - comfort with senior pets and pets with chronic conditions - knowledge of cat behavior and body language - experience with multi‑pet households - providing frequent photo updates so you always feel connected and reassured Whether they’re shy, silly, senior, or full of zoomies, I’m excited to care for them exactly how they need. And until I can open my dream animal sanctuary, I’m grateful for every pet I get to love and care for. I work full‑time, with four days a week working from home and one day a week in the office. Since I’m home most of the week, pet care fits easily into my daily routine. Depending on your needs, I’m flexible during weekdays. If I’m house sitting, I can provide playtime, walks, feeding, and cuddles throughout the day, as long as it doesn’t overlap with my meetings. If you’re booking dog‑walking only, I’m available early mornings, midday during my lunch break, and after 5pm. My availability is open and flexible on weekends, so I’m happy to accommodate whatever your pets need. Safety and comfort are huge for me. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I want them to feel completely safe, seen, and cared for while you’re away. I stick to your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, and I’ll always check in with you if anything needs to shift. In your home, I’m big on keeping things clean and cozy. I scoop litter boxes 2+ times a day, wash food bowls after every use, refresh water daily, and keep the space tidy. I’m also super mindful about safety. Food, drinks, plants, hair ties, strings, and any little “oops” hazards get put away so curious paws stay out of trouble. I keep the vibe calm and gentle, and I always let pets come to me on their own terms. No forced interactions. I follow their pace, their comfort level, and their boundaries. I’m extremely careful with doors and entryways, and I’ll never assume it’s okay for any pet to be outdoors unsupervised. And when it comes to cats, I never assume it’s okay for them to be outside under any circumstance. I double‑check (sometimes triple!), and do everything I can to make sure no one sneaks out. For dog walks, I stay alert and aware of our surroundings. I’ll wait for other dogs to pass or cross the street if needed, and I keep treats on hand to encourage positive behavior and make walks fun and rewarding.
“Lynn was great walking our doodle and poodle. Our doodle loves everyone but our poodle can be pretty shy. Lynn showed a lot of patience with her and got her in her harness and walked each time. She also had no problem with two good sized dogs. We hope Lynn will continue to help us out when needed.”

About: Saying I love animals doesn't even begin to describe it! I've had dogs my entire life, but have been dogsitting for friends, family and coworkers for the last 13 years. I’m a longtime volunteer at Seattle Animal Shelter as a dog walker and dog behavior team member, so I have experience with a wide variety of dogs and their quirks. I trained with a dog behaviorist to work with more challenging dogs in the shelter environment and use positive reinforcement training methods only, no exception. I was also a foster parent before adopting my sassy old lady, first fostering puppies (and getting really good at potty training!), before moving on to senior dogs who were struggling in the shelter. I've been vegan for a decade and know that animals are sentient beings with their own likes and dislikes, schedules they like to adhere to, and more — and I make sure to meet the pet where they're at. Specific Skills: Reactivity, Anxiety/Fear, Strong Pullers, Stranger Danger, Training Basics I work remotely on East Coast hours — my schedule has plenty of flexibility! I'm happy to accomodate based on your pet's needs and schedule. I would love to use my years of dog and cat handling experience to take your dog out to stretch its legs, hang out with your kitty and make sure their physical and emotional needs are fulfilled.
“Angela has been walking our dog Maggie 2-3 times per week for a few months and she is great! She’s on time and communicative in advanced with any changes to our weekly schedule. When we run into Angela in the neighborhood on our own walks, Maggie is so excited to see her!!!”

About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and have hands-on experience caring for them. Over the past year, I walked a Golden Retriever every day around Green Lake, giving me experience with consistent exercise routines, leash handling, and understanding a dog's needs. I also volunteered for a long time at Ginger's Pet Rescue, where I worked with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I'm patient, dependable, and treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, extra attention, or a calm, caring companion, I'm committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I recently graduated from college, so I have a relaxed and flexible schedule this summer. That gives me plenty of time to provide walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and lots of attention. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I always follow each pet's normal routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. In a client's home, I'll make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. I'll also keep their space clean and send regular updates with photos so you know how they're doing. My goal is to make your pet feel relaxed, cared for, and loved while you're away.
“For about a year, Mina has walked our pup 3 times a week. She’s reliable, provides advance notice of vacations, responds promptly to texts, and has helped us out on short notice. She’s great!”

“Margaret did wonderfully with my nervous dog Kona! She pays close attention to detail and followed the care and access instructions to a T. She is very good about reading dog body language and understanding when a pet may be too hot, or too tired and goes off of the signals sent by the dog. She is super sweet and detail oriented and even takes great pictures of the pets under her care! Would absolutely book again!”

“Sheena really knows dogs and clearly loves them. My dog took to her tight away. She has been completely reliable and consistent. I come home to a relaxed, calm, contented dog.”

My dog was being a bit of a butt not wanting to walk, but Beetal spent time with her, gave her treats, and was responsive during and before the booking. She even left us a sweet note about how the day went. I would recommend Beetal to anyone else looking for responsible and kind pet care.

Charlotte is great! My dog gets nervous around other dogs so I am always looking for a walker that knows how to handle this and she was perfect. She pays attention to the instructions I gave her and she was always very kind with my dog. Definitely recommend her!
