About: I have a Samoyed puppy and cats. I love longer walks with active dogs. I grew up with a dog and cats and I always love meeting new animals. I’m mobile around town and I enjoy taking dogs to the dog park. My day begins with feeding my cats and walking my dog. After my cats are eating I prepare to inject my diabetic cat with insulin. My dog and I go for walks throughout the day, usually two miles a day at a minimum. I clean cat’s litter daily. Before bed I feed the cats again, always give my dog a final potty opportunity, and give my diabetic cat his evening dose of insulin once he’s eaten. I’m a software engineer looking for the next thing but I am broadly available in the interim. I am fortunate to live in a large house with enough room for a medium sized dog to scamper about around on the main floor. I don’t let my animals in the backyard, although it is fully fenced in. I am a clean person and a respectful person who will take care to leave your home the same way it was when you left for your trip. If your animals make a mess, I will clean that mess. I can follow particular instructions you may have and will treat your home as though it were my own, ensuring your peace of mind while you’re vacationing.

“To Whom It May Concern, David has always been tuned-in to pets and animals. He has experience with dogs, cats, tree frogs, aquarium fish, tortoises, lizards, and guinea pigs. Examples of his experience are approximately 12 years of tortoise care, 17 years of cat care, and 15 years of dog care, including dogs adopted from rescue groups and the additional care and understanding needed in working with dogs who had experienced challenging early years in life. For example, we travelled internationally for a month recently and during that time, David lived in our home caring for our Shetland Sheepdog and our African Leopard Tortoise. Shetland Sheep dogs are somewhat prone to anxiety, especially when separated from their regular humans. David’s companionship, caring, cuddle and playtime as well as his presence made sure he was loved while we were gone. We have every confidence in David’s ability to care for clients’ animals.”
