About: I have had a cat in my life since I was born. I learned how cats operate and how to read them very early on. My soul cat was a rescue I got at 11, thinking I would give him a good last few years. He lived to be 22 thanks to careful learning directly from cat specializing vets and extensive personal research. About: I have been taking care of pets since my childhood, as my family always had dogs, cats, and reptiles. I even had a bunny and a hedgehog at one point, which you don’t see very often. I have seen a large variety of personality and needs from all of the pets I have owned, as well as pets of family and friends who have needed assistance with care when they are away. I have experience with anxious animals, reactive animals, etc. so I am very aware of different stressors for pets, and want to make sure I give them the best experience in my care. I am currently working full-time from home, so I am fully available for pet care after work around 5pm. Because I work from home I am more flexible if I need to step out at times throughout the day to provide drop in pet care services. I can even bring my work with me if of course more time permits to a certain caregiving job. I prioritize your pet’s safety by keeping your dog on leash at all times during walks and being aware of my surroundings while on walks. It is important for me to be notified of any behavior issues before working with your animal to keep your animal, other people/animals, and myself safe. I work remote every day of the week except Wednesdays when I am gone from 7A-5P, while my partner is a caretaker and is home every day, so your furry friend is always in good company. Important hours 🦴 We are flexible and do our best to accommodate your schedule, if there’s a barrier we will communicate so. App communication hours are set to 9 AM–9 PM. Safety is a priority, our home is equipped with gates to keep pets away from the front door and stairs while they’re allowed to free roam the main floor. Your pal will enjoy a fully fenced yard of a split level, hardwood home with both grassy and paved areas, offering a variety of surfaces for play. About: I have never not had 2 to 3 dogs in my care at all times. My husband and I are incredibly active people who love to incorporate our animals as much as possible! We recently lost our oldest dog and are feeling the hole in our hearts, and our wishing to open our hearts to the animals in our community and to spread that extra love to your pets:) I currently work part time at Seattle Children’s Hospital. My husband works full-time from home a few days a week. I would like to cut back on my hours and make pet walking and sitting a more full-time position for myself.
