In my experience with walking pets I am always careful to make sure that pets are properly secured during their walk and at home. I give lots of pats and praise and make sure doors are securely locked before leaving for a walk and before leaving the home.
Information Kelly B. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know how your dog does on a leash--do they pull or tend to chase after things like cars? It's okay if they do, but I need to be prepared. I would also want to know if they are okay around other dogs, kids, etc. in case we encounter them on our walks. I don't have any breed preferences, but am limiting myself to small and medium size breeds for now because I am just getting started.
A typical day
Your furbaby and I will go for a walk around your area. If you have special areas your pet likes to go or places you'd rather they not go, I can definitely acommodate that. I can throw balls to fetch or whatever your pet likes to do! Of course whatever we do your pets safety will be my top concern. I can even send you a picture of your dog having a great time!

Pet care experience
I grew up always having a dog and have had dogs most of my adult life. I absolutely adore dogs and bond with nearly all dogs instantly. Dogs seem to sense that I "get them" and even when strangers walk their dogs past me, the dogs will stop and act like they want to "chat" with me. I'm even good with dogs that are a bit on the reserved side. I know how to behave around them and gain their trust. I have two small dogs of my own, a chiweenie (dachsund/chi mix) and a rat terrior. I love walking with the dogs and enjoy the social aspect of dog walking as well just getting some exercise and enjoying fresh air. I'm very organized and prompt and show up as scheduled every time. Let me give your fur-baby something to look forward to every day!

Great, fast communicator! Was understanding when I made a mistake hiding my key. She saw my cat George which is a claw up sign of approval!
