I do have a special spot in my heart for rescue animals, as the loving owner of a rescue dog named Lola (she gives lots of love in return). My experience adopting, training, and caring for a rescue animal gives me insight into caring for your pet. About: I started pet sitting when I was 14 years old, and caring for animals has been a part of my life ever since. I’ve had five dogs of my own, so I truly understand the love, patience, and responsibility that comes with being a pet parent. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. As a full-time student, my weekdays are focused on classes, but I’m available Friday afternoons and all weekend long for pet sitting, drop-ins, or walks. Your pets will have my full attention and plenty of love during my available time! I believe consistency is key when caring for pets. I stick closely to their usual routine, including feeding times, walks, crate schedules (if applicable), and any special instructions. I pay attention to their behavior and comfort level to make sure they feel safe and relaxed. If I’m in your home, I treat it with the utmost respect and keep you updated with regular messages and photos. If pets are staying with me, they’ll receive constant supervision, structured potty breaks, and lots of love and interaction.

About: I have had at least one dog in my family since I was born, so I have been constantly surrounded by these wonderful animals my entire life (and wouldn't have it any other way). I thrive on the connections I can make with animals, and know how to curate a calming yet playful environment so both my pets and those I dog-sit feel safe and supported. Growing up, I helped teach my dogs tricks, potty train, walk and do heavy exercise (ball-chasing, etc.), as well as comforting my elder dogs in their final moments of life. From puppies to senior canines, I have been around it all! I am in a graduate student at the University of Washington, currently on a part-time student schedule which frees up time for me to pursue opportunities I care about, such as pet care. Aside from class time on weekdays, I am willing to work with clients on a flexible schedule to care for pets weekdays and/or weekends. I am easily adaptable in new environments and do not mind entering homes/yards in order to provide the best care for your pet. I want to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible for drop-in visits and/or walks around a neighborhood/park/etc.

About: Pet and house sitting isn’t just something I do on the side. It’s my full-time job, and I’ve been doing it for over 5 years now (going into my seventh). I genuinely love caring for animals and getting to know their different personalities. I’ve worked with pets of all ages, from puppies that need structure and training to senior dogs that need a little extra patience and care. I’m also comfortable giving medications and sticking to whatever routine your pet is used to. I care for more than just cats and dogs too, so if you have other animals, don’t hesitate to ask. About: I grew up in Los Angeles with an adorable lab Percy and am looking for part-time pet-sitting/dog-walking/housesitting/babysitting work in the greater Seattle area. I have several years of experience in child care and have looked after babies, toddlers, elementary school, and middle school-aged kids, both as a babysitter, a day camp counselor, a parents helper, and a sleep away camp cabin counselor. I have also taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters, and, of course, my own chocolate lab, including drop-in visits for walking and feeding, housesitting, and in-home care. I am happy to cook, clean, do laundry, pick up kids/pets from school/camp/etc, and/or run whatever errands are needed. I am also CPR-certified! Thank you so much! I'm currently working part-time and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your pets throughout the week and pretty much at whatever time I am needed, as long as I am given at least three days notice before dogsitting/drop-in visits! I live in an apartment with three roommates and without a yard (as I am still a college student), so unfortunately would not be able to care for dogs in my own apartment. Cats, however, I am open to caring for in my own home!
