Hi! My name is Emery, and I have several years of experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Ever since I was young, I’ve helped my aunt care for dogs and cats through her in-home pet care and boarding business, giving me hands-on experience with a wide variety of pets and their individual needs. My passion for animal care began while helping care for my own elderly dog, which taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and paying close attention to each pet’s comfort. I also have experience administering oral medications, including providing my elderly dog with GABA as part of his care. Whether your pet is energetic and loves long walks or is a senior who needs a slower pace and extra support, I’m happy to tailor my care to their individual needs. If your older dog still enjoys getting outside but can’t walk long distances, I’m more than willing to accommodate them, even if that means using a stroller so they can safely enjoy some fresh air. I understand how important it is to keep your pet’s routine consistent, so I’m committed to carefully following all instructions and preferences you provide. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own. I also love keeping owners connected while they’re away and am happy to send regular updates and plenty of photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. Whether I’m stopping by for a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care, my goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, loved, and secure. I would be honored to care for your furry family member and look forward to meeting both you and your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable walking your dog outside and have had experience with protecting my own dog in hostile situations whether that be at a dog park or on a walk. I am able to crate your dog based on their needs, administer medication as needed (capsule or oral), or even follow strict feeding regimens.

Emery was amazing. She took such good care of my pups and even my aloof cat was charmed by her and snuggled with her at night. Emery was great at ensuring my senior dog got her medication and dealt wonderfully with my willful and wild youngest dog. Highly recommended if you need a sitter!
Ever since I met Emery, she has always had such a big heart for animals. She is such a caring person and would be the exact person I would trust with my pet.
EMERY IS THE BEST!!! She pet sat for my family a couple of times and she is amazing. My dogs are anxious and can be flight risks, but she handed them really well :) not only is she responsible and good with animals, she is super communicative and easy to plan with as well. will 10000000% be asking her to help out with my pups again😇

Emery is the first person to run over to a dog and ask to pet them and give them cuddles. She loves her fur babies and has taken care of my two boxers many of times. They adore her and are always very excited when she comes over to play. She is very caring and loving towards animals and I think the animals can sense that about her. She’s never met a dog that hasn’t loved her :)

Schedule
I’m a college student and am currently only taking classes from 6-8:30 pm, Monday and Wednesday. Outside these windows of time I have plenty of availability!
