About: I’m Roh - a doctor-in-training, who is really just on here to spend more time with dogs & cats! I've taken care of friends' & family's dogs my whole life on & off - sometimes dogsitting, at other times walks, feeding them, quick potty breaks, and playing with them to keep them entertained. I am always so happy to be around furry friends & cannot wait to meet yours! I know I’m new on here & you might be nervous about that; I’m happy to do an in-person meet & greet where we can meet in a public space, I can meet your dog, and we can make sure we all get along! NOTE: I know my current rates are under market average. This is a new client promo, available for the next 3 months, while I set up here! I work full time Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 (rarely 6pm), but I’m available during the rest of the time. I think of myself as a great affordable fit for people going on short vacations or work trips, or if you just want an easy night in. On weekdays I can stop by early in the morning around 6:30-7am for a drop-in or a quick walk, followed by a longer walk in the evening with some playtime. On weekends I can dedicate a lot of my time to your pet! I can do up to 3 walks a day, if they prefer that. I am a big believer in respecting your residence. When petsitting, I keep things clean & will do my utmost best to leave your place as you left it! With your pet, I always try to strive for a mix of engagement & letting them chill, depending on their mood.

“Cynthia was wonderful with our two dogs Miley & Douglas. She communicated well and gave us updates on the pups while we were away. Our house was left possibly cleaner than we left it. She left a summary/ update for us for when we arrived home that was really helpful. She even groomed our dogs while we were away, made them a few chicken and rice meals when they got upset stomachs, and offered to have some groceries ready for our baby (human) when we got home. We would absolutely have her back again to look after our home & dogs in the future. Thank you!”

About: I grew up with golden retrievers, and fully trained my first puppies, all on my own, at age 8 and age 14! Since then, I've not only rescued and cared for street dogs but but dog-sat breeds big and small, from daytime visits to multiple week stays, and volunteer regularly at a rehab home for fearful and reactive dogs. I'm a teacher with experience in early childhood education, so my patience, compassion, and discipline skills are well-tested! I have a very flexible schedule and am extremely active, so will give your fur baby as many walks as he/she needs, and am happy to just snuggle if you have a senior or more relaxed pup. Currently, I don't have dogs or pets of my own as we just lost our soul dog, so your pup will get extra special attention and love from me. I know how ideal it is for dogs to stay in their home when their people are gone, so I am happy to house-sit in the client's home with the dog. I'm an extremely neat, tidy, respectful non-smoker. If you want someone to care for your home and pup who is doing it primarily for the snuggles and well-being of the dog, not the cash, I'm your gal! I am not working until we move to California at the end of August for my new job, so pet care is a fun and meaningful activity I’m hoping to do over the summer with all my free time. I can be home all day with your pup! I can care for pups in my home, and I have a fenced yard though parts of it may be a bit wide for the extra small pups to fit through so I will prioritize leashed outside time! I have experience with senior dogs, medically complex dogs, and puppies, so your buddy is safe with me either in my home or yours.

“Tanner is awesome! She house-sat for our dog and 2 cats for 10 days, and did an amazing job. She checked in with us daily with an update and photos of the pets, was diligent about house stuff like plant care and garbage, and left our house extremely clean. She even arranged a couple play dates with her own dog (after confirming it was okay with us of course!) and Dessa seemed to have a great time. Tanner definitely gave us peace of mind while she was house sitting which is invaluable when you’re on a long trip! We highly recommend her and would love to book her again.”
