“Jayce is great to work with! I appreciate that she managed my requests for June's care easily, asked all the right questions and returned messages quickly. I look forward to booking with her in the future, if she is available.”

“This was our first time having Kris stay at our place with Camano and we had such a great experience! We loved her daily updates and cute photos! When she had questions, or we communicated something, she was prompt in her responses. The cat was happy, the place looked just as we left it, and we felt so comfortable with everything about this experience and Kris. Highly recommend and would have her house and cat sit for us again!! Thank you Kris you gave us such peace of mind!”

“Tanner is awesome! She house-sat for our dog and 2 cats for 10 days, and did an amazing job. She checked in with us daily with an update and photos of the pets, was diligent about house stuff like plant care and garbage, and left our house extremely clean. She even arranged a couple play dates with her own dog (after confirming it was okay with us of course!) and Dessa seemed to have a great time. Tanner definitely gave us peace of mind while she was house sitting which is invaluable when you’re on a long trip! We highly recommend her and would love to book her again.”

About: James and I started pet sitting and traveling in 2018, and it has been a fabulous adventure. We enjoy taking care of all animals. We love walking the dogs to get our steps in and cats with their uniqueness. We believe staying home with them until they get settled in is very important. We won’t leave them home alone, as they are happier when we’re around. Lots of walks, play time, and snuggles. We have lived in Seward Park since 2003 in a home with a fenced yard about a mile from the park. It is a great dog walking neighborhood. We enjoy puppies and senior dogs. We are also good medicine givers. Call or text us. We are a Retired married couple who throughly enjoy dogs/cats. We have been International pet sitters since 2018, and we have found that bonding is the most important thing about boarding a new animal. Creating a trust and being there with them so they don’t feel alone. Having fun activities to do that they enjoy is imperative. Many times it’s walking and “getting a smell” of their new environment. We have many popular walking neighborhood loops and Seward Park is always a hit. We enjoy them and they enjoy us. We make it a priority to listen to their individual language and gain their trust. Our home has screened windows and lots of light. We have safe hiding places, a comfy bed, and are home a lot, which they really like. Food is very important and we feed them as requested. We listen to what our pet owners have to say about their animals, as everyone is different. Please let us know anything else that makes them feel comfortable.
“Stephanie took great care of Eve and communicated well with us while we were away. We came home to a happy dog and got lots of updates and photos during our trip.”

About: I tend to bond well with doggos and am happy to walk, feed, cuddle, give belly rubs, and play tug-of-war and fetch with your dog(s). I also have experience caring for senior doggies who need medications and extra care and attention. I'm available for daily dog-walking, drop-in visits, and pet-sitting. I have a roommate who loves and can care for my cat so I am able to stay in your home and keep your pet company while you're away. I'm able to stop in for a time to feed and care for or walk your pet, or I can stay at your home if your pet needs more company and support. As a long-time cat mom who treasures her feline companion, I understand the importance of knowing your pet is being well-cared for when you can't be there. I commit to showing your pet the same care I would show my own, and I will be respectful of your home and conscientious about keeping it clean!
“Mandy took great care of our large dog Porter and our home while we were away for a long weekend. She kept us up to date with great communication and our dog was happy and chill when we came back. We will happily book Mandy in the future!”

“My dogs were super happy with Eric. He sent me regular updates to keep me in the loop and communication was good. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter they can trust.”

“Love having Ellie stay with our dog Nova. She took such good care of her while we were away, Nova seems very happy in her presence. Can’t wait for her next stay.”

“Brooke was absolutely fantastic — the perfect fit for our first time using Rover. From day one, she took incredible care of both our dogs and our home, and sent frequent updates that gave us total peace of mind. We didn’t worry once during the nearly two weeks she stayed at our house. Our Great Dane and Boxer were clearly comfortable and happy with her (she even let them sleep in the bed with her!), which says everything about the level of care and love she provides. We couldn’t recommend Brooke more highly and would absolutely book her again without hesitation.”

“Alex was the perfect weekend buddy for our two pitbull mixes. They showed up right on time for the meet and greet, and seemed happy and patient to be around the dogs. During the pet sitting, we received several updates and dog photos which we always appreciate. We came back to our home exactly how we had left it. We would definitely book Alex again, and would recommend them to others as well!”

About: I’m Roh - a doctor-in-training, who is really just on here to spend more time with dogs & cats! I've taken care of friends' & family's dogs my whole life on & off - sometimes dogsitting, at other times walks, feeding them, quick potty breaks, and playing with them to keep them entertained. I am always so happy to be around furry friends & cannot wait to meet yours! I know I’m new on here & you might be nervous about that; I’m happy to do an in-person meet & greet where we can meet in a public space, I can meet your dog, and we can make sure we all get along! NOTE: I know my current rates are under market average. This is a new client promo, available for the next 3 months, while I set up here! I work full time Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 (rarely 6pm), but I’m available during the rest of the time. I think of myself as a great affordable fit for people going on short vacations or work trips, or if you just want an easy night in. On weekdays I can stop by early in the morning around 6:30-7am for a drop-in or a quick walk, followed by a longer walk in the evening with some playtime. On weekends I can dedicate a lot of my time to your pet! I can do up to 3 walks a day, if they prefer that. I am a big believer in respecting your residence. When petsitting, I keep things clean & will do my utmost best to leave your place as you left it! With your pet, I always try to strive for a mix of engagement & letting them chill, depending on their mood.
“Katia did a wonderful job! Our pets seem to have barely missed us under her care and as we were gone for such an extended time it’s a relief to know they were being cared for. She kept us updated on one of our pets with a health condition and the enclosure for our rabbits and cats litter box were in great condition when we got back (a huge relief after 12+ hours of traveling!). Would 100% recommend :)”
“Cynthia was wonderful with our two dogs Miley & Douglas. She communicated well and gave us updates on the pups while we were away. Our house was left possibly cleaner than we left it. She left a summary/ update for us for when we arrived home that was really helpful. She even groomed our dogs while we were away, made them a few chicken and rice meals when they got upset stomachs, and offered to have some groceries ready for our baby (human) when we got home. We would absolutely have her back again to look after our home & dogs in the future. Thank you!”

“Jisu is amazing with my senior pup! It warmed my heart to see how much they bonded. It was apparent he was so happy, and spoiled with love, cuddles and care the whole time. She also left our home in perfect order. Thank you Jisu! We look forward to the next time!”

“Timothy was great! We found him communicative, punctual, and polite. We appreciated the pictures of our pets while we were away and his flexibility made our trip more relaxed. Thanks!”

Cynthia went above and beyond when we asked her to housesit and watch over our two pups. She was very considerate of dogs and ensured that they were comfortable and having fun. She also sends lots of photo updates and leaves very detailed logs of what the pups were up to. We would feel comfortable enough to recommend her to anyone! Thank you!
This was a quick overnight away as an experiment with how our cats would do. Wing Shan made it very successful. She sent pictures and communicated well. The cats seemed very relaxed upon our return -- which is the ideal goal. Thanks Wing Shan! ( The next experiment will be with our higher maintenance 4lb dog... 😅)

Shaniece house sat for us while we were away for 5 days. She took care of our cat and our senior dog. Our dog warmed up to her immediately and even our shy and sometimes scared of strangers cat came out and played around her. She took excellent care of our apartment while we were away and sent update photos while we were gone. She followed all care instructions we left behind and texted when she had questions. She is kind, communicative, and responsible. We will definitely book her again when we need to go out of town with out our fur babies. You will not regret hiring her to look after your pets, I highly recommend her.

This was our first time having Kris stay at our place with Camano and we had such a great experience! We loved her daily updates and cute photos! When she had questions, or we communicated something, she was prompt in her responses. The cat was happy, the place looked just as we left it, and we felt so comfortable with everything about this experience and Kris. Highly recommend and would have her house and cat sit for us again!! Thank you Kris you gave us such peace of mind!

This is the 2nd time Wendy has stayed at our house & taken care of our pitty, Spot. He’s an anxious guy with arthritis who loves to play and snuggle, but also know everything is safe. He warmed up to her so quickly and seemed to have had a really great time when we got home. She gives plenty of updates, followed all instructions, is super perceptive of pet needs and letting them determine pacing of things, and gives lots of loves and treats! While not required, our place was clean when we got home. Fully trust Wendy and will deff have her back! Oh and Spot looooved reiki!

MacKenzie was so wonderful with our three (high maintenance) dogs! Two of them are incredibly shy and within a short period of time Mackenzie got them to play with her. She is great with communication, sending pics, updates, and at navigating complicated feeding and sleeping situations. An added bonus: she takes gorgeous pics of the animals in her care. Highly recommended, and we already have her booked for our next trip!
Stephanie is so lovely and so thoughtful when it comes to taking care of our fur babies. It can be a bit stressful leaving your pets behind when you travel, but with Stephanie we had such peace of mind and can tell (from all the lovely photos and updates she sends) that they are happy and loved while we’re away. Thank you so so much!

Mandy is awesome. I have a cat that needs to be walked like a dog - seriously, he only "goes" outside, and Mandy accommodates this. he needs to be walked on his schedule, not yours, and Mandy sticks to the schedule. I trust her with my fur babies regularly and I'm so glad I do!! Overall a great communicator and trustworthy pet-sitter.

David went above and beyond in his care for our dog Juni during his time house and dog-sitting for us! We would LOVE to have him watch Juni again! He sent us numerous updates (including videos and photos) throughout each day, followed our instructions re: allergies/medication/etc. perfectly, was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about dog psychology and training. David managed to get Juni to walk farther with him than even my partner and I can (Juni is noise-sensitive and tends to want to turn back early). He never left Juni alone for more than a couple of hours (which is well under what we had said would be fine!). We came home to a very happy, tired, and relaxed dog and a spotless house. Thank you so much for the peace you have given us, David!

Brooke did an amazing job with our dog Shellie and was able to extend the booking to help us out during some unexpected travel/flight cancellations. Her flexibility and communication were excellent, and we are very grateful that she took care of Shellie until we were able to return home. We definitely recommend Brooke and look forward to working together again.
