About: Most people call me Josh. Dogs have always been my favorite animal and I've lived with them for most of my life. I am recently dog-free and I miss having dog energy in my house. I've raised two dogs through basic obedience to adulthood, one with a class, and one largely on my own. I am personally a big believer in the methods described in The Art of Raising a Puppy, because I have had excellent results with their techniques, but will of course prioritize whatever approach is preferred by owners. I am happy to help reinforce any basic obedience your dog may be working on, as well as senior dogs. I am comfortable with a wide range of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Highly reactive dogs are not my favorite, but "highly reactive" can be subjective, so I will consider such dogs on a case by case basis. I am happy to work with dogs of varying activity levels, but extremely high-activity dogs will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am currently working from home and am available for dropoff in-home daycare most weekdays and dog boarding (including weekends). My schedule for my dog was three walks a day (morning, afternoon/dinnertime, bedtime) so that is what I'm used to, but I am happy to work with clients to discuss their routine and work with them to agree on an experience that fits their and their dog's needs. I currently have no other animals in my home, so your dog will get my full attention as needed. I don't have a fenced yard, but I am in a residential neighborhood with a good-sized park a block away. I am reasonably close to Seward Park and the Genesee dog park as well.

About: Hello! I have been dog and cat sitting for at least 20 years and have several active clients in Seattle currently. I have previously worked for a dog walking and sitting business in Maryland. I have cared for puppies from 6 months through to senior, special needs pups. While no one enjoys it, I am comfortable giving pills, injections, and other medications to both cats and dogs. In my dog walking business I have walked up to four pups at the same time. I love to go on long walks, even in the rain and wind, and can throw a ball for hours! I will take care of your home and your pup with the utmost respect and love. I am a home owner with two kitties and a toddler. We are working on getting them all comfortable with dogs but for the time being we can only subject them to guests for 4 days in a row max (or they may never forgive us). While I haven't found the perfect pup for my life yet, I am very excited to be able to share my house with dogs of all ages for short stints while I'm searching. I work from home and can let pups out to go to the bathroom as needed. I love a lunch walk to get me ready for the afternoon. I have a fenced yard and a patch of grass for regular bathroom breaks. The staircase is gated so we’re always within eyeshot of any canine visitors.

About: Grew up with dogs as a child. I have raised 2 dogs of my own into their senior years. I had Bruce (pitbull) until he was 14 years old so I understand the special needs a senior dog has. I work mostly from home and have a flexible schedule to give your pet the dedicated time they need. I work from 8am to 4pm but am able to care for your dog during the day if you live near by. I can recreate the caring environment your pet has been accustomed to. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pet with no deviations.

About: I have always been around pets since before I could walk. Taking care of our local neighborhood pets and of course my own! I am passionate about advocating for the safety and boundaries of pets. I have lots of experience with large dogs and reactive dogs, too. (My own dog is reactive). I’m well-versed in dog body language, and speak to them in a way I believe they understand. I am on a journey entrepreneurship, leaving my 9-5. This allows me to be available when you need me. My passion for animal care will drive my schedule! My dog, Indy, is the light of my life. He is my constant and #1 priority. We have had to go through years of training to work on his reactive behaviors and aggression, and though he does have some issues, he is the best boy! I also am always the first to reach out to my friends if they need pet care, and love meeting new pets. I am also pet CPR certified.

“We love Maria, Kalyan and Nikko. They jumped right in to care for our 10,000 year old hound, Carol. She requires day care not just walks so they adjusted their schedule to get her super early in the morning and brought her home however late we wanted so she wasn't home alone too long. They sent updates and even let Carol ride in Nikko's side car when they walk Nikko. Nikko is also so good with Carol, who has zero energy most days. 10/10 recommended”
