About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs through both house sitting and pet sitting for friends, family, and clients. While living in Houston, I regularly cared for dogs for extended stays, including senior dogs that required extra patience, attention, and consistency with their routines. Since moving to Seattle, I've continued helping friends with dog care, including walks, drop-in visits, and longer stays. I'm comfortable with feeding schedules, exercise, administering basic care, monitoring behavior, and providing companionship while owners are away. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care, I'm committed to providing reliable, attentive service and keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of safe walking areas, a dog park on the property, and additional parks nearby. I share my home with two friendly, well-socialized cats who are comfortable around dogs. When caring for pets, I prioritize safety, consistency, and following each owner's instructions and routines. Whether in my home or a client's home, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and a clean, comfortable environment while their owners are away.

Akiko was very communicative, gentle, and patient with him. Akiko took the time to ask us about his personality, his favorite toys, how he liked to play, etc. By the end of the trip, he was jumping up and down with excitement to see her. I adopted Wally from shelter 10 years ago, and he's been getting 10k steps a day ever since. I frequently care for friends' dogs, and would love to help yours get out more. I'm a freelance software engineer with control over my schedule and a very predictable routine. I can accommodate walks almost any time during the day with a little notice. I live in an apartment in SLU with a very high energy beagle. I know how to keep him stimulated and and well exercised. We know all the parks and neighborhoods nearby and where to get a drink of water on a hot day.
