“We left our dog Charlie with Danielle and Joy for 4 days. We had a nice long conversation at the beginning about what Charlie's needs are and they were very willing to handle that. We let them know Charlie is a cuddler bug, can't eat chicken and hated other dogs and they were very respectful of all of those. They have a place for the dog to play, they sent loads of pictures and Charlie looked extremely happy in all of them even though he normally is very sad when he's away from us. About: I grew up with pets, from large to small. My sibling and friends always rely on me fostering their dogs and cats. I work from home and won’t leave your pets alone. My husband and I work full time from home, so your pets will always be attended to. They will pretty much hang out with us while we go about our day. My husband starts walking all of the dogs at around 8am. I will open my fenced yard at midday for a midday pee break. My husband will come back at around 6:30pm to give all of the dogs another walk. We usually feed the dogs their morning and evening meals after they come back from their walks. We will open the yard again before bed for a late night pee break.

We move at your dog’s pace, in your dog’s direction, because that’s what makes a walk genuinely enriching, not just exercise. Your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and cuddles. I’ll treat them exactly like I treat Cooper, like family. You can expect regular photo updates if I’m watching your pup, I know firsthand how hard it is to be away from your baby and how it can put a damper on your trip thinking about them missing you. I work from home full-time, which means your pet gets attention throughout the entire day, not just before and after a 9-to-5. No long stretches alone, no waiting until evening for a walk. I’m based in Lower Queen Anne and live in a cozy apartment with my boyfriend and our Shih Tzu Cooper. No children, no yard, but don’t let that last part worry you. A few years ago an orange stray cat showed up at my door and decided to stay. Since then I’ve become very much a cat person as well. However, I’m much more flexible right now since I’m on summer break and available with a wider range of scheduling options until September 2. I’m also flexible on weekends with planned notice and am happy to work with pet owners to find a schedule that works best for their needs. I primarily care for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and maintain their normal routine. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications (if needed), and any special care requirements. I treat every home with respect, prioritize your pet's safety and well-being, and provide regular photo and message updates so you can feel confident they're in good hands while you're away.
About: Recently retired and petless at the moment, although I have almost always had a dog. I enjoy getting to know the personalities and needs of dogs and participating in their daily care needs, whether walking for exercise or potty breaks, socializing at home or the park, or ensuring they are fed and cared for when you aren’t available.
