“Regina was so reliable, communicative, responsive, and friendly! She organized a meet-and-greet and answered all my questions in advance. When a medical issue came up with my dog shortly before the stay, Regina was understanding and helped administer medications during the stay. She even sent my pup home with a new toy! Recommend without hesitation!”

“Anthony was great with our dog - obviously taking our love for our animal super seriously and caring for him on our behalf. Lots of photos, videos and updates that showed playing as well as rest. “A very happy experience. Ponyo kept our dog for two weeks. She followed instructions to the letter including giving meds and using diapers (!) and sent daily photos to us. Our dog enjoyed her family and her fenced in yard as well as walks in the neighborhood. We would certainly use Ponyo again.”

“It is our second time book with Andres and this time is a 6 night stay. It is really impressive how Andres taking great care of our 9 months old golden retriever puppy. Dante (Andres’ pup) and her had such a great time together and Dough definitely miss her friend! Andres took her for many walks, went to dog parks to meet new friends, even went to pub together! There is also very frequent (and hilarious) video/photo updates that make our trip stress-free. I could see him loving our pup from the bottom of the heart and will definitely choose Andres and Dante again!”

She not only made Chip feel calm, but made me feel calm as well. He is a very skittish pup and she was patient with him all throughout the stay and made him feel right at home!
