About: Over the years, my husband and I have shared our lives with all kinds of dogs: farm dogs, little dogs, a Great Dane in a studio apartment, and now our Mini Australian Shepherd. We have learned and refined our dog ownership skills over time, finally investing in professional training for both our dog and ourselves in 2025. That experience shaped the kind of care I offer today. I believe dogs thrive with clear structure, consistency, and calm communication. I strive to provide the kind of boarding experience I wish I could find for my own dog, where training, routines, and boundaries are respected while you're away. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my day. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, daily walks, and a very friendly Mini Australian Shepherd who enjoys canine company. Your dog won't be left alone for a typical workday. I do leave the house for school drop-offs and pick-ups, errands, or weekend activities. Dogs should be comfortable being alone for a few hours. Because I have both a young child and my own dog, I only accept dogs that: -Are friendly with children and other dogs. -Are up to date on vaccinations and flea prevention. -Can comfortably settle into a family home.

“Our senior dog was well taken care of at Nathan’s house for 3 weeks. Our dog can’t go up or down stairs anymore. His house has downstairs which can go straight out to the huge fenced backyard. It was perfect! Nathan works from home so he can keep eyes on dogs. Our dog was laying around under his desk and looked comfortable. Totally worry free! Nathan is so easy to communicate and sent us pictures every day. Highly recommended!”

When I met Melissa before we went on our trip I knew right away that our dog Sophie would be loved and very well cared for. Melissa sent daily updates with photos of their adventures, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. She was safety-minded, making sure not to take Sophie out during the hottest parts of the day so her paws wouldn't get burned on the pavement and also using a GPS tracker during their walks. It was obvious from every message and photo that Sophie was happy, well cared for, and getting lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles. Darlayna seemed to connect with Gus right away and get his personality. She sent tons of pictures and videos and communicated promptly throughout his stay. He came home exhausted and seemingly very happy to have been away from us all weekend!! He's now going to see her for doggy day-care and we absolutely feel very comfortable recommending Darlayna and having Gus go for longer stays in the future.

Kat took GREAT care of my Bernadoodle Ziggy! She made sure that her pups were introduced carefully and spent time making Ziggy comfortable, and ensuring that her routines were respected, including a couple of walks a day. Ziggy came home happy and tired. :-) I would happily recommend Kat.
Sarah was great! My dog Summer had extreme anxiety in new places so I was nervous to leave her somewhere new. Sarah patiently answered all my pre booking questions and assuaged any concerns I had. Then while Summer was staying with her I got tons of update photos! I love getting pics so much, they really make me feel less worried about leaving Summer with someone new. Sarah’s house appeared comfortable, quiet, and safe for my dog. Summer and her dog Odin got along great. I would definitely book again!
I boarded my dog Bingo with Julie for almost a week. Julie was kind enough to do a meet-and-greet with us since this was the first time I was boarding Bingo with her. Through the duration of her stay with Julie, Bingo seemed really comfortable and at home. I got multiple daily updates (including photos) of her walks, her feeding sessions, and her medication. I really appreciated the thoughtful and timely communication, the level of care and attention, and I would definitely love to board Bingo here again.
Paige was an amazing dog sitter for our two French Bulldogs, and she was willing to take us on as a new client on short notice which really made a difference for us! We’re so appreciative of the attentive care Paige gave our little fur babies, how communicative she was with sending pictures and updates throughout each day of the trip, and for monitoring one of our dogs who has all sorts of allergies. I HIGHLY recommend Paige and we’ll definitely be reaching back out to her!
Fox is such a kind and responsible person, and was so patient with Mango during his short stay! I had a last minute trip and Fox was very accommodating towards us. Mango unexpectedly had more anxiety and issues than I thought he would, but Fox sent a lot of updates and reassurance that the stay was going alright.
