About: I've had dogs for my entire life - big, medium, and small, and usually more than one at a time, and I love them! I also used to groom dogs professionally, so I know how to take care of them and keep them happy even when they're stressed. I worked with and trained with horses for over a decade too, which means I'm comfortable working with dogs of just about every size. I also have some experience training dogs and some training in emergency first aid for animals. I work a full time job but I have my own vehicle and a flexible schedule so I have a lot of availability. I can run with your dog, take them to a park, whatever you or they need.

About: I’m a grad student at UW studying biology. I love animals and have always taken care of them since I was little! I grew up with four cats and currently have one cat of my own (a sweet black kitty named Gizmo). I have been cat sitting, dog sitting, and dog walking for neighbors and friends since I was a little kid. I would be honored to sit your cats and dogs! My schedule is flexible and I am able to work from home around half the day each day. My husband is also able to work fully remote. Because our schedules are flexible, we can be sure to schedule our day around your pet. We have a house with a small fenced in yard for pups to run around in, and live close to a bigger park! I can also care for your dog in hig/her home or bring your dog to my condo. We have a large fenced property with safe trails and are located next door to a Bittrlake park. I will walk with your dog, play fetch, snuggle and give lots of ear and tummy rubs. I know that your pet will be most comfortable in their safe, familiar environment. Even though I helped start Magnuson Off Leash area, I prefer not to take dogs to the dog park where they can meet with aggressive dogs.

About: Hi there! I’m Megan, a 20 year-old college student at EDCC studying anthropology. I’ve always had a passion for animals, and I’ve been working with dogs of all shapes and sizes nearly my whole life! From big dogs to small ones, I’ve learned how to handle and care for a wide variety of breeds. I also have experience with other pets — I’ve had pet mice for years and love learning about different animals and their behaviors. I’m looking to earn a bit of extra money by offering dog walking services, while also getting outside and spending time with your little guys. Pet care is fit into my daily routine as I personally have two pet mice I take care of and maintain the cleanliness of their cage daily. On top of that I help my parents with the family parrots by helping with cage cleaning and maintenance. On top of the top of that I help my parents with their 3 dogs by giving them baths, trimming their nails, brushing their coats, taking them on walks, etc. I would say I take care of pets in my home frequently as I have 2 pet mice myself and help with the grooming and maintenance of my parents 3 dogs and 2 parrots.

About: I’ve grown up with a variety of animals in my household, including reactive dogs. I believe it’s imperative to give pets respect and read their boundaries to form mutual trust! I’m currently a dance instructor who works evenings, weekday daytime until around 7pm is completely free. Saturdays and Sundays intermittently have classes or events, I am usually available morning until noon, and after 6pm. I follow the vibe of your pet! If they want a playmate, someone to chill with, a servant to give them food and leave; their wish is my command. I give them the love and respect that I would give my own.

I grew up around various animals of differing breeds, size, sex, and ability! From literal day 1, I was thrown into the depths of animal care. Growing up, we always had one dog and at least two cats in home at the same time, meaning animal care was routinized to support our animals’ preferred lifestyle. I truly love being around animals of all kinds but can say that cats and dogs bring me the most joy. They also happen to be the animals I am the most comfortable with :) I am currently working on an extremely flexible hybrid schedule that allows me to choose when I get to go in to my downtown office. I am able to provide care during odd hours and for extended periods also. My services will, without question, include making sure pets are fed and watered, walked and exercised regularly, and kept entertained. I will ensure that pet relief areas area cleaned and changed on a regular basis. I apply sufficient attention to detail to ensure specific care instructions are followed (e.g., for pets that have special needs and/or medications, and elderly animals).
