“Nora did a wonderful job walking my pup while I was out of town. My dog was immediately comfortable with her. Nora made sure my pup was well taken care of and left a little summary and pictures after each walk. I would book Nora again and would recommend her for your pet needs.”

“Always a great experience with Tanja. She is so thoughtful and with our Molly. Molly is a big pup and Tanja is just so good with her. Couldn’t recommend her more.”

“Emily was a fantastic help with my 3-year-old rescue, Daisy. This was my first time using Rover, and though I was a little nervous, Emily’s professionalism and understanding immediately put me at ease. I’m extremely grateful for her help and I would gladly recommend Emily to anyone! Your pet will absolutely be safe and happy with her :)”

“John helped us with walking our Dachshund, Cody, daily for the past week. He was amazing—I will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him 100%. He was willing to come do a meet and greet and was so good with Cody. He is very attentive to Cody’s needs. He also sends detailed updates after each walk that I really appreciate. And took lots of cute pictures of Cody for us! Very reliable and above and beyond care.”

“Amanda has been great with our dog! She has been a strong communicator, responsive, and reliable which we so appreciate. We look forward to continuing to work with her!”

“Lizzy had a great meet and greet followed by 4 days of great walks with Andrew. Lots of pictures and different routes. I've already hired Andrew again for another trip I have.”

“Sarah was absolutely amazing, caring, and immensely attuned to Ollie’s needs. She was responsive in our interactions, sent lovely images of my babas, and overall would recommend her to anyone seeking dog walking.”

About: I've had dogs for my entire life - big, medium, and small, and usually more than one at a time, and I love them! I also used to groom dogs professionally, so I know how to take care of them and keep them happy even when they're stressed. I worked with and trained with horses for over a decade too, which means I'm comfortable working with dogs of just about every size. I also have some experience training dogs and some training in emergency first aid for animals. I work a full time job but I have my own vehicle and a flexible schedule so I have a lot of availability. I can run with your dog, take them to a park, whatever you or they need.
“I just had my first walk with Zephyr, and I’m already so impressed! Zephyr was kind, communicative, and made my pups feel instantly comfortable. The photos and updates were great, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. I’m really looking forward to booking with him again!”

About: I’m a grad student at UW studying biology. I love animals and have always taken care of them since I was little! I grew up with four cats and currently have one cat of my own (a sweet black kitty named Gizmo). I have been cat sitting, dog sitting, and dog walking for neighbors and friends since I was a little kid. I would be honored to sit your cats and dogs! My schedule is flexible and I am able to work from home around half the day each day. My husband is also able to work fully remote. Because our schedules are flexible, we can be sure to schedule our day around your pet. We have a house with a small fenced in yard for pups to run around in, and live close to a bigger park! We also love daily walks for ourselves and any furry friends who are with us!
“Jennifer was great walking our pup! She got to know our routine, showed up on time every day, and best of all, our pup was exhausted after some great exercise. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: I am active, healthy, positive and loving. I love dogs and cats. I cannot imagine a life without them. I have had dogs and cats all of my life in every place where I have lived: Alaska, Eastern Washington and Seattle. I have cared for pets at all stages of their lives, from puppies and kittens to older, senior dogs and cats. My own beloved yellow lab, Izzy, died at age 14 and I cared for her to the end of her wonderful, long life. I am currently caring for a diabetic cat who gets insult with his meals, twice each day. I started seriously pet setting after I retired from 40 years of teaching I I provide quality care based on knowledge and experience so that owners know their pets and home are safe and lovingly cared for in their absence. Please see my reviews which attest to the good care I provide to my clients, animal and human! For dogs, and cats I provide care at your home. I am a writer and. retired so my schedule is flexible depending on you and your pet's needs. I prefer to stay in your home with you cat because they are happier in their own territory. I can also care for your dog in hig/her home or bring your dog to my condo. We have a large fenced property with safe trails and are located next door to a Bittrlake park. I will walk with your dog, play fetch, snuggle and give lots of ear and tummy rubs. I know that your pet will be most comfortable in their safe, familiar environment. Even though I helped start Magnuson Off Leash area, I prefer not to take dogs to the dog park where they can meet with aggressive dogs.
“Billy and Monica did a great job walking our pup. They communicated well and gave him a nice walk. We are excited to have them walk him again soon.”

“Samuel was great with our dog Reign! He was able to accommodate a last minute walk request and followed all of our instructions. Reign looked excited to have a new friend! I’ll definitely book with Samuel again in the future.”

About: Hi there! I’m Megan, a 20 year-old college student at EDCC studying anthropology. I’ve always had a passion for animals, and I’ve been working with dogs of all shapes and sizes nearly my whole life! From big dogs to small ones, I’ve learned how to handle and care for a wide variety of breeds. I also have experience with other pets — I’ve had pet mice for years and love learning about different animals and their behaviors. I’m looking to earn a bit of extra money by offering dog walking services, while also getting outside and spending time with your little guys. Pet care is fit into my daily routine as I personally have two pet mice I take care of and maintain the cleanliness of their cage daily. On top of that I help my parents with the family parrots by helping with cage cleaning and maintenance. On top of the top of that I help my parents with their 3 dogs by giving them baths, trimming their nails, brushing their coats, taking them on walks, etc. I would say I take care of pets in my home frequently as I have 2 pet mice myself and help with the grooming and maintenance of my parents 3 dogs and 2 parrots.
About: Hi there! I have loved animals since I was born. I have had dogs, cats, a rat and fish all of my life, and spend time with animals every chance I get. I have been volunteering with shelter animals since 2013 and have experience caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities, ages, and needs. As a business owner who works primarily from home, I have a flexible schedule and am able to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care. I share my home with three beloved cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone gentle, reliable, and trustworthy to care for your pets. Whether your pet is playful, shy, senior, special-needs, or simply happiest with calm company, I will meet them where they are and care for them with patience and kindness. When volunteering at the shelter, I have spent much of my time walking, socializing, and caring for dogs of all sizes, while also helping cats feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have also completed Grey Paw training through Best Friends Animal Society NKLA in Los Angeles, which focused on working with senior, special-needs, and more challenging dogs. When I travel, I trust a Rover sitter to care for my own pets, so I know firsthand how important communication, reliability, and peace of mind are for pet parents. You can count on me to care for your pets with the same love and attention I give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I run my own business out of my apartment and I am generally home most of the day unless I’m on a project or running errands. My balcony door is usually open for my babies to lay on and enjoy the sun. I feed my babies first thing in the morning and they get dry food all day. I’m happy to accommodate your feeding schedule. I also have two litter boxes with the tidy cat breeze system. Regardless of whether it’s a dog or cat that I’m caring for, I’m happy to take care of them per your instructions. I adore animals and will treat them just like my own. Mine are quite spoiled!

About: I’ve grown up with a variety of animals in my household, including reactive dogs. I believe it’s imperative to give pets respect and read their boundaries to form mutual trust! I’m currently a dance instructor who works evenings, weekday daytime until around 7pm is completely free. Saturdays and Sundays intermittently have classes or events, I am usually available morning until noon, and after 6pm. I follow the vibe of your pet! If they want a playmate, someone to chill with, a servant to give them food and leave; their wish is my command. I give them the love and respect that I would give my own.
About: Summer plans leaving you in need of pet care? Look no further! I have been home pet sitting for many years and would love to give you peace of mind in knowing that your furry friend is well cared for. I grew up around various animals of differing breeds, size, sex, and ability! From literal day 1, I was thrown into the depths of animal care. Growing up, we always had one dog and at least two cats in home at the same time, meaning animal care was routinized to support our animals’ preferred lifestyle. I truly love being around animals of all kinds but can say that cats and dogs bring me the most joy. They also happen to be the animals I am the most comfortable with :) I am currently working on an extremely flexible hybrid schedule that allows me to choose when I get to go in to my downtown office. I am able to provide care during odd hours and for extended periods also. My services will, without question, include making sure pets are fed and watered, walked and exercised regularly, and kept entertained. I will ensure that pet relief areas area cleaned and changed on a regular basis. I apply sufficient attention to detail to ensure specific care instructions are followed (e.g., for pets that have special needs and/or medications, and elderly animals). I am also happy to: - Provide transportation to pets to and from groomers or vets during stay - Provide transportation to pets to and from parks and/or doggy daycare - Water and tend to in home plants and outdoor vegetation - Collect/sort mail - Routinely clean living spaces to ensure clients return to a clean and organized home.

Anika is wonderful with my boy Loki, a Mini Aussie rescue pup who is sometimes anxious, but he always lights up when they come by for his walks. Anika is responsive, communicative and has a clear love of all animals. I know Loki is in good hands during my long days at the office. We both highly recommend!

Carley was fantastic - she came over to meet our dog the day before she was scheduled to take him for a walk, then showed up for the walk on time, and took our dog for an hour-long walk. It seems our dog took to her immediately, she asked all the right questions during the meet-n-greet, and I'd absolutely reach out to Carley again in the future!

We are so appreciative of Jovi’s care, handling, and understanding for our big, energetic 1.5 year old Labrador puppy! Her walks are consistent and timely, she is responsive to work with, and she always makes sure our pup has water before she leaves. Thank you, Jovi!

My dog can be picky with dogwalkers, but loves Caitlin, which I think is all you need in a review! She's communicative, flexible with time, and I appreciate that she made the effort to do a meet and greet prior to the actual walks. She's definitely at the top of our list for petcare moving forward.
