“Danielle is amazing! First, I have to start out by saying that another Rover sitter cancelled at the last minute, actually just didn’t show up. I was obviously frantic and reached out to Danielle explaining the situation and asking if she could stay with Louie on virtually no notice. I was desperate. She was so kind and replied almost immediately and told me exactly when she got off work and how quickly she could get to him, as he had already been alone for awhile. After she got off work, she went straight to my house, sent a picture and assured me Louie was fine. She continued to have great communication, checking on things she wasn’t sure of, because of the short notice/no meet and greet. In short, she was great, going the extra mile, and then some. I would definitely recommend her. She sent great pics and videos.”

“Elle took such wonderful care of my home and is very helpful and easy to work with. Elle knows my dog well but there is a new cat in the house, and the two of them don’t get along very well - but that didn’t stop Elle from making sure both of them had all they needed and more! The cat took to her right away and was cuddling on the couch with Elle within a day. I was so grateful to be able to go away knowing they were both in good hands with her. She made sure they each had their special dietary needs met, and also cleaned my home so nicely before leaving :)”

About: I've grown up surrounded by and loving animals. I've been helping care for my family's cats all my life, before adopting a pair of zebra finches (since passed) at ten, and taking over temporary care of my sister's rabbit at fifteen after she left for university. Twice I volunteered to clean up after cats at a local cat show run by the Cat Fanciers Association when I was eleven and twelve. I'm also patient with shy, ill-behaved, and/or high-needs animals. I want them to be healthy, happy, and as comfortable with me as I am with them. I am a university student currently home for the summer in between terms, which means I am available any day weekday through weekend, any time. I can walk, feed, clean up after, play, and medicate any animals as instructed. I can visit any location accessible through a combination of public transit and walking.
