House Sitting Haller Lake

Alyaa was absolutely wonderful! We were away for an extended trip, and knowing that Sassy and our home were in such good hands made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. She took such great care of Sassy, was incredibly communicative, sent us updates, and made sure our girl was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Anyone with a cat knows they have their own little routines, preferences, and very strong opinions and Alyaa handled everything beautifully. Not to mention Sassy needs medication and Alyaa was able to give her what she needed effortlessly. She also took wonderful care of our house while we were gone, which was such an added bonus. We came home to a happy cat and a well-cared-for home, exactly what you hope for when you’re traveling. Alyaa is dependable, thoughtful, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. We would absolutely have her watch Sassy and our home again and would recommend her without hesitation. Five stars from us, and, perhaps more importantly, Sassy approves! 🐾❤️ Thank you Alyaa!

This was our third time having Jeanne stay with our cat, but the first time we left her for two weeks, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeanne is incredibly attentive and just seems to get it. She notices the little things, asks questions when something doesn't seem right, and sent us pictures and updates every day. Our cat is very demanding and likes a lot of attention and playtime, and Jeanne was great about spending a lot of time with her and keeping her company. More than anything, she understands what it means to leave a pet you love with someone else. Having someone who understands that and keeps us updated without us having to ask made it so much easier to be away. She's also extremely respectful of our home and always leaves everything clean and exactly as she found it. We ended up needing to extend our stay by a night at the last minute, and she was flexible and stayed an extra night. We're really happy we found Jeanne and will absolutely ask her to house sit for our kitty again.

So thankful for Avonlea! She was able to help me out with my two dogs last minute when my original pet care fell through. Super kind and communicative throughout the stay!

Yuxian was wonderful! My cat was very well taken care of, and I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. Communication was great, and I really appreciated the peace of mind while I was away. Would definitely recommend!

Andrea does a good job keeping me informed of what Baxter and her are doing. She looks out for his needs and plays games with him and takes him out for adventures. Baxter gives her 5 barks. hip, hip hooray!

Chelsea was wonderful! Took care of my Aussie/border collie mix and 13 year old kitty. Everyone seems happy and well looked after. Will definitely book again to look after my girls!

I can’t even begin to express my full gratitude to Davied. He is always 100 percent reliable, nurturing to our beloved dogs and a balm to our soul when we travel. He is the best.

Adrian is the absolute best. They take great care and love with Darby, are great at communicating, and clean up well when they leave! I will use Adrian again!

Greyson was amazing. Very communicative and clear. Sent lots of photos and clarified my girls’ needs before the sit even started; went right in with a clear idea of what they needed and cared for them. And then went above and beyond and cleaned up before the sit ended! Will definitely be contacting Greyson again next time my furry ones need watching.

Serenity was a great caretaker for my Minsk! She was communicative, thoughtful about the house and plants, and flexible when we needed to do key handover etc. I would fully trust her to come back and take care of Minsk anytime

Claire did a good job taking care of Rio and Mia. When I came home, they were happy and healthy, and my house was clean and well-kept. We had a little communication issue but she was very kind and apologetic.

Jennifer watched my dog and cat while I was away for a short weekend trip, and as always, I had complete peace of mind knowing they were in her care. I trust her completely with my pets and my home, and she always leaves everything clean and tidy. My dog and cat both adore her, and I know she can handle anything that comes up. I’m honestly so lucky to have her!

Rachael is awesome! This is the third time she’s house-sat for us, and we feel so comfortable leaving our home and Lola in her care. Wi-Fi issues? She’s got it. Door lock running out of batteries? She can fix it. When things unexpectedly break, she’s always so gracious and willing to take care of whatever is needed. Most importantly, she takes wonderful care of Lola, asks questions when needed, and follows the instructions we leave. We’re so grateful to have someone we can trust with both our home and our sweet girl!

Kalyssa was awesome! Very responsive and communicative, and the animals were clearly comfortable with her. The house was immaculate when we returned which is always greatly appreciated.

Winter is always great with our girls and gives us updates throughout. She does a good job of checking on anything that might be changing and always leaves our house with happy pups.

Melissa is always wonderful to work with. Flexible and proactive and we return to a very happy hound.

Marcie stayed at our place to care for our cat, chickens and plants for over two weeks. She sent a ton of photos and videos that let us know our cat was well cared for and getting the attention he needs. She went above and beyond washing sheets and taking the trash out to make sure the house was clean and in great shape for our return. We'll definitely use Marcy again.

Ana is great with Brandy! She constantly sends us pictures and is very communicative. Brandy loves her!

Chloee did a great job housesitting for us! My dog tends to be anxious but warmed up to Chloee very quickly and seemed to have a great time with her!

Taylor took great care of Marlowe and my home. I returned to a well-adjusted pup, the hallmark of a great Rover experience.
